I will start off by saying there are very few food trucks I would go to more than once, unless the food is consistently good or great. Taco Stop is one of those trucks... The produce is always fresh. Everything I have tried from the menu is always good, some things are actually great. Prices are low considering the generous portions. I have eaten @ Taco Stop in Hooker over a dozen times, having tried something from each kind of food they make. I love the green chillies chicken burrito, add sour cream. (No extra charge for the sour cream) As a Google Guide, I am committed to updating reviews if things change and I see them. By far one of the Very BEST Taco Trucks that I've came across in quite awhile now since moving out of Colorado! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND stopping by to have a taste of whatever you desire because I'll just tell you that NOT ONE SINGLE menu item of theirs will disappoint you one bit! Enjoy!!

Have only had the chicken quesadillas, and they were awesome! I don't doubt that the rest of their menu is just as good!!
