10/10 This place is a little piece of heaven, I got the coconut matcha and if I could handle it I would drink those all day. They really care about what they’re making and that it’s great quality. The atmosphere is so relaxed and happy. I worked from here most the day and got to try my first croffle and it was delicious; not to mention how good they make the shop smell. Billy is such a cool guy too, all a part of the experience- definitely on my top coffee spots now!

This is by far, the best coffee shop I've been to. The service was impeccable!! We caught Billie himself in the shop, and he showed us a true experience to what real coffee tastes like. We even got a mini lecture about coffee beans and how the roasting process goes. Enough of that, time to talk about the COFFEE. We got a hot salty goat and an iced Paris Texas, the salty goat was incredible, the flavor, the silky smooth texture of the milk, the notes of the coffee in every sip, it was incredible. The Paris Texas was by no means lesser than the salty goat, the layers between the Tea and the Espresso were incredible. This shop really was an eye opener to how much passion can change coffee experience. The atmosphere, the vibe of the shop, the vibe of Billie, were all incredible and such a blast to experience first hand. It was a pleasure to meet the owner and get a chance to taste his coffee. If you want a place to truly experience what Espresso is really about, this is the place to go!! Definitely coming back! Thanks for the experience Billie!!!

I got a lavender latte, and it was excellent. The service was really friendly and patient, eager to answer any questions! They have a really broad selection of coffee available, they had 4 origins highlighted when I went in. Then they also have drinks like my lavender latte for the more casual coffee/espresso drinkers. I would also go back for the almond danish, which they warmed for us and brought it to the table! The atmosphere was clean and calm and comfortable.

GOOD COFFEE! I’d recommend getting the Coco Chanel!! Billie is such a beautiful soul. Every time I go it feels like an incomparable experience. Billie cares about the craft of coffee and the experience he brings to his guests. If you’re looking for the best coffee shop in DFW you’ve found it. Good coffee, good vibes, and good artistry.

Came in for another meal on the road. Super friendly baristas making coffee. Had a hot Whiskey and Cream...really good, and one of thier (what looks like pre-made) breakfast sandwichs...tasted better than it looked. But I wish y'all had a toaster! Will definitely try them again.

First off, 5 stars for the service alone! The baristas were very friendly and catered to my taste in coffee. They had excellent recommendations. The coffee was very smooth and not overpowering. While it's not immediately addicting, it definitely has a flavor that leaves you wanting to come back for more. The atmosphere was perfect for someone needing peace and quiet.

FOOD IG: @northtx.gemz •••• 🍒 WHAT THEY’RE KNOWN FOR: craft coffee drinks located conveniently across IKEA in Grand Prairie! 🍒WHAT I ORDERED: • Iced Campfire Latte with almond milk, asked for half sweet. 🍒 PRICE: ~$7 🍒 THE VIBE: very clean, simple & modern decorations, kind of small venue but lots of convenient seating. 🍒 WOULD I COME BACK? Yes! •••• Overall Rating: 10/10 - I have been wanting to try this coffee place for awhile now and I was so pleasantly surprised to have such good conversation with the owner and his sweet employee! - I walk in and am happily greeted by the owner and asked what kind of coffees I liked to help narrow down from the great menu he’s provided. His employee (I forgot her name but she was so nice!) was just as friendly and they were just so engaging to talk to so it made my experience 100% more valuable. - I sat here and studied for a little bit and would overhear their conversations with other customers and the owner of this coffee shop was just so personable and you could tell how passionate he is about his business! - Let’s get to the coffee 🤣: long story short he made it perfectly how I asked! I loved the little toasted marshmallow. The coffee is roasted in house so it had a nice robust flavor. It was VERY strong I was a bit jittery afterwards haha so if you love your coffee strong this is perfect! I believe the syrups are also house made. - Everything about this black-owned business is so personable. You won’t regret coming here! Definitely will be back.

This is a cool coffee shop, in a newly developed area. The inside is well furnished with plenty of seating and lots of live plants. The decor is very coffee themed, there are charts/maps of global specialty coffees, there are interesting cold brew drip glass coffee makers and different aniquated looking coffee related pots/pitchers for your viewing pleasure. It is worth a visit if you are a coffee☕ lover.

The best coffee shop I've been to hands down! Billie Joe himself always greets me before I even get to the counter. Super friendly staff. Awesome coffee. Exceptionally relaxing environment. Everyone should head down here, relax, and grab some coffee. Definitely recommend!

I would always pass this place, until a recent business meeting. I'm So Glad we had the meeting here!!! It's a locally owned coffee shop, and let me tell you: the coffee is unlike anything else I've ever had in my life! It was very artesanal and the coffee flavors were bold and rich. I am not a huge coffee person, as it tends to give me the jitters but the staff was super friendly and gave me some great advice. I went with the decaf Bella Dulce. The flavor from the decaf was very bold, not over powering, and not too acidic like most commercial decaf coffees are. I was super impressed!!! *Bella Dulce is perfect for vanilla lovers!!! The cafe is right behind the IKEA in one of those small shopping centers. Honestly when you see it you might think, "man thats a weird place for businesses." Gurrrl/Boiii/Person~!!! You best stop yourself from thinking that, and go right in! The place gives a charming relaxing vibe to hang out and chill. They even have a little library by the front door too! Get your cup of joe, from Billile Joe's. Because, there are some amazing baristas in here who know what they're doing, and the coffee is out of this world.

Stopped here after a trip to IKEA and loved every aspect of our experience! The baristas were friendly and made wonderful recommendations, the drink presentation was a 10/10, and not only did the drinks look good, but they tasted amazing! I highly recommend stopping if you’re in the area.
