One of the best experiences I’ve had when it comes to customer service! From the time we walked in until the time we walked out Brandon was smiling and friendly. Even when others walked in he acknowledged them with a smile and greeting and let them know he would be with them as soon as he could. He never once rushed us or made us feel undervalued. When it was close to time for them to close he never made anyone in there feel like he was ready to go (even though I’m sure he was). And on top of that we walk out with a great deal on jewelry that we wanted! We will be visiting again.

Ask for Brandon for sure! I can't believe that he helped me to find a sapphire and diamond bracelet to match with my sapphire and diamond ring!!! We were asking LOTS of questions about diamonds and Brandon was SUPER patient, passionate, helpful and knowledgeable for over 2 hours. We learned so much and got to see some really good possibilities! We can't wait for him to find the right diamond ring for us!💖

I had an excellent experience at this Kay location. I walked into browse, I enjoyed and not overly salesy or pushy atmosphere, and found a beautiful watch for my husband. Brandon was incredibly helpful, patient, and answered all of my questions.
