😠 I purchased a rose gold bracelet. It turned silver so they replaced it. The replacement did the same. Their reason was “excessive wear”. I hardly wore it. So it’s not their problem. So what am I supposed to do? Leave it in the drawer? Very unhappy with Zamel’s. Do not shop there.
