I've been getting my glasses and contacts there for less than a year and despite living on the other side of Melbourne, I keep coming back to them because they're so helpful and friendly. They always have my best interests at heart, always recommending me the best option for glasses (in terms of style) and also when I should make claims to my health fund. Orders never take long, they are quick, painless and easy to deal with. the optometrist I see there has been brilliant - she picked up a retinal peripheral issue and referred me on to a retina specialist. She basically saved my vision. They are well worth a visit - they will look after your eye care needs.

Very professional service by the optometrist and the reception staff. I don’t think the new machine for taking macular photos is as good or as comfortable than the older way it was done. I found it harder to do and took far longer to get it right.

Have been visiting here since my first pair of glasses and couldn't be happier. The optometrist's explanation of each process is very considered, you never feel rushed, and each appointment has always been incredibly thorough.

Kat and the team at Vision @ Broadway are amazing and I highly recommend them. As I age, the different activities I do have started to require slightly different vision assistance (close computer work v close reading v running/cycling/soccer) and Kat was great in helping me with tailored prescriptions to suit each activity (contact lenses for sports and day to day, reading glasses for computer work, normal glasses for non-sports days!). In the past I've had difficulty getting a solution to my vision deficits that are tailored to my lifestyle. Often you receive a single prescription that is 'jack of all trades, master of none' and so you end up with quite a few compromises. Kat was great in helping me with glasses and contacts that not only let me see the world, but let me get the most out of my life!
