Amazing experience! I knew it would be something I enjoy, but I didn’t realise just how much! As well as having a great flight I also got the opportunity to learn about some of the intricacies of hot air balloon flying, as well as participate in the preparation and pack up. The staff were absolutely brilliant! There was constant communication before the flight, and on the day of the flight Nick (the pilot), and Jeff and Helen (ground crew) worked very hard to make everyone feel safe, happy, as well as having us in fits of laughter and making us feel like part of the family! The flight itself was beautiful – it was so relaxing to be up the air (I could’ve stayed up there for ages), and I enjoyed travelling at different heights. The take-off and landing both felt very safe. And there was a surprise glass of champagne at the end of the flight! Thank you Liberty Balloon Flights for an amazing experience! It was obvious how hard you all worked to make the experience perfect for us! I am hoping I will get a chance to go again the future!

We had the best experience with these guys. Professional and knowledgeable about all safety and ballooning 🎈 I was super impressed. Not only was our pilot funny and very personable but he and his family have a long history within the industry. I would definitely do it again and next time we will bring our daughter for an adventure.

A magical experience with Dan piloting the balloon. Very gentle but exciting flight - watching the sunrise & emerging through the clouds to see the cloudscape from above at 45,000 feet. Landing in an alpaca farm was fun as was Packing up the balloon with everyone. Thankyou Dan, Anthony and Thor :)

Amazing experience! Would recommend to anyone. We were lucky enough to get a voucher for red balloon for our wedding and decided to go with this experience, and we wouldn’t change our choice at all! Great location and a lovely team! Bonus brekkie afterwards. One thing I would “change” but is not too big of a deal, is potentially having the basket and balloon laid out by the time we get the the field where take off is, that way when we get there it’s ready to go (besides the fire). Otherwise, an amazing and unforgettable experience! Thanks Liberty!

The process to book was very easy. Confirmation emails were sent during the week of the flight. I needed to change the date of flight and that was easy as well. The night before we were given a text message on where to meet and what time. The team were lovely and information was clear. The flight over Geelong was nice. Lift off was smooth and being up in the air was an amazing experience. Beautiful sunrise photo opportunity. Dan the pilot was funny and quick on the jokes but explained everything very clearly and was very experienced in his craft. He was wonderful. We felt safe and secure through the whole flight. Landing was a bit bumpy (felt safe) but it made it all the more exciting. The crew were exceptional following us and picking us up at our destination. Definitely would recommend this experience. I think I would love to do it in Melbourne CBD next time. Thank you Liberty for this experience.

The pilot (Dan) and his team were amazing! Great bunch of blokes and great to have a laugh with. The balloon ride was very smooth, beautiful and the pilot was very engaging! Landing was so smooth it didn't even feel like we had landed. Definitely recommend this mob! Great bunch and an AMAZING experience!!

Absolutely awesome experience. Dan the pilot and all his crew were all very friendly and very professional. Loved the hands on experience. From getting the balloon inflated at the start and then deflating and packing away at the end. Definitely love to come back again. Very highly recommend.

Liberty put safety first and only fly when it is safe to do so. It was definitely worth the wait. My husband and l thoroughly enjoyed our early morning flight and will probably do it again some day!

Paul, Thor and the crew at Liberty Balloon Flights gave us the most amazing first ballooning experience we could’ve imagined! The whole morning ran smoothly and the entire time they were keen to make sure our every need and want was met. They were all easy going yet professional throughout the trip and we felt safe and informed. Awesome rides with beautiful sunrise in Geelong. Paul the handsome Pilot gave clear instructions and cracked some good jokes. Love it overall. Make sure you check the weather before booking. It's also worth the bring a hat/cap, earplugs and sunglasses.
