I'd
been
to
Guf
quiet
a
few
times
before
and
i've
always
had
a
friendly
customer
service
with
great
prices.
But
3/4
time's
I've
been
recently
i've
been
met
with
what
feels
like
an
unwelcome
atmosphere
from
some
staff
from
behind
the
counter.
Two
expiereneces
that
stick
in
my
mind
was
when
i
tried
to
buy
something
and
a
staff
member
had
their
friends
crowing
the
check
out
section
while
they
talked
about
a
Magic
deck
they
were
making
and
i
felt
like
i
wasn't
acknowledged
as
a
customer.
i
waited
for
5
minutes
and
after
not
being
servered
i
looked
around
looking
for
other
items,
after
coming
back
against
to
the
counter
the
staff
memeber
seemed
almost
annoyed
that
i
wanted
to
buy
something.
i
wasn't
greeted
with
a
friendly
hello
or
a
casual
conversation
that
i
was
usually
met
with
before.
My
most
recent
expeirence
happened
when
i
walked
into
the
store
and
the
people
behind
the
counter
looked
up
at
me
like
i
wasn't
suppossed
to
be
there.
I
walked
inside
and
grapped
some
Hardcases.
when
going
up
to
the
counter
the
staff
member
(this
one
diffrent
from
the
one
before)
didn't
acknowledge
me.
i
asked
"how
are
you
going
today?"
and
i
was
met
with
no
response.
i
wondered
if
they
just
didn't
hear
me
so
i
asked
"Busy
day"
to
again
no
response.
This
was
my
first
time
buying
hardcases
for
some
Cards
and
when
asking
"are
these
okay
for
Pokemon
Cards"
it
was
just
a
quick
"yea"
and
that
was
it.
i
ended
up
buying
a
couple
more
items
totaling
to
over
$100.
At
the
end
of
the
transaction
they
turned
their
back
to
me
immediately
and
went
back
to
talking
to
a
staff
memeber
about
something.
i
found
it
a
little
rude
that
even
after
spending
over
$100
i
didn't
even
get
a
Thank
you
or
a
see
you
next
time
which
i
had
gotten
before
from
Guf
even
when
spending
alot
less.
