Ella is great! She explains everything that she is doing and asks how you’re going throughout the treatment. We did a dermaplaning and hydro facial today, and then I asked for her recommendation on what else I should do so I will be going back in a couple of weeks. This is a really great place with top of the line, modern everything.

I have struggled with hormonal acne for years. I have gone to the dermatologist, taken medication, tried every product Instagram influencers recommended, etc. and it was a all HUGE waste of time and money. Acne can be very hard on your mental health and I was at the point where it had completely destroyed my self confidence. I would cry every time I would look at myself in the mirror without makeup on. I finally decided to seek out an expert and that is when I found Ella. I booked an FR acne bootcamp treatment and consultation with Ella and I am not going to lie, I had some doubts. Nothing had worked up to this point and I was feeling very defeated. During the consultation, she takes the time to address all foods, ingredients, etc. that can be acne triggers. I also found out that all these products I was putting on my face (which were medical grade and very pricey) had destroyed my skin barrier because I was not listening to my skin and giving it what it needed. She created a custom at home skin care routine for me and we have been doing the FR acne peels. I have been seeing Ella every two weeks for a few months now and I am finally acne free! With staying consistent with my skin care routine at home, changing some things in my diet, and keeping my regular appointments, she has worked MAGIC on my skin! We are still working on some hyperpigmentation but I am at the point where all I am wearing (makeup wise) is tinted sunscreen! I never thought I would be able to wear so little makeup again. Ella is also so sweet and really listens to you. She takes the time to get to know you as well and may have accidently become a therapist to me LOL. Honestly, if you have any doubts- this is your sign to DO IT! Invest in your skin and yourself. It does take time and it is not a process that happens overnight, but if you stick with it, its going to be so so worth it. It is worth every penny! 10/10 recommend going to see Ella for your acne needs!

Great experience! Ella was pleasant, attentive and gave me great tips and suggestions. She is more interested in repeat business than selling you some sort of ridiculously expensive package. I needed a same day appointment. She fit me in on a Saturday. Make sure to call as she doesn't see email request for appointments immediately. She also communicates via text which is a bonus! Her focus is skincare. She doesn't do injectables. She's ideal for treating active acne breakouts and scarring, brightening, fine lines, improving texture and overall skin appearance. She offers sculpting services, enzyme treatments, peels and several different types of micro needling procedures. I really enjoyed my experience. I had a deluxe hydra facial which took a little over an hour to complete. I've had many hydra facials in my lifetime and her hydra facial is much more thorough with newer technology and serums. I already scheduled my next visit. I love supporting local small businesses. The suite location was a tad confusing. Her suite is located at the back of the building. I'm attaching photos to help. Started my acne scarring treatment 4 months ago with Estrella, we decided to go with monthly alternating treatments of micro needling and chemical peels, I thought it would take a long time to see some decent results, but I was wrong.
