    I understand this is a fast food joint but surely some basic customer service should be upheld. Team members chatting and joking amongst themselves and ignoring customers and pushing them to order on the screen when they’re just right there. Orders took over 25mins with no update, other customers orders were short with something yet didn’t have to courtesy to say upfront. Messy and dirty shop floor, worst place ever and I can see why the reviews are so disappointing doesn’t even deserve one star.

    This is not the first time i had issue with this place last order i got completely different order. And this time i ordered 2 meals, all my food was cold. chips taste so burnt and bitter. They send wings instead of popcorn chicken which was so cold and soggy and crumbs falling apart and also with no crumbs. Burger was cold. When called the store they said take it to uber. seriously

    After waiting for nearly half an hour inside for the family feast meal, they gave me two large cold and soggy chips. It had happened before. Today, 1st October 2023 @9pm, I have asked specifically while placing the order to give me fresh chips. After checking my order while seating in the car, I have to come back from the the car park. The chips are soft, soggy and almost cold. Inside the store again, I was waiting about 5 mints and no one attended the front service desk. One girl came out the door and I asked her if someone can help with my order, she said someone will come. Finally when a girl showed up at the order desk, she started serving three ‘new order customers’. I felt ignored while I was the first one waiting. Anyways, after a while I have explained her and returned those chips. She take those chips and left them on the chips tray from where they are serving and surprisingly they packed those chips and gave it to the drive through and other customers. Another 15 mints later the girl said why I am waiting here, I explained the reason again, she said, she forget. I took some pictures and then wrote this feedback in the car. Later, I also found out that the nuggets were not cooked properly. I will not recommend anyone. Very bad experience, poor service and poor communication. KFC main road lights were off which is very hard to see from the main road (Sydney road). Overall, anyone can get hurt or fall due to inadequate lighting and slippery floor and poor health and safety practice, coffee stain/marks on the pick up bench. Finally, the place is also very dirty. I have attached some photos and now I don’t feel like eating anymore

    I don’t blame the barely teenage staff for the utterly disgusting state of the restaurant. There is clearly a lack of duty managers, which is why every table was covered in smeared grease and food remnants and clearly hadn’t been wiped in hours, flies swarming out of the disgusting rest rooms which had were splattered in fecal matter, the unisex/disabled toilet had random GARBAGE stuffed down it, urine all over the floor, and was blocked up. The girl that took my order got it wrong, then served me a cold stale burger. When I took it back to tell her they’d given me the wrong burger, another fifteen year old who I can only assume was the duty manager tried to charge me three dollars more - for the same cold burger but with the stacker hash brown stuffed into it! They got the order wrong in the first place!! I asked if I could buy an extra piece of original recipe chicken and they told me they didn’t have any more chicken, and it’d be a twenty minute wait. The utter lack of effort or care was breathtaking. I get it, they’re just young kids and they clearly don’t get paid enough to care - which I can only assume is because the duty manager or store owner is smoking the glass bbq round the back.

    Very poor service. Even their register is not working. A particular staff approach very arrogantly. He claim he is working full time for 3 years but not even know about menu. Later on another staff confirm the item is available. But he couldn’t figure out how to order. Only reason we are coming is that only halal KFC within 70 KM of Melton. Sad to see a world class restaurant’s service quality.

    Possibly the dirtiest KFC I've ever seen, from a distance it's fine but up close, all the chairs are full of dried, dirty and old food. The floors you can visibility see the grease, it's so bad it's like ice skating, I've never seen a floor so slippery. I've never had to warn someone to be careful walking to the toilet because the floor is so slippery. If out here is this dirty, I would hate to know what the kitchen is like. Plus had to wait 20min for a kids meal, when we ordered we were the only ones in the cue and the bacon was burnt and dry with cold chips, the chicken was discoloured and mush.

    Pathetic environment to dine in. Guys prefer drive thru or go to other kfc . No proper hygiene public toilets are far better. Disgusting 🤮

    Terrible food, bad service, the amount of chicken was terribly less than normal! extremely dirty place, sooo oily floor slippery, I have never seen like This non hygienic restaurant!

    I went just last Thursday 4th of May 2023, this not the first time KFC teenager staff gave me different stuff in my Zinger box meal as it was the THIRD my chicken wings go missing so I dont recommend drive thru double check your orders. I emailed but all in vain. Very young, unprofessional and lower then ZERO customer service hire SOME SOPHISTICATED WELL TRAINED STAFF FOR SAKE INSTEAD OF TEENAGERS.

    i ordered my food at the counter. zinger crunch burger box large meal, and regular popcorn chicken. came home open the box and has no popcorn chicken inside. and the food quality worst, staff dancing and eating at back in cooking area like they are having a party and do not care about customer those are waiting for food. waste money and time. throwing away food into the garbage.

    I advise the management to check the cameras what is going on. We came and paid for the meals and all of a sudden the staff said they already gave us the meal. I told them to check the cameras if we received the food but they were collectively came in the window for argument. We were treated like we are lying and wanted free food. Yet we paid the food. Even weeks ago, we didn’t get the order we wanted but completely different orders. I thought they mistakenly served us the wrong order. One thing is true. This KFC need new well trained people.

    KFC Fawkner has considerably dropped quality in service. Went there last weekend and you can see and feel the stress in the food. At 6pm you can hardly find chicken, place is dirty and food...you better see pictures attached. Chips were half full and raw. Burgers, OMG they seem to be Burgers from kids menu! Very disappointing!

    This store was disgusting , it was dirty , staff were not interested in working, the manager (about19) was not able to manage the staff who just walked around doing what the wanted . Waited 40 minutes for a meal that was not what I ordered and potato and gravy that was out of date . Complained about the burger as it had mayo and no supercharged sauce and after she unwrapped it with no gloves on and looked in the burger asked me if I wanted super charged sauce put on the same burger . Toilets were filthy , tables were filthy and floor in the store was greasy everywhere .

    I have tried to order food from this KFC without joy and food. On one occasion they had no food despite being one hour away from closing. The excuse then was that there was no point cooking up chicken so close to closing. One hour??? Today, the food looked over-cooked and I was offered pieces taken from a box that hadn't been collected. I got a refund and the manager was fine, despite the person who served me referring to me as "him". Not even the courtesy of "this customer"... I went to Coburg KFC. Placed the same order. Got exactly what I ordered and was fresh and excellent quality with service to match. KFC Fawkner will be avoided in future. Terrible.

    Terrible experience. I had a chance to give zero star, I would’ve given that. Worst kfc by far. Food was cold despite the request to make it fresh. They made us wait and gave the cold food. Fries were soggy and felt like they were cooked in morning. Missing items from order and didn’t give us the sauce we paid for (they lied that they didn’t have the sauce). Very rude staff. They attitude was terrible. Extremely dirty tables and greasy floor. I’d highly recommend not going there.
