I have suffered from severe discoid eczema for years using steorid cream morning and night. I asked my dermatologist if what any foods trigger my eczema but they said my eczema is not triggered by food. My eczema then built up a resistance to the cream. I was also suffering from severe headached, joint pain and asthma. I finally decided to look for another form of treatment for my eczema. During my first appointment, Tarryn reassured me that she could help. Tarryn conducted a live blood analysis, which showed I had inflammation in my body, I was dehydrated and my liver was not functioning properly. Tarryn gave me all the Information I needed after my first appointment to help me change how I eat with a meal plan and recipes. I left feeling very positive about my new journey to getting healthier. After the first week, my eczema started to improve. By the second week , I was only needing steroid cream at night. After a month, I felt amazing. I had more energy, no headaches and my skin was feeling great. I have a long way to go and more to learn but I will be forever greatful as this learning experience has changed my life in more ways than one. I now only need my steroid cream when my eczema flares up. I only need my steroid asthma puffer every second day as opposed to every day and night and my headaches are only every now and then. This has been a very positive, life changing experience.
