My visit to Village Dental Care was great. I am always anxious going into the dentist but everyone quickly put my nerves at ease. The front desk was very welcoming and got me checking in quickly. I even loved the “ welcome new patient Christal” sign they had out. The hygienist was very thorough and explained every step making me feel so comfortable. Dr. Hardcastle even spoke to me in length about my concerns regarding my treatment plan. For once I am looking forward to my next cleaning.

As a professional trumpeter, my oral health is of high importance. So, when choosing an office to care for me, my standards are very high. The doctors and staff at Village Dental consistently go above and beyond. Not only are they knowledgeable, but the warmth and gentleness they exhibit make an otherwise uncomfortable visit so much more palatable. If you are in need of oral care, I highly recommend them.

Dr. Hardcastle has been our dentist for many years. We have referred others who were impressed. His bedside manner and thorough approach to assessments allow you as a patient to feel like no stone is left unturned. His procedures are performed in a meticulous fashion and he caters to specific patient needs like reducing sensitivity. The front and desk staff are always welcoming and professional and I have never had a mediocre cleaning.

The staff is very nice and informative, there is blankets and pillows if extra comfort is needed during your appointment, the staff is also very understanding and helpful, they will go the extra mile for every patient! They have all the new technology for cleaning teeth and X-rays, plans for dentist work and cost can be paid through credit services if needed. I recommend trying this dentist office you will not regret it!

Jennifer, Michelle, and Gabby have made me fall in love with this doctor’s office! Before I’m able to speak on Dr. Hardcastle I have to brag on them first. They go overboard to take care of you not as a patient but as a person first. They have made each appointment very easy for me; from getting me checked in, rescheduling appointments, planning appointments, and billing. They are a great team and they all compliment one another well. Dr. Hardcastle put together a great team. Dr. Hardcastle is also a great dentist! He listens to his patients and provides us the exact services that we not only but want also. He’s a great guy and I recommend this office to anyone in need of a dentist! They are all very professional and you will feel at home. For as long as I reside in Dallas this will be my home!

Dr. Hardcastle really is a wonderful dentist not only when it comes to knowledge but also how personable he is. This is a place I definitely recommend after many less than savory experiences elsewhere. Dr Hardcastle takes time to assess and then explain what are the options available. I always felt listened to and never rushed into taking one decision or another. The whole team, from front desk to assistants, is friendly, agreeable and very professional. I even appreciate the music they play in the background!

After switching from dentist to dentist, my husband and I found Dr. Mike Hardcastle. It was our lucky day. We trust him completely (he is a perfectionist) and always look forward to seeing him and his efficient and friendly staff. And he plays great music!
