    Hi to whom it may concern. I bought some hearing aids from Specsavers a few months ago but had trouble getting them to stay in I subsequently made a second appointment to rectify the issue unfortunately I managed to Catch Covid, contacted the store to cancel the appointment and requested a call back to re-schedule unfortunately that call was not made from that store. On Friday I attended at a different Specsavers at Ringwood, made an appointment which I kept on Monday. I was fortunate to meet wit Janice the audiologist. She was polite, understanding re my brain fade not being able to fit the hearing aids properly. She subsequently made minor alterations, actually spent time on how to properly fit them, then connected everything up to my I phone. She was an absolute delight and very empathetic and knowledgeable. I would be grateful if the store manager would pass on my thanks to Janice, her help was much appreciated and the hearing aids are actually where they are supposed to be in my ears not in the box where they have been for the last few months.     Customer service excellent. Trey helped both my husband and myself choose our frames. Trey is a great asset to Specsavers Eastland he’s very friendly has a great sense of humour had us laughing constantly even all the way to the car. He made our experience a very pleasurable one. We’re very happy with Specsavers Eastland staff are always lovely.

    Very thorough and caring team here. Needed really new and stronger lenses for everything. Optomotrist didn't rush, great explanations. Out the front John was great, knowledgeable and super friendly. Sarah is a real asset to the team. Her reassurance and time explaining things and conversation in general was exceptional. Would highly recommend.Thank you.

    Excellent retail experience with Specsavers at Eastland. Friendly and professional staff, greeted very well by Naomi, got my details and then directed to waiting area with plenty of seating. Jessie did my initial preliminary eye test, taking pictures of the back of my eye and then with another machine on the same set up to measure eye pressure and vision. Then waited a couple of minutes for Jasmine Optometrist to go through the overall test, very friendly and professional gave me the best advice for my situation. Then she handed me over to Naomi again the dispensing partner. She used a tablet to go through all options and prices. Very modern method, very impressed and worked out perfect deal for me. Now compared to my regular Bupa Optical who seemed prehistoric with their methods. I think I will stick with Specsavers moving forward. Kudos to the Team at Eastland 👍

    I dropped in for a few dollars worth of lens cleaning wipes. These guys were so accommodating and friendly whist in the middle of the Christmas rush that I’ll be returning for my glasses in the future. Well done, I appreciate you taking the time for my very small purchase while you were so busy.

    I'm genuinely frustrated with the service. My booked appointment wasn't on record, leading to an unnecessary trip back home. I received two erroneous calls about my contact lenses being ready, causing confusion. Picking up my second pair of glasses also posed issues. Despite my reluctance to complain, this experience was truly distressing. Clear communication and appointment management need improvement. However, John was truly exceptional and nice- a great listener and a skilled problem solver.

    I booked an eye test / eye assessment because I had been experiencing sore, tired eyes, headaches and relentless eye twitching for a number of weeks. The optometrist was very rude and told me that this has nothing to do with my prescription and tried to send me away. I insisted that she actually look at my eyes so she did the test begrudgingly. In the end, she found I have very dry eyes and recommended eye drops which I have been using for several days now and lo and behold, my symptoms are improving. I have never experienced such open hostility from an optometrist in my 30+ years of wearing glasses.

    Amazing service today, Went in for eye test and they also did a hearing test. Bre did the pre test check for my eyes and then after the hearing test she made an appointment to see audiologist. Bre helped me choose my glasses and handled it in a professional manner. It was a lovely experience and prices were excellent.

    The optometrists were quite friendly, but the dispensing partners seemed impatient and uninterested in helping. There was a woman there who outright advised against purchasing glasses if I wasn't satisfied with last year's pair

    I experienced prolonged double vision an the team at Ringwood Specsavers were wonderful in making sure I received the correct diagnosis by referring me to an ophthalmologist. Once I had the diagnosis, they were brilliant at ensuring I had the correct glasses prescribed. I cannot fault them. 10/10!!

    I broke my glasses on a Saturday night. I rang as soon as you opened (Ringwood store). They got me in for an eye test that day, got my new flasses sorted & ordered. Had my new ones in 2 weeks. The service as always was polite, professional, friendly, caring & promt.

    Spec Savers at Eastland in Ringwood has really good after sales customer service if you’ve made a wrong choice in frames and didn’t get the anti reflective treatment. The $70 anti reflective treatment is 100% worth it because if you don’t you will see the reflection of your own eye balls while wearing them and others won’t see your eyes clearly when speaking to them. For me multi focal glasses are the bees knees compared to bi focal glasses because you don’t need to adjust the glasses on your face when looking in any direction.

    I lost my multifocal glasses. Ordered replacement glasses from specsavers. They took 2 weeks to arrive, but they were not as ordered. I am now waiting another 2 weeks. Hopefully I will be able to see properly before Christmas.

    I wish I could remember the name of the staff member who helped me pick my frames but I loved her honesty, she was brilliant!! I was on my own when I picked the frames and my teenage daughter was with me when I collected them and she agreed, the staff member did not lead me astray. We all know how brutal teenagers can be 😂

    I had one of the best customer service experiences with John at the Eastland/Ringwood branch today. He was exceptionally friendly, listened to all of my questions and even took the time to explain all of the options available to me. It's rare to have someone this skilled, I really hope he receives the recognition he deserves. I'll be coming back because of him and recommending him and the store to my friends and family.
