I had an amazing experience at this hair salon! All the staff seem friendly, Van was my stylist and he not only gave me the perfect haircut but also took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the attention to detail was impressive. I left loving my hair! Highly recommend this talented team!

My haircut at Shima today was excellent. Charlie‘s cuts are superb and very stylish, not to mention quick. Pricing is very affordable. $45 is a bargain for what you’re getting. Service was also great - they washed my hair twice and even offered tea during the haircut. Definitely the best salon experience I’ve had in Melbourne.

I got my hair cut at Shima The Glen yesterday. I have a pixie cut and have had poor experiences of hairdressers cutting too short or in a way that didn't suit my face shape. Jamie really took the time to know what I wanted (to provide shape but be able to eventually grow out the hair), and the history of my hair cuts. I'm really happy with the result and feel more feminine with my new cut. All the staff are very friendly ☺️

First time having hair cut in Shima Glen Waverley. All staff are kind and warm. Very easy communication with Charlie, he understands what I need. He also focus on details. The outcome is better than I expected. It is not easy to find a good hairdresser. Highly recommended 👍

I booked my hair styling appointment today for my graduation and was left amazed by the customer service I received! I was offered tea/coffee, and my hair stylist was so friendly to chat to! She did my hair exactly the way I wanted and checked with me as she went. The price was also very reasonable ($65 for women's wash, blow dry and wave). As I left I was gifted a wine bottle. 🍾 Thank you so much for making me feel beautiful on my extra special day! :) I will definitely be coming here again.

I had my hair permed and cut with Jamie. I have been getting my hair cut regularly by him for a long time. So I followed him to this shop. He has great skills and knowledge about what styles suit you and your hair condition. I left loving my hair! The whole team is professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Wow! Can't fault in any way. I was greeted by the owner with warmest welcome - very good customer service. This was my first time with Mia & I can honestly say that this was the best haircut I've ever had! Such affordable price too. I will def be going back & would recommend to anyone.
