Gave me a real runaround for a package that had dropped there. Told me it wasn't in so to take it up with the courier. After a few days the courier service confirmed it had to be there so I went back in, the guy continued to tell me it wasn't there but I stood there until he checked every parcel and he eventually found it. If you get a parcel delivered there I would be worried, very worried.

Do not use this newsagency as a ParcelPoint collection! I was told twice by the man working there that my parcel had not arrived, once over the phone and second when I went in. The man at the register only listened when I stood my ground and told him it was signed by another man named Lam, as per the connote that I had requested after being told it wasn't there the first time. To no surprise my delivery had been there for 5 days. Absolutely terrible service.
