Best service EVER. I am not the slightest bit outdoorsy, and had a broken tent pole that needed repair as I'd borrowed the tent. BCF and Mark the manager completely sorted it out and went above and beyond by doing the repair for me. No way I could have worked it out, they were kind and awesome. Shop there, I say.

Not the largest BCF store, but it was clean and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Only downside was there was a sale sign up on a shirt rack and when I went to purchase was told it was an old sign and sorry we didn't take it down, but you pay full price for the shirts. That was a bit ordinary especially when the sign was still there when I pointed it out. Left without two shirts I wanted.

Always a danger to the hip pocket,no ones fault but mine. The soft plastics are badly understocked, including the store in wodonga.

We needed to re-gas Caravan gas bottle. Tried several other outlets in Wodonga and had no luck. However, will now go directly to BCF wodonga for all future purchases. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, service was courteous and the whole experience was an absolute pleasure. Big thank you to all staff for such a pleasant experience. You have our thanks for such awesome customer service.

Huge amount of products and staff were knowledgeable about them. Good prices too

Disappointing. Went in hoping to get some basic advice on fishing and purchase items as recommended. All seemed like too much hard work for the staff. One staff member rolled his eyes when I asked a basic but polite question. Female member of staff laughed when I asked for some advice as I was new to the hobby, as if it was ridiculous that I wanted to learn something new - then told me that she doesn’t fish so has no idea. Don’t bother.

My partner and l went in here and bought a car fridge and pull out slide to put into a Ford Ranger. The sales person who served us was very helpful and recommended the dometic car fridge as he has used them for many years
