I had an amazing experience with this company a few weeks ago! Taylor Walter helped me with all the things necessary for my test, she went above and beyond for myself & even my hyper toddler. Thanks so much Taylor! I’m definitely recommending this company to all my friends!

Lab took longer than usual to result but was later told that was because it was drawn close to the weekend and that results can take up to 72 hours. Phlebotomist was very competent. It would have been a better experience if I could have talked to someone on the phone about why it was taking longer than usual to get my results, but multiple calls went unanswered and placed on eternal hold with a constant sales pitch to get a Vitamin D level every 15 seconds. I was able to talk to one person who was not at the facility but was told that she could only help with scheduling and transferred me back to the local facility which went unanswered. All in all I think this is a good company offering a valuable service. It was just difficult to get any information by phone.

Taylor is the absolute best very professional and sweet girl! I had no wait was in and out in no time!!! Huge shout out to her for making it a quick and easy trip.

Taylor was great super friendly and was very sufficient in her job I didn't have to wait long at all. Definitely will come back in the future.
