Great food but the service was pretty bad. Our server would tend to the tables around us and almost seem to ignore us. Had to ask 2 different servers for help. The 2 other waiters however were very helpful and friendly.

Located in the Sheraton Downtown, this sports bar has a great appetizer selection and well prepared burgers and salads. Drink selection is good and the service was really prompt. It does get a little crowded if the hotel has something going on though so keep that in mind.

Hotel bar so it’s pricey and the service is garbage, but the smash burger is fantastic and they revolver on tap. Added bacon to the smash burger and it was super curly and hard. won’t do that again and it didn’t really need it.

Great service, very attentive. Food was good but either slightly overpriced or low quality. The set up of the tables makes it so that you can enjoy whatever sports game from any angle. The beer selection is very nice, although I would like more local beers. The food options were very basic, which is ok for a sports bar, but slightly overpriced. We had the Texan Loaded fries, which for $17 feels like a gimmick. Tons of fries that get cold quickly with cheese and three small chicken tenders. The quesadilla was just ok, not amazing but tasty. I would give this place 3 stars, but since “Restaurant” isn’t even in the name, it makes more sense of what it is. Come here whenever there’s a good game going on, and get a bunch of beers to forget about the food. Cheers!

I was served my drink within 10 minutes of being seated. 35 minutes later I was still waiting for my waitress to take my order. She had greeted and taken orders from multiple other tables without ever coming back to check on my. I finally spoke to the manager and asked for my ticket. I explained the situation and she comped my drink. This is the second bad experience at thus restaurant this week. I would suggest going elsewhere.

I’ve been here couple times to do take out. I have eaten at the restaurant a few times. My burger at the bottom was cold and soggy, despite being evidentially toasted. I have lost trust in the food quality at this establishment, would rather Uber eats than order takeout here on my future stays

Don’t know what was worse, the food or the loud af trash Eagles fans. Food was horrible, greasy, and over cooked. It’s sad when the food in the club lounge is of better quality.

The food was amazing! We tried a lot of the appetizers and my personal favorite was the brisket nachos. I got the smash burger but my family specially loved the baja fish tacos. The atmosphere makes me want to go back and the waiters were amazing and always making sure that our beverages were refilled. Shout out to Draft and their chef Roy Villanueva for the amazing food! 10/10

Extremely satisfied with my service! Sat at the bar. The chicken tenders and Margaritas were to die for!!! Mari (if I’m not mistaken that was her name) was my server. She was extremely quick, friendly, attentive and informative! She definitely made my time enjoyable! I would 100% recommend!!

Diandra was an outstanding waitress! She took the time to make conversation, & was so fun! Thank you! Loved our visit!

The servers seem to forget about their tables. The busers are rude and rush you out of the place. Your paying 18 dollars for a7 dollar sandwich and the drinks are just as bad. Update as I was typing the busers took my plate with my food on it even though I had told them no twice

Not pleased with the service, sat at the bar. Bartender taking my order: What do you want man? Ordered Wings with carrots & celery, arrived with NO carrots or celery, then I ordered wings with fries and this time came with NO fries. Service was slow and NOT friendly. NOT Friendly, like it's an inconvenience having to wait on me.

Our bartender Mara was amazing. Really made our night! Had us talking about it for a good while after and we'll definitely be coming back to get that kind of service again.

We came here for a convention at the hotel. Second time being here this weekend. Both times there are always angry looking managers walking around, staring you down for daring to eat burger while wearing cat ears. Service is very very slow, but the staff are friendly, just extremely understaffed. You'll probably be fine if you come with a small group of like 1-5 people, but any more and you're going to be waiting a while for food and there will be mistakes from the kitchen. Oh! Almost forgot, the chips they give you with your $20 burger and $10 drink are just straight up regular Lays brand chips on a plate. Besides that, the food *is* pretty good.

Matt and Drew crushed it on the service, drinks and food were insane, barrel aged old fashioned that was amazing! Highly recommend the tenders, and burger!

my review is for the bartender Taye ONLY!! she’s top tier and very attentive. the food is overpriced and mediocre at best.

Food is decent. Service is SLOW. We've been here over two hours and have had to flag people down for everything. We do not have time for this over this week. Plus it's loud as hell and I can't hear anything from my friends at the table to the employees when I'm trying to request something. Basically it's 4 stars for food and 1 for service with an average of two. If you have three hours to devote to this place, maybe but if you're expecting to be out before 8:30 when you arrive 15 to 5... Yeah.

We arrived to the Sheraton hotel today for a company training and stopped by the draft bar for dinner. Taye was our server and she was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and friendly. You guys really have some assets to your business with Mara and Taye on the team.

Slowest service I have ever experienced two visits in a row. greasy food. Again, I cannot stress it's like 30+ mins from finishing food to getting the check. And then they tried to put stuff on my ticket that I didn't order and charge mandatory gratuity. I mean I understand why they make it man before because nobody would get them a tip for that service....

Quesadillas were good, but the shrimp tacos was basically just biting into an avocado which I wasn't a fan of. The service was really slow but it's not like I saw waiters and waitresses just standing around, they were constantly busy and even hard to get anything from them because they're so busy. Personally not a fan of this place and probably wouldn't go there again.

The staff were very attentive and polite. I was seated quickly and given helpful information about ordering good food and drinks. I dropped a star on the review because my dish was over-seasoned. Other than that the experience there was better than expected.

Horrible do not waste your money here. It's way over price. The service is extremely slow and the food has not flavor. Waited 2 hours for food. Drinks are over priced too. Just take a walk down the street and find something better.

Mara was an awesome hostess/bartender. Def worth the experience. The burgers even though a bit pricey were very good as well. Ask for maras special, you won't regret it.

We got some water. Then no one came by to ask us what we wanted for over 20 minutes. I had to go find someone to get our order. Took another 25 minutes to get our food. Two of us got our food. It took another 10 to get the last entree. No one came by to check on us. Food was good but service was the worst I have seen.

Quite possibly the worst food I have ever had in a restaurant. Nice staff but just cant stomach the horrible taste of the wings. The fries have no salt or flavor. The chocolate cake was a last resort since nothing else tasted good enough to eat and the cake was even worse. Marriott should close it and just open a snack shop.
