I wish I could give zero stars but I had to at least pick one. No race card thrown here, the white people were welcoming and amazing. But as a person of color, the Hispanic and Black male employees treated me like a low class slave. It is so sad to be a mentor and literally fight every day for equity and inclusion. Only to have the very same people you fight for, stab you in the back. I had my daughter at 17 years old, but I still worked hard to earn a masters degree and to stand up for what is right. Breaks my heart. I just wanted to celebrate my daughter's birthday...but my own people ruined everything. Shame on you. That place is embarrassing to ALL people of color. Until those employees are terminated, I will forever be against Pete's.

Not for nothing I rarely do this..... Music was great and performers did an amazing job.... that's all the stars they get. My good friend who was on her death bed a week ago booked (prepaid for a party of 8) a table with Alan, the regional manager. And we decided to celebrate life with our good friend. Due to traffic around the area we were 6 mins late. But the manager for the night gave our table away that was already booked. Made no accommodations for another table and didn't refund our $100+ back. I don't recommend it due to the poor customer service.

The drinks are not strong with that being said I really liked them as I’m not a big booze drinker. The atmosphere was fun. I just couldn’t get in to the music. The stage performances were loud and the lady singing had a screechy voice. I was planning on staying most of the night but after 2 hours I couldn’t take anymore. I was expecting something more entertaining.

Our service and experience were amazing!! Thank you, Will and Chloe, for taking such great care of us! It was my first time here, and Chloe made sure we had everything we needed all night! No wait for drinks, answered all our questions, and always seemed to be ready to bring us our next order while we enjoyed the show! I absolutely recommend this entire experience and will definitely be back!

Took a group of first-timers and we all had a blast. Definitely make a reservation days in advance or show up right at 7 to try and get some of the high-top seating.

I am obviously not the target demographic. I believe all the reviews saying they enjoyed it grew up in the South and are of an older generation Younger millennials/ Gen Z - doubt there’s much we’re gonna relate to. I knew maybe … 3 songs they played and one was Lady Gaga. Average experience for me Also yeah if you’re not American and didn’t grow up here - not much to relate to either. Seemed quite a (at the cost of sounding weird) Southern/ Midwestern white and middle aged thing. Felt like a real outsider here. Non Americans and Zillennials - Maybe go once just to see what the hype is about but have low expectations. You probably won’t sing along to anything unless you’re also into retro or old timey music

This was our first time at this establishment and our service when we first arrived was atrocious! We were at the bar top waiting to be served and our server was just standing around talking to other servers, so we went to the bar and got our own drinks. Our server then came by and literally chastised us for not ordering through her. So we waited and waited for her to come back to take our order for food and drinks. We ordered a Chardonnay but she kept bringing us sparkling wine. Then we finally received our ice-cold nachos. The entertainment was good though.

This place is SO much fun. Booked 2 VIP 2nd row tables and even though management was difficult to get a hold of it was worth it. We were RIGHT in front of the pianos and it was a hilarious and impressive show to watch. All 4 of the piano players we saw were talented and hilarious. I cannot recommend this place anymore highly, it is a ridiculously fun time!!!!!

I wouldn’t go unless you have a table reservation. The standing room situation is terrible, it isn’t like the old Addison location where you could chill and enjoy without a table. They’re cramming this place to the max, letting way more people in than they can reasonably fit. We wasted our cover fee and had to leave before the show was finished because it was uncomfortable to just be in the way and get shoved around. Behind the seating area there’s a little standing area with a bar ledge where you can sit a beverage, but it’s a very small space and once it fills up then people are just kind of stuck crowding the walkway - where the wait staff is going to have to be aggressive in order to get by. There’s no way to know before you pay your cover if that small standing zone is already full - and if you need a drink refill and need to walk away, may the odds be ever in your favor. The setup is ridiculous for both the patrons AND the staff. If you’re not a seated patron then it’s clear that the wait staff loathes your presence, they should just make the whole bar reservation only. If you aren’t able to get a table reservation then I wouldn’t even recommend even attempting. They did have a better than average drink selection - though it’d be nice if they got some nicer wine options. The dueling piano players put on a good show, would’ve been nice to get to stay and enjoy them.

Went to the Frisco location. Great music, and tons of fun. Drink prices are reasonable for a venue like this. Song requests can be sent with a cash tip, and placed on the top of the piano. I believe this is also the only location they have that also serves food. The food menu is basic stuff, breads, pizza, etc.

If you like to sing along to good music, YES! Go here. If you love the sound of pianos, YES go here! It's way better than karaoke for me. But then again, I love the Irish pub vibe where everyone is shouting out lyrics as the chug their drink and hug their friends or complete stranger. YES! If you like that Irish pub singing vibe, this place is a must visit. I will not add photos. Because what happens @ Pete's, stays at Pete's.

RACIST. My husband and I came here with friends only to be humiliated and disrespected. We had a table and the waiter had the audacity to approach the only black couple in the bar and say “whatever drinks spill you must pay for” besides the fact that this is ridiculous. I would love to know why the only black couple was singled out. Racist establishment. Black people never enter we are not welcome.

the BEST bar to go to in the plano area!!!! we went here for my friend’s bachelorette party and it was the BEST decision we could have made since we are from oklahoma! the bar staff and the talented singers we’re all so kind & amazing! they called out our bride to be TWICE and made her weekend even more special than she could’ve imagined. if you love talented performers, singing loud, and a good time you have to come here!!! as the maid of honor, i struggled trying to decide which bar we would go to and our first stop was pete’s and it was so amazing we stayed until close and didn’t go anywhere else! i would recommend this place to anyone! thank you again to the kind performers & bar staff for making my bride to be’s weekend SO special! we will be back and ready to sing loud again! can’t wait to go back to texas for this bar alone!

We went for a date night and were highly entertained. The musicians are amazing and can sing and perform almost any song. Servers are very attentive. Great adult entertainment. Lots of groups celebrating birthdays, weddings, etc.

Our first time here and it was great! Definatly make reservations because it fills up fast! Lol I thought that the piano players were going to take song requests and dual echo other with them but they did not, even still it was a great experience! All 4 musicians were great both with their performances and with engaging with the crowd. The menu is limited to a few small items like burgers or fries but they are great. We had the loaded fries and wigs, very tasty.

This was my first time going to a dueling piano bar not on a cruise ship and I have to say that Pete's did not disappoint! The three pianists were so upbeat and attentive with the crowd. The service at the bar was great and the servers were great! I can't wait to go back here!

Fun way to spend a night with your girl friends (or just friends in general). Good music and ambience. Had no idea what dueling is before this. Great concept. If you need to sit, i guess reservations are required but hanging in the back is fun too, you’re closer to the bar ;)

Pete's is never disappointing! Every single visit is a fun experience! WARNING: Come ready to get silly, singing loud and have lots of fun!!!

Really enjoyed the experience of the piano players and music—definitely worth the time and money. The one thing that’s hard to get behind is the concept of being waitlisted for a spot. Multiple times, we were told that we’d get a text or call for an open table and although people were being seated around us, there was 3 or 4 occasions of groups just grabbing open tables before anyone could get it. The system seems to be messed up that we ended up getting there at 7 pm and stood for 4 hours straight until we left at 11. We’ll come back again but tough to do without a reservation. Wouldn’t recommend just walking in as a stand by.

  • 2/5 Tina M. 10 months ago on Google
Not a fan - Website says you need a reservation. Emailed and was told not reservations accepted for the night we came, and said to get there when they opened to ensure a seat. Arrived at opening and place was completely empty, cover charge guy spun tablet around to tip him just to take our money. Really tired of everyone w/the tip jar, but why tip to pay a cover? Place was FREEZING COLD and EMPTY. Asked bartender to adjust air, and he said well it will get warmer when people come. Hour later, place still empty - only one couple came - It was very sad and depressing. We gave piano guys money twice, each time to play one song. Finally I was so cold we just left. What a disappointment, and bad treatment of clientele that paid cover, bought drinks, and gave great tips. Waste of money and bad experience

Had a lot of fun singing along. It was pretty crowded but we were still able to get drinks quickly. Those drinks were pricey, though. 14 for a mixed drink! Although the drink tasted good it was pretty weak, especially for the price tag. Definitely would come back, but maybe get drinks somewhere else first.

I made a reservation for a table a week in advance. The website said music starts at 8 so we got there at 7:30. There was a couple of tables full but SO many tables empty. They set us at the very last table in the back. When other people came in an hour later, they were set center stage. It was very disheartening. I enjoyed the music until Mr. Fisher I believe his name is went on break, then we left. Drinks were WAY too expensive and mainly orange juice. That was disappointing.

Fun place to go if you have a couple of hours to kill. It was fun until the pianists started getting money hungry. They didn't play some of the requests we put in(gave them cash for it). Would go again, but I am definitely aware of what to expect.

  • 4/5 Thomas T. 1 year ago on Google
Great experience and fun performers. $15 cover charge per person. Bar style food was good and a decent price. Drinks were as expensive as fine dining and nowhere near the quality. Very crowded and you're lucky if you can get a seat let alone a table. I'd go again but come earlier and reserve a table.

First time going was back in February for my birthday! And now I can consider myself a regular on Thursdays! Madeline The music is always fun to sing your heart out! If you stop by make sure to ask for the best server Sylvia! She is great! Always a great time at Pete’s!

We discovered Pete's when they first opened in Frisco. Right away the staff was friendly and provided top notch service. We go several times a month. Sylvia is a friendly server. She provides hands down the BEST table service. I had my birthday party in Oct. and Sylvia was our server, she was quick, fast, and knowledgeable of the drink menu and ready to offer suggestions.

Have lived in Frisco for 12 years, and can finally say after this past weekend, Pete's is THE MOST FUN we have ever had here. Not sure if it's just bc it was Halloween but the camaraderie between the musicians and the nicest crowd of people in there singing together was incredible. Perfect mix of songs, super clean place, drinks were fun and came out fast despite the place being packed. I can't wait to go back. I love living in Frisco and this place is a top tier addition! Go Cowboys!

  • 4/5 Kevin S. 2 years ago on Google
Certainly enjoyed the atmosphere but was bummed that nearly all the seats were reserved for birthday parties. We got there reasonably early and still had to stand. $10 cover

  • 1/5 Jay R. 1 year ago on Google
Seriously, can I have my 12 bucks back please? It wasn't worth paying a $12 cover fee just to watch 2 individuals, totally disorganized, just randomly hammer away notes in room filled with drunk individuals just shouting your head off. After 20 minutes of just feeling disoriented, I had to leave. Such as waste.

  • 5/5 Aqua W. 2 years ago on Google
Highly advised to email Pete's to reserve a table a week or two before you go. For our party of 6, I was so glad we did, it was standing room only by 8pm. There are few places of entertainment that can combine the fun of singing, all out laughter, and all around entertainment for all in attendance. Be advised this is not a place where a lot of table conversations will happen. This is about full engagement with the performers, loud singing by everyone and having a great experience together. We brought our friend from Canada with us and she said she had never experienced anything like it and had a wonderful time. Remember to SING LOUD!

Wow, what a riot! This is definitely the place to gather with your friends for a special occasion such as a birthday, bachelor / bachelorette party or just as an excuse to go out for a night on the town! The performers were extremely talented and could really work the crowd! This should definitely be on everyone’s bucket list of things to do in Addison!

  • 5/5 Justin O. 1 year ago on Google
Great atmosphere. A little tight in space, but it works. The shows are fun, hilarious, and entertaining. Even if you don't know some of the songs, you'll enjoy talent of the musicians.

  • 3/5 Sarah A. 1 year ago on Google
I was excited to try the new Frisco location after having spent many fun nights out at the Addison spot. I was hoping the space would have been exponentially larger, since the Addison location was very tight to move around and seating was limited. The first thing I noticed was that they raised the cover fee from $10 to $12 per person. I was wholly disappointed when I walked in to find the layout of the venue almost identical to how it previously looked. They might have managed to provide even less seating now. It still has the 2 sides, where you can't see much, and the small section in front of the stage. There were some red padded benches against the wall on each end, for VIP guests, but they remained empty. They have 1 bar and 2 sets of restrooms. The service was spotty depending on where I was receiving it from, but good service when it was provided. The night was more spendy that I was anticipating. There is more standing space, but less bars/high tops to sit behind. The open space gets full of people and you will have to shoulder your way through a small crowd to move around. The venue needs twice as much seating. I suggest reserving a table in advance (not the day of). The performers were incredible and talented, as always. Although, it does feel like I'm watching a slightly different version of the same show each time I go, but I always have a good time nonetheless.

So it had been a few years but the crowd is still the same and it's awesome. We were walk in's so we stood for a while but eventually a few chairs opened up. Good times!!!

By far the best experience I’ve had at any of the Pete’s piano bars! Kyle is by far the best, that man can sing!!!!

  • 5/5 Patrick 4 years ago on Google
Great place to hang with a group of friends. Basically you can suggest songs and the ppl play it but the entire bar is singing. Doesn’t matter if you can’t sing bc everyone is drunk lol. It’s slightly diverse but a different culture doesn’t seem to be any issue here. Everyone here just want to sing and have a great time.!!!!plus there is plenty of participation at this spot.

I have been here on multiple occasions and have a blast every time no matter the group. The syringe shots always lead ti the best stories.

  • 1/5 d t. 1 year ago on Google
0 stars. Promoted here is not white midwestern or southern culture. It is Redneck culture. Bartender had a nasty attitude just because I asked the price of a beer... ?!? Why the hell is there a cover fee to witness this nonsense? Some customers emulated lewd acts on stage later on. Very bad form.

  • 5/5 Tyler W. 1 year ago on Google
Chloe and Rubin were absolutely fantastic! Chloe was prompt and kept a smile on her face the entire time she served my party, even while the entire room was PACKED with people. Rubin has taken care of me many times, and he keeps his cool and is attentive, even while pumping out cocktails for the whole room. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for something a bit different on their night out.

  • 4/5 Mike B. 1 year ago on Google
Had a blast! Got some great songs played by an amazing group of artists. The drinks were good. I’m not sure if the owner buys into the whole Two Hour Seat rule, but me and my date were both uncomfortable on the hard wood chairs after about two hours.

  • 5/5 Victoria V. 1 year ago on Google
Such a fun place and experience. Definitely something to do for a fun date or with friends if you're into karaoke but don't want the spotlight directly on you. Been here a few times and it's always a blast! They've played songs from Elton John, Garth Brooks, Blink-182 and Brittney Spears just to give an idea; it's a fun mix with popular/well known music so you can join in and sing your heart out.

  • 4/5 MARGARET P. 1 year ago on Google
The piano musicians were awesome . They encouraged the audience to participate. Fun, clean and friendly staff .

  • 5/5 Bao H. 1 year ago on Google
As far as dueling piano bars go, this is the only one within 30 miles that I am aware. They have a full bar and plenty of seating. Artists rotate in every twenty minutes or so. The only downside is that it can be too loud to have a conversation, but that is expected. The are lots of girls-night-out and bachelorette groups on the weekend.
