my first time ever going to chili's. they have amazing service and very sweet people. i'd come back there. 💟

Although not busy when we arrived, waitress seemed annoyed to take our order. Even to request our bill we had to track her down (my husband actually went into kitchen to find her... This was after over 20 minutes of EVERYONE looking for her!

Late night and I hope that attributes to the rudeness I felt. Erick the bartender seemed rushed and like he wanted nothing to do with me. It took me 20 minutes to get water. Even longer to get a drink. Seemed shocked when I asked for my tab. Um… there are other places I can go spend my money. Lots of other places in this area. Asked for my tab solely to get his name bc I certainly don’t want him taking care of anyone I know. Ever.

Dinner was great.. had the Bacon Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich.. it was so good.. and big. Took the second half home. Our server Brianna was awesome as well👍

I was told I would have to wait 20-30min because I didn't want to sit in the bar but it was plenty of seating and staff. I was seated and I let the server know at the beginning that I would like all my food brought out at the same time because I had a 7pm movie to get to up the street. My food was brought out by someone else and my server never came back to check on me and I had to get another server to finally bring me a refill and to go container and apply my military discount. So I was late for the movie past preview and beginning of the the movie.

Having A Sisterhood Lunch Date, and We was seated quickly. Food came out fast, Hot, and delicious 😋. Our Waitress Ms. Tammy was nice, patient, and great hospitality with a Smile.

Briana, our server, was great! Very attentive and Incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions. Food was delicious and served hot! Define you a good spot to bring the family. They give out activities and crayons to they kids. Parking is great and accessible.

I ordered the Cajun Shrimp Pasta and my food was served cold and very salty. The lady that came to close out or checks had no clue that 2 of is had already paid. Our server however, was absolutely awesome and had a great smile and attitude.

Won’t be back! Male, black waiter with the gold teeth is loud, made rude comments to me and is unprofessional. The way he spoke to me drew attention from a group dining at a neighboring table. He needs to treat customers with respect and not as if we’re one of his friends. First time at this location and it will be my last. My dinner outing with my child was totally ruined because of the waiter and his lack of professionalism.

I ordered my favorite dish, the old-fashioned hamburger with lettuce, tomato, pickled with mayo and and ketchup. It was prepared exactly, I ordered it. Meat temp was perfect (medium), but I wished to request the bun toasted dry because that little glaw earned 4 stars. The lady server was pleasant and professional. The atmosphere was at the best average, bearable. One last thing, if you use the little computer to process the check payment at the dining table, which I like but quit bombarding the customer with ADS before check out.

The service was alright, but they never got my buddy his triple dipper even after waiting for like an hour. Initially we came for the Dallas Cowboys Canes but it was too busy so we settled for Ol’ Reliable Chillis.

Kinda gone down hill, its been years, but not what I remembered. Staff was nice, food was a little slow getting out, and nothing really stood out as excellent.

Chili's is one of my top family friendly restaurants!! I tried the bowl and it was so yummy! I also had no idea that they had happy hr all day every Saturday & Sunday in the bar area...that's awesome! They only had wings during happy hr, I'd suggest adding more food items for happy hr.

Corn was ok and fries, ribs, tenders were delicious.

I love going here! The food comes out at record speed and the servers are some of the best in the industry. I highly recommend looking into the steak and seafood combo

Great food, fast service, loved it. The second time in 2 weeks we came here, we are regulars. Went back again tonight. We always order about the same thing and Brianna remembers all our food as soon as we come in. To be honest, all locations are great, but the service here is the best. We choose this location because of Brianna. Love her!

Best American restaurant 🇺🇸 I never regret visiting Chili’s 🌶️ Their steak is better than outback 🍖 We tried three selection for 10.99 dollar deal. I ordered sweet tea + salsa and chips + 6oz sirloin steak for only $15.99. We added add shrimp for three dollars. The chili soup is always on point ❤️

Great place as always. Got our food and it was very good, waitress took care of us. Thank you Chili's for making my Anniversary a good evening once again!

Firstly I will say that it was not busy at all when we first sat and everything was going fine. I understand that they are understaffed but our server shouldn’t have taken that many tables if she could not attend our needs. We asked for our drinks to be refilled and she told us to wait…we waited for 20 minutes and she never came back so we asked another employee if he could bring us more soda and he did not want to and said our server would do it. The manager saw we didn’t have any drink and ignored us but once she saw we were upset. With a bad attitude she asked us what are drink was and then at that moment we received our drink but no longer wanted it because we had waited to long at that point. She didn’t apologize about the situations and left. Service was horrible and I do not recommend.

Me and my husband love ordering the prime rib steak, the guy working afternoon shift man he knows how to work a melt in mouth butter on top cooked perfect middle well. Thats are stop.

Our server Max was great! My coworker and I ordered the southwest egg rolls, white spinach queso, and the triple dipper. And it was literally the best chili’s I’ve ever had I swear they put their entire chilussy into the triple dipper. 10/10 amazing

Terrible terrible experience , I like chills and came here a lot during my life , honestly it’s disappointing coming from Chili’s they forgot to give us our appetizer and brought our food first which was already cold . They brought appetizer second saying they didn’t know we ordered one , we had to request for them to redo the appetizer because it was cold , our drinks were not refilled and the whole time we weren’t even sure who our waitress was because different people came by our table . I hope you guys do better for others honestly not worth coming here I probably won’t come back .
