I visited this bar yesterday and had a great time until I closed my tab. The bartenders charged me twice for everything on my ticket then added an extra $30 as tip making my bill $185 for 1 person. When I spoke to the manager she refused to correct the bill and told me to dispute it with my bank. I checked my account this morning and they have now charged my card an additional $69. Clearly employees and management have no regards to their patron’s money. The food was also undercooked. Several people in my party ordered wings that had to be sent back to the kitchen. I had a mediocre grilled chicken sandwich but thankfully it was fully cooked at the least. I would not advise going here. This is completely unacceptable!

Fun venue for many types of events. Did not try the food, but the place would be a place I would be happy to hang out at and meet people for drinks and socialize. The rooftop area has a really cool appearance.

My girl friend forgot her purse inside the bar and nobody wanted to give it back to her . They just kept saying to come back tomorrow. We tried to explain that inside the purse she had her house keys and we had no additional keys to go inside the house. They just didn’t care and they were extremely rude. Last but not least, once you close out your tab make sure you check your receipt because they charge all kinds of weird fees. First and last time visiting this place.

Huge indoor space with yard games and TV’s angled in every single direction so you can catch all the games all the time. Great place for some Sunday football, but you’ll need to make reservations. The “tall” mimosas are worth ordering, and seems to be the popular drink for a table of four or more. It was very loud in here, speakers are so turned up you can hear the static air when the announcers are not actively talking.

Wish I had read the reviews before going to this place. Had a worst experience. Initially they were not ready to give us a table though we have already made a reservation over the phone. The conversation went like this after reaching there - "Staff saying we don't think we accepted any tables from you guys". After a lot of discussion they agreed to give us a table. We also asked if we could get table games as they were giving out to everyone and one of the staff members said "its heavy so you can carry it out for yourself" And our group has paid money for the wishes like every other group in the bar did. The staff has wished every group with fireworks and goodies and when our turn came they said they don't have enough staff(though they received payment early) This was by far the worst experience we have ever had and manager supporting all of this.

I have a very mixed review. The food was awful...the chicken was so hard that you couldn't even stab it with a fork. Our burger was messed up twice! One time they forgot to put the patty on it LOL But each time they took it back to fix it and were extremely apologetic. They also gave us free shots for the inconvenience. The drinks were very good! We loved the atmosphere. There is a $700 minimum for parties over six people. They ended up waiving it for us since they messed up our order so many times.

Came here for Lucky's St. Patrick's pub crawl Sat 3/17 and had a great time. Place is really cool. However the one star is due to what happened the next day. We wanted to go back as our pub crawl passes were good for both days. When we got to the front with our passes (that guaranteed entry) on 3/18 . We were asked if everyone had belt loops on their pants. One of our party did not and was wearing nice athletic warm up pants/windbreakers. He was told by the second bouncer that he could not go in unless he "took care of him". I understand if there is a dress code but I did not see a dress code sign either day. The problem is we were asked by the boouncer to bribe him. When asked what "take care of him" meant, he asked us to pay him 20 dollars and he would look the other way . This is incredibly tasteless and unprofessional. Your job is not to extort customers.

Unique indoor/outdoor atmosphere charged with live music, games and lots of fun. On a warm fall evening, the gigantic fans kept the dancing temperature to reasonably comfortable. The band and the dance instructor created the atmosphere that was engaging and fun. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the size of the crowd, although the tender staff and serving associates did a remarkable job ensuring everyone was well served.

Free games and half apps on Wednesday. Charges $1 for ranch for your wings and it’s not even hidden valley. $16 for a double. Not sure what this “processing fee” is. Like come on.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars and, after reading the other reviews, it sounds like we dodged a bullet with this place. My husband was not allowed in because he was wearing open-toed shoes (which were nice leather flip flops, btw) and he was male. There was no dress code posted at the door and no mention of the dress code on the website. Also, it baffles me that a place called “Backyard,” that markets itself as a casual sports bar and allows dogs, has a dress code. It’s honestly laughable.

Pretty chill and fun bar for a small group. Lots of space that doesn’t get filled up with annoying sweaty drunks. There’s some yard games (large jenga, etc) and lots of TVs if you wanna watch some sports. One time they denied me for wearing dressy pants then let in a smelly old man wearing cargo shorts. Not sure what that was about, but otherwise good and dependable.

Went here for the superbowl. Couldn’t get in good enough before a not so bright waitress Rudely pushed me almost off my feet and didn’t say excuse me. Then when I confronted her she threatened to throw me out the place!! Terrible place too Overcrowded. Very rude waitresses and staff!!

Took us 45 mins to stop the waitress to ask to order. She rolled her eyes and said I’ll be there in a minute. Finally ordered and when the food came out it was wrong and freezing cold. I ordered a HOT sandwich. We told the staff it was wrong and they argued with us profusely stating we had it at the other end of the table and they didn’t bring us cold food. It was colder than room temp when it hit the table and it was chicken. We told them we didn’t want that part of the order and they continued to argue with us. Our other sandwich was the French dip and was FULL of fatty meat! Couldn’t even eat it!! The waitress finally acted like she had time for us when we asked for the ticket. Terrible service and food! Won’t be back!

We were sitting at a table and were asked to leave the table because a Cowboys game was starting and they reserve the tables for games. Our group of 6 was asked to stand so two people could take our table. There was no mention or sign on the table when we sat down an hour before a game was starting. Had 3 margs that were not made the same, you would think they came from different bars completely. We left but we're charged a venue fee and automatic tip that I was not told about so I accidentally double tipped. Sorry excuse for a business. It is dirty and too loud to be run this way. Never going back.

Someone I went with got turned away because he was wearing shorts without belt loops and then was forced to pay a cover if he wanted to go in. The rest of the group (mostly guys) didn't have to pay a cover. Make sure to wear belt loops y'all. 🤣 What a joke Update: they charged him $40 and management wouldn't reimburse him even though his outfit was within guidelines. They gave some free cocktails but wouldn't reimburse. I think this place finds ways to over charge people. Be careful here!

Went here for a corporate party. The activities are really fun — Jenga, ping ping, cornhole etc. the food was buffet but good. All in all a fun experience with exactly the atmosphere you’d expect— like a backyard party.

Such a great atmosphere from start to finish! An amazing place to watch games and have good drinks. The DJ was 🔥🔥🔥 and played all the throw backs and it was a whole vibe! Will definitely come back

Cool spot but the single worst service I've had. Waitress forgot our order, only came twice in over an hour, brought one pair of silverware for two people after we had to ask for it in general. Then she capped it off by adding 21.5% to the tab despite everything clearly stating that only parties of 6 get gratuity added. Edit: manager took care of gratuity and a little extra for the experience which was nice

On Sundays it's a screaming loud Cowboy's bar with all the charm of a sloshed frat party. And not because patrons are rowdy, but because staff keep the music at deafening decibels, they easily outnumber patrons, and they're all busy taking selfies.

Had a great time during the St. Pattys day bar crawl. Bartenders were friendly and made great drinks. Large open space with lots of bar games/arcade to play. Great for friends and coworkers!

Watched the NCAA game from here!!! We had a large party and the accommodations were made for us. We enjoyed the variety of food/ appetizers and the live DJ, both pre & post ballgame. Very cool 😎 spot.

The bouncer told the people in front of me that sweat pants goes against their dress code and proceeded to tell them that if they write a 5 star google review he would let them in. I was here on a very busy game day and didn’t have any issues getting a drink in a timely manner. Service was cool but the bar smelled disgusting. Seemed like a dirty place overall, both physically and ethically.

Sunday 9/18 8:33 pm black haired waitress poured me the wrong drink. Was rude when I told her it wasn't ginger ale. It was brown. Then poured me another one with no alcohol in it. Will never visit a place that's this dead AND has bad service by people with a visible attitude

Do not come here. Very unclean. Always dead even on the weekends. All their games are broken. No refund if you accidentally put money in a broken machine. It’s not like how are used to. Way better bars to go to.

Hadn’t been to backyard in a couple years due to previous poor experiences but was really happy to have a great time this time around! Taylor was a phenomenal bartender! You can ask her for a drink that fits your flavor profile and she will come up with a perfect concoction! Not to mention free games during happy hour on certain days of the week. I’ve been back plenty of times but look forward to when Taylor takes care of me. Looking forward to happy hour next week

Nice environment. Call me cheap but $40 for a Long Island (that wasn't even strong taste straight like sour mix, no buzz or anything) and double shot of crown is a bit much. I'll come to hang but give my money to another bar before I come.

Wow where do I even begin with this hot mess express. So right out of the gate this place seems completely disorganized. At first we’re told we can’t split checks, which seems odd for a place that basically caters to college kids but sure that’s fine. Then we’re told we have to leave a credit card just to get a table, again strange but ok. So we get our table and the first thing I’m asked for is my card to start a tab. Umm ok? Well I don’t have it cause I was told we wouldn’t get this table without handing it over. So we order our drinks, and not even 5 min into being there we’re told we have to move tables cause they’ve apparently sat us at one that was specifically reserved. How did y’all not know this 5 min ago when you put us at this table? Can they not sit at one of the other empty tables (of which there are many available) around us? Ok well this point we’ve decided we’re just gonna stay for one round and move on. So we get our drinks and then to save some time ask for and pay our tabs. Kind of surprised by the “facility fee” and automatic 25% gratuity for a group of 4 when the facility is mediocre at best and the service sucks but again, ok whatever. AND THEN after all that, not even 15 min later, someone from the restaurant comes over and has the audacity to tell us we have to MOVE TO THE BAR TO FINISH OUR DRINKS. Are you for real right now?? Never in my 33 almost 34 years of life have I ever had to move to the bar to finish food/drinks immediately after closing a tab. I said that I’ve never had to do this before and because I had an opinion I was told by said employee he didn’t appreciate my “hostility.” Sir that’s not hostility, that’s just facts. Turns out their people messed up with the table assignments, but instead of troubleshooting that first they went straight to blaming the customer. Oh and no one ever showed up for that other “reservation,” they just didn’t want us sitting there. Altogether, this place is a joke and now it makes total sense why the place is half empty on a Saturday during an NFL playoff game. Please do do yourself a favor and avoid this train wreck.
