I'm literally never coming here again. I was double charged for one drink and I let the bartender know, she completely flipped it around on me and told my friends that she was going to "Beat my a**". I proceeded to ask for the manager, who she had already went to to give her side of the story and then I got kicked out for "trying to get free drinks"? I only had one drink in my hand I definitely paid for 2. He said he had seen the receipt and I told him to go get it so we could look at it together and he refused. This is the second incident I've had with this bartender, so I just can't deal with the toxic treatment of customers every time I go there.

Well, after being charged $120 to park, and $18 for a simple margarita. I realized how gimmicky and cap places like this are. They had not one black waitress, only biracials so it was easy to feel a bit uneasy. Definitely felt like I didn't belong there. And you can tell that the waitresses expect to cater to a certain type, so customer service was garbage. I don't recommend this spot to people with real money. Its for fake lifestyle kinda people, clout chasers, posers and wannabes. If you have real money to spend, go somewhere else.

Bouncers especially (gjordan dummas) are absolute douchebags and walk around like they’re high and mighty. The bartenders were the only nice workers there so i guess the 1 start can go to them.

We ended a pub crawl night at Clutch. Food was good, but not completely accurate. DJ was great! But our server was horrible. Didn't bother to see if we needed drink refills when our food came out. Asked twice for refills but had to go to the bar and get our own drinks. Delivered napkins to our table half way through our meal. (Thankfully I had some in my purse) Dropped the check on the table and walked away in disgust as if we were an inconvenience before we even finished eating. She was full of entitled, bad attitude but lacked ANY others qualities to be in this profession. On top of that, a 20% tip was automatically added to our bill for a group of 4. We WILL NOT return.

Place is empty on 1030pm but we were asked to pay a cover fee of $20 for guys. We then noticed others after us were not asked for a cover fee. We are in the minority in this bar scene. Never coming back as this place judges people based on their outer appearance.

Loved attending the car meet out here. Very beautiful cars. The food was top notch, everything was amazing and would definitely go back for the food. However, the service was awful. It took 20+ minutes to get someone to serve us and WE had to ask for a server. The server was fairly attentive but not very interested in being there to help us when she came around. The food is worth going back for just be aware of the service. Giving this 4/5 because the food is so amazing just lacks good service.

Nice place. I have been here only once to their car show. I don't know how do they do at night since there are so many bad reviews, but during the day time it's fine. During my last visit the place was not very busy but it took a while they brought the food. There was good music playing all the time. Waitresses were kind and nice. Overall, I am satisfied with my visit and the exclusive cars.

The hostess that stands at the booth by the line is notoriously rude af. The bottle girls and waitresses chef kiss but that …. Is a no.

Never had food here or been here on a regular weekday (or daytime in general lol) but if you're looking for a fun club with the girlies that actually has decent music, then this is the place! Only complaint I would have is the floors being like constantly wet and slippery... like idk who's spilling drinks every time we're there (??) but yeah

Should be called Brunch 20/20. $20 to park, 20% automatic gratuity per table, all of that to still be attacked by bees the entire time we were dining. I'm from Dallas and would not suggest this establishment to anyone visiting Houston. There are so many better places to eat in Houston.

Only reason this is getting 3 stars is because my bartender was great. She was always attentive, and you could tell she was working hard to keep me and her other customers happy. Other than that, I did not much care for this place. I was there with a friend of mine, and our two girlfriends. We were standing up behind them at the bar, then all of a sudden a bouncer comes over and makes them get up out of their chairs because it was "time to dance." Whatever. If it was a bunch of dudes, then fine. But please don't make women get up from their seats unnecessarily. We promptly left after this incident, though it doesn't seem half as bad as some of the reviews I've seen of this place....

Food was good. Staff were good. I was offered a table right next to the door which i disliked. They add 3% service charge and 20% tips by default. I think the tip should be reflective of service and left to the customers to judge.

Visited from Detroit, it was packed relatively early, any they honor their booth reservations. Zero complaints.
