Like so many other restaurants, BDubs has struggled with staff. Went twice this past week - first time, we left without ordering after noticing how dirty the tables were. The second time it was obvious that our server was brand new. This being said, the staff was friendly and did their best. Additionally, it seems like the wings were a bit smaller and the side celery/carrots were sparse. Three sticks each for an order of 20 wings. May need to try another wing place.

Been at this location couple times and we've always had a great experience. We came to watch the Mavs playoff game and we got seated right away (dining area) our server Brent was amazing! We kept checking in on us to make sure we were OK. The food is great too! We always get the house samples and wings. We'll definitely keep coming back when we're in the area.

Five stars not because I think they are the best wings, but because service was impeccable. We had a short wait time, waitress was very attentive and nice. I ordered the garden salad and a 10-piece traditional Wing half hot, half garlic parmesan. The food came out hot and fresh and had a really good flavor. Although it's not my favorite wings, this trip is definitely a five-star review. Don't get me wrong the wings were great, I just have a couple of places that are my favorite. All in all, 5 stars.

Second time I have visited this location in the evening hours, late dinner after 9pm, and both times I have had the same experience. It took a while to be greeted but our server was sweet and appeared busy. My 2 star rating is only regarding the kitchen taking an absurd amount of time to bring out a simple order. When I say simple order I mean a 2 person dinner, not a large complex order. Although, food was hot and fresh BWW serves poor quality fries.

Brought my cousin here for his birthday celebration. The server was absent and forgot our items continuously. When we asked for our items she appeared annoyed. We also were told what we ordered was out of stock 30 minutes after ordering. The day shift and night shift are polar opposites and I'm highly disappointed in the service and quality of food being served. Our birthday celebration was marred by neglect and piss poor service. I usually don't leave reviews but the blatant neglect is not appreciated.

Rude team members from over the phone takeout orders and in person. Waited an hour for my order and was told it would be ready in 15-25 minutes. Poor and unsatisfactory communication over the phone. Whoever answers the phones literally put the phone down as we were ordering, we had to call back just to finish placing the order. No one waits for you at the front desk, had to track down the cook just to get assistance and when a hostess came who I believe was the same one who took the order she rudely asked if we we're here for a pick up order I do not recommend dining in or taking out

Do not order from here. We all know that Buffalo Wild Wings are already overpriced mid wings but this location is absolutely terrible. This is only my second time ordering from and both times were absolutely trash. First time the manager argued about an incorrect and delayed order. So I figured I'd give one more shot. This time everything is cold, wrong sauce on wings, and I have missing items. The only thing they didn't screw up was the cheesecake which I'm sure it's hard to mess up taking something out of the box.

This place is always understaffed. Insane !!!! The service is so poor !!!! You have a good idea, good food, good environment, why would u lose money being cheap and not staffing your restaurant properly? That's management's fault. Other Buffalo Wild Wings are nice and well-staffed. Never an issue. This is the only location around here. Please make it better!

I ordered 10 wings all flats. I got only 3 plus they were almost dry, no sauce on them. How can you be happy if you don’t get what you just payed 22 dll were waisted

Terrible! I ordered off uber eats and they have a buy 1 get 1 free special. The receipt provided a detailed description of my order. Somehow I still ended up with missing wings and no boneless wings. This sauce is what I assume is bbq flavor (it had a purple sticker) instead of desert heat and Thai curry as I requested. Luke warm even though my delivery was assigned to a driver immediately. Overcooked dry burgers with no salt. They just threw anything in my bag that was already made. Overall disappointing.

I ordered a 6 piece Parmesan garlic and regular fries with cheese. The wings were small and hard. I only choked them down because I was starving. The fries were like pieces of wood and it looked like they used sliced cheese. The fries were SO HARD I couldn’t even eat them. Trash fries.

If I could I wouldn’t even give it a star. Waited 20 15 minutes to be seated and not a single staff member let us know where to sit they just said “ y’all can sit down”. Waited 5 minutes before we saw another 2 people come in and quickly get seated and get their order taken. The host finally showed up and asked if anyone had helped we said no he said he’d get with us and 10 minutes go by and still nothing. We decided to up and leave.

Really like the food, and service is typically really good. Only reason I can’t rate higher is because it takes pretty long even though the restaurant is fairly empty the times I’ve gone. Other than that, good food, good prices, good service. Will definitely be back to this BWW.

SO DRY. Mummified wings. Not a drop of moistue in most the wings. Went in the trash. Very dissapointed.

Wings are great, service is often good, and it's a fun atmosphere. The only disappointment is their moving away from the true BOGO wings. I would have preferred they raise their regular prices and then still did the BOGO deal, versus the 50% off deal they do now.

Not from Dallas just visiting from another city and this Buffalo has poor customer service. Assuming this restaurant’s employees double checks the orders before handing it to the customer. So my partner and I went home only to find out they didn’t give us our fries. I called the store and spoke with an employee named Dara. She told me she’d get the manager(Orlando) on duty to help me with finding a solution for my order. Manager was not available, and said they would call us back. THEY NEVER DID. Just wasted my money here. The food wasn’t even fresh it came stale and cold.

My waiter Matt/Paul was really good at his job. Really good service, 5 stars, I can't recommend this place enough. Like it's physically impossible, the water was clear as Claritin, food as good as my mom used to make, and the service, you know what...SIX STARS! That's right ladies n gentleman. This man right here gets one extra star. Just absolutely astonishing service. Please tip your waiters

Taste is perfect. I ordered them 3 times. All three times missed packing. I got just chichen. no ranch, no dips. be smart
