I’ve been coming here for close to two years, never has there been a bad experience. My besties and I feel safe enough to not worry about our drinks, we know the staff and owner strive to make it as much of a home as possible. The bar tenders are amazing and always greet with a smile and sarcastic comment, Aubrey especially. The food is absolutely top notch, the fish tacos are addicting AF. Flea Harvey’s the monthly market is one of the best things to do in Dallas, the art and vendors always have new and interesting items. Seriously best lil dive bar in tx

First time being here, and the experience was really nice. For one, vintage signs, games, and music players, and it definitely resembled the old days. I ordered a half pound burger with cheese and bacon, with half fries, half onion rings. My dad ordered a BLT&A, and my aunts ordered wings, chips and salsa. The burger came with Sriracha mayo, which was really good. The meat was very flavorful, along with the veggies and bacon. The chips had a chilli pepper and salt seasoning on them, which was really delicious, and paired very nicely with the salsa.

Love this place! Got a very awesome 70's dive bar vibe. Plenty of space there too. Most of it is outside and/or subject to the elements. So if it's cold, rainy, or really hot, dress appropriately. I got the 1/2 pound burger with blue cheese and a side of fries and it was really good. I forgot to tell them I wanted it medium rare so I got it medium instead (my bad). Also, not a lot of choices for spirits or beer, although they carried a few good local beers which I had. I knocked off 1 star for the lack of spirits and beer. I definitely recommend this place though! Cheers!

GREAT place for live music. LARGE seating area outside. THE band played inside due to weather. They also have a swimming pool next door.

Warm and cozy even on a cold night! Great place to go after work and perfect for large groups of people! With South Side Studios just down the street, it is often visited by cast and crew from ongoing productions. The Lee Harvey Staff is friendly and professional! Oh, yeah, and this place is frequently stocked up on live music!!! Bands welcome! Seth, you ROCK! Thank you for having a place that will make the oldest to the very shy feel right at home! Pets welcome!!!!

Lee Harvey’s is an awesome dive type bar experience. Was in town for a conference from MN and found out the general manager is a Vikings Fan (no really… wears the hat, has the phone background, and his phone plays the game horn! And he has a Matts Bar bumper sticker - IYKYK) Very affordable and strong drinks. And the food was yummy too!

One of my most favorite places to go in Dallas! The outside vibe with the skyline and live music can't be beat whether it's a Sunday afternoon or evening show. The patty melt is THE best I've ever had: generous sized patty served on cheddar jalapeno bread. And of course Naked Lunch, Steely Dan tribute band, was playing and they're not to be missed. Fantastic as always!

What a fun place! It’s cheezy in a lovable sorta way. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful in making recommendations and altering menu items for dietary needs. Menu is not health food but they can cobble together some options that are tasty and fresh but watch out, they are heavy handed with the salt shaker🤦‍♀️ Wish they offered a plant based burger. ***PS Lee Harvey’s Mgr…Beyond Burgers come frozen and cook better from a frozen state…3 min! So you could have them available with no risk of waste!! Overall it’s a fun neighborhood joint and we will definitely return often!!

It's been an absolute pleasure to stay at Lee Harvey's! I visited Dallas with a friend for a week and we've been at this fantastic Bar 5 out of 7 nights. The beer is great and affordable as is the food. Can just recommend it to everyone! And if it's warm check out the Dive In!!! Thanks for this warm welcome at your bar.

Great place to kick back and drink beer. I also had a patty melt with onion rings, service for food was fast, beer was cold and atmosphere is great. Mt only complaint was there was only one bar tender, now she was doing a great job, but there was only one of her, and it took a while to get the check. I just didn't plan right, so it was me, but check them out yourself and let use know. As always my 2 cents.

Dive bar on south side of Dallas. The area is looking more and more gentrified over time. I don’t come here very often so changes to the neighborhood stick out a little more. We primarily come here in the spring and summer for the flea market. I think it’s monthly but you will have to look it up to verify. Funky vendors and pretty good food. Parking is on the street but, as it’s during the afternoon, it isn’t crowded. Your mileage may vary if you’re coming here in the evening.

I have been coming here for YEARS & before me - my dad came here for years! The food here is absolutely phenomenal. I personally love the "BLT" and the wings are always 10/10. I do wish the customer service was a tad better. A great dive bar! I bring all my friends that visit me here and all the friends I've made in Dallas here.. I will never stop coming here...🤟🏻

Arguably the best little dive in Dallas. Burger and onion rings. Cheap, strong drinks around the fire pits.

Super cool venue in a really eclectic artist community. The beer selection was broad, the service was friendly, the food service was hella slow. Took about 45 minutes to get our onion rings. So that was a bummer. Luckily we were enjoying the crowd and atmosphere so we will be back on a weekday night.

Thanks to Kevin, the bartender, we had amazing service and shared a few laughs while discussing some famous musicians. Great food. Great company beside us as well (Packers/Cowboy talk lol). We are from WI, but they made us feel at home. Kevin also provided us with free cover for the band that same night - great guy!

We really like this dive joint. Nice atmosphere and good drinks. The burgers, tacos and chicken wings are really good. Good place to meet after work or after dinner. Nothing fancy, but nice atmosphere.

Excellent burger & fries, the outdoor patio area is huge and great, there's a pool table inside. Restrooms near outdoor area AND inside. Make sure to try your skills at the ring game!

I really enjoy this off the beaten path place. Bar tenders are usually quick and friendly. It has a large patio area where you can see the Dallas skyline especially in winter. Fun place to just hangout and people watch.

I love the easy going atmosphere of Lee Harvey's and is my go-to place for a drink and Saturday night live music. Outdoor and indoor... the ambiance is... well.... very Texas like and you can't go wrong if you are into casual fun. Food: some of the burgers are awesome and variety is not shabby either. Free parking too.

Run, don’t walk away from this joint. First they strong armed you for a $20 “donation” to come in. Soon after we sat down and ordered our waitress sat down in the bar and spent the remainder drinking beer and flirting with a customer, never checking on us again. Then we waited over 45 minutes for the WORST tasting cheeseburger I’ve ever had. It seriously tasted like a charcoal briquette had been crumbled over it. Then the fries and onion ring combo they charge you and extra $3 for, consisted of about 6 fries and 3 small overcooked onion rings. My wife mentioned how bad the burger was and their staff only replied with a sarcastic “thanks.” Save you time and $$ and go somewhere else.
