Felt out of place and uncomfortable. The drinks were watered down and a bit overpriced. The vibe felt tense i was unaware of a dress code, but nothing was mentioned to me I was wearing shorts and gym shoes at the time It seemed I got a few looks from some guy guarding the door the bartender was cool though so I left a good tip and was on my way fast my flight was leaving that night.

The new dress code is based race. Period. No way around it. Which I guess was the point. The “bouncer” at the door has NO RESPECT! One of my favorite places…NO longer. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone coming to relax after a long day..like it used to be.

They didn’t honor the rainy day happy hour special. They said it had to be pouring, do they want a whole tsunami? It was drizzling aka raining…but anyways. They could have been more nice about it. 20% added to an overprice drink. Last time I’m here. Server was not attentive yet they want 20% tip. Go next door.

Finally visited this bar in uptown! It is such a nice place to be for happy hour. I loved the Peach Smash, Mai Thai and the Lucky mule. Get there early if you want to get a table inside. My friends and I enjoyed our time on a Friday night here. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Without a doubt the best craft cocktail experience we have ever had. Jason was a phenomenal bartender, and every single drink we had was absolutely amazing. The overall atmosphere was chill but upscale, the music the music was new and fun, and they had every possible type of liquor that you could think of. 100000000% would come here again!!!

The barman needs more training and I felt a lack of soft skills when dealing with customers. I've ordered scotch "on the rocks", however; they only serve on a single rock, but it is not big enough and turn into water quickly. They don't serve food nor snacks. It is small, like really small! It does get crowded. The bill had drinks that I didn't order, but I payed anyways and didn't argue, I'm just not returning to the place. Although, everyone I've interacted was nice, it is not my type of bar, but I'm sure some people would like it. I would recommend, as there is nothing to highlight.

Stumbled across this bar on my birthday, which was on a Monday when they have all day happy hour. The drinks were so good and at an affordable price. Our waitress even brought a free birthday shot. Definitely plan on going back and recommend

There are so many options available when it’s time to enjoy the evening! As a person who creates for this demographic, I take where I go seriously! Although, I’m a Japanese whisky on a cocktail rock with a lemon twist, guy, I love the presentation, and allure of a great cocktail bar. Visiting Parliament a few times on various nights, I’m ready to Share. I love the diversity of the clientele, and the charm, and professionalism of the staff. My bartender’s Freddy, and Jared make sure I feel right at home. Any venue that’s fortunate to have an owner who keeps a watchful eye over his patrons’, and still find time to talk shop with me is a real TIO to me. Parliament is an intimate space, that fills up quickly; some nights with a younger crowd, so bring the youthful version of yourself! Prices for cocktails are fair, service is quick, and people rotate in, and out often, so you’ll find the perfect place to post, and pose in no time. See you at the bar! XOXO Lorenzo

Parliament deserves the praise it gets. The drinks are creative and the bar is just straight cool. However, at their price point, you are absolutely paying for the atmosphere which is a bit cliché Instagramy. You'll find yourself bathed in dim red lighting in front of a huge photogenic wall of drinks while bumping to the throwback pop hits as pretty waitresses serve you. So you'll totally enjoy your time! If you want to actually hear your date, save some money and get a comparable drink, or want easy parking, drink elsewhere. But know you'll have fun here in any case.

Went for drinks on Monday for their happy hour and tried a few different drinks in the menu and they all were good, nice garnishes. Sat outside, nice ambience. Kris the bouncer was cool too, seem to know or interact with people who passed by and making them into customers.

Atmosphere was good & the cool AC was nice after being outside in the 100 degree heat. The wait staff was friendly & attentive. Drinks a bit pricy, but enjoyed the one I had.

The irresistible charm and the artistry of mixology dwells here. The rumors are true, this is it, one of the most beloved and renowned bars in Dallas. If there were sofas we would never leave. All because of the polite and pleasant service and exceptional quality of libations.

Best place to get a drink and have a good conversation. The drinks are always so tasteful the vibe is nice. I 10/10 recommend this place. And if your lucky to catch their happy hour then you know it’s the best!

The bartenders are skilled, nice, and quick. They create delicious drinks and care about their customers. Every time I go to Parliament I am impressed and glad I chose Parliament over any other place. Thank you for caring about craft cocktails and providing fantastic service!

He saved me from an awkward conversation in a bar in Mayfair that I had to give his bar a 5*+ rating because "people service" is in his heart and I know by this deed how he must apreciate his staff and customers.... Love this cocktail bar! I love the creativity of their drinks. So many interesting drinks to choose from. We ordered four drinks and they were all amazing. Highly recommend!

Let me tell you..this is the neighbor bar that you need! Parliament is a mainstay in what I remember as a child being near Thomas street and a great chicken spot that stayed open way past 2am. Things have changed and now townhouses, boutiques and eateries have appeared. I work In Richardson so leaving at 3:30pm I will get to the downtown area a little before 5pm. I was walking up and standing at the door. The staff manager profusely apologized that he had us waiting since they had a meeting before opening up. The first drink is on house. It was 5:06pm 🫢🥰. Now that’s customer’s service. I appreciated that even though I didn’t think that was so long. Parliament has a standard they follow for all patrons and they uphold it well. We sit at the bar but the seating is plentiful. There’s also outdoor seating. It was perfect day to enjoy the fresh air. The bar is impressive as well as the crafted drink menu for happy hour. As we started into our first hour the seats begin filling up. By the time we left (7pm) there was a eager couple hoping they could take our seats. The only thing missing was a little snack. My friend said they did have snacks but I would have enjoyed that too.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary last night. Our bartender Chris was amazing! The ambiance was perfect and we will definitely be back!

Everything you want for the craft cocktail vibe. Bartenders were incredibly efficient considering how busy it was yet still created excellent drinks. People were social and inclusive. A night on the town won't be complete without a stop in at Parliament

Small cocktail bar with great mood lighting and great bartenders and drinks. Happy hour is the time to go, which also runs any day it rains. Prices are quite low for the quality and neighborhood.

$5 cocktails at happy hour?? Dad gum that's hard to beat! Such a cool cocktail bar vibe situated in the cutest neighborhood. The staff is knowledgeable and very nice. It's hard to go wrong here!

Great place to unwind after work. Excellent daily happy hours. Bartenders are great, especially Ana, Andrew, and Freddie. They take the experience to the next level. Overall, it's a great spot. Ownership and management know what they are doing. Keep it great!!!

We went to Parliament for the first time last night and will definitely be making it a regular spot. We had Skylar as our waitress and she was unbelievably kind and helpful in getting us a table. I am so impressed with them as well as their insane happy hour. I don’t think there’s another bar in Dallas with a better happy hour menu. Definitely go here!
