Ended up at this place after a concert at the AAC. Originally tried to eat at Kenichi but no one acknowledged any of the guests at the door waiting to be seated or even told how long to wait. We waited for almost 15 minutes without being helped so we walked down to Buzz Brews for much better service and great food! Also met the owner that night and he was so sweet and friendly! Staff was great and attentive and the food was good and affordable. Great late night or 24 hr spot for food downtown!

Buzzbrews is one of the best places to get breakfast around the clock in Dallas. Their French Grille toast is legendary as well as they stuffed crapes is a must. My favorite is their omelette with my choice of stuffings accompanied by marble potatoes. Don’t forget to try their coffee and amazing selection of Harvey and Sons teas.

When we come here we sit outside with out dog. Service is a hit or miss we have have very bad service or great service none in between. I don’t think the train the wait staff very well. But for is average I think what makes the popular is they are downtown and open 24/7.

Best late night food in Dallas! You can't go wrong with 99% of the menu, but I highly recommend these pancakes and the moist delicious kahlua cake for dessert.... If you have room. I always take my piece to go 💜🍰🥞

This food is okay nothing amazing but the times are convenient the service is very slow. Every time I go it's always dead. I don't understand how there has never been more than 3 full tables there at one time and the service is still incredibly slow. If you're in a rush it's a definite pass.

Do not come here expecting anything other than a diner. I also get the feeling that this is the kind of place that your experience will depend largely on your attitude. That said, I've been here twice now, both times I had family visiting, and we liked it a lot! It's close to the Perot, Aquarium, and the AT&T center. Oh, and open 24 hrs! The food is great, the staff helpful, the atmosphere funky. Totally my kind of place and I'll keep bringing people back!

Great service. The staff works together to take care of clients. Amazing food and coffee. The place is clean and has a fun atmosphere.

First time here was a cool experience. Great idea for a 24 hour place. With a great cool menu.
