Horrible horrible horrible service! They steal your money. The waitress we had had attitude rolled her eyes and hardly took care of us. To add food came out cold. We ordered an appetizer chicken nachos and it had no cheese. So we asked her for cheese and literally took her 30 mins to bring it to us. Our food came out cold. Fries came out cold. Nothing was at all pleasing. I had boneless wings no utensils were given and waited another 10mins for her and even then she passed our table and had to ask her for a fork and instead of stopping what else we needed she kept walking when she came to drop off the fork all she did was pass it and left. Again DIDNT STOP and ask us what else we needed. We needed refills and of course wanted to let her know the food was cold but she didn’t care and kept going. She wouldn’t take her time to check or ask she just passed by and only came if we waved her down. IT WAS NOT BUSY!!!!! That’s what was upsetting. Also there was ONLY 5 of us and their grat is 6 and up. SHE GRAT HERSELF!!! I told management and they didn’t take it off. He did however helped us with just discounting. But my biggest issue was the waitress and her attitude. Even the table next to us that had her didn’t like her and agreed that her attitude was horrible.

Need a new cook stat! Ordered curly fries, wings, and queso. I took most of my food home to pop into the air fryer bc fries were not fully cooked and wings were cold. Our server was nice and attentive. The quality of food is not up to par. Hope things improve, as the location is in a prime spot.

I don't know how Hooters is still a thing but I had a great time here. Came after a Mavs game and stayed for a few hours. Had some drinks and some food. Oddly the Cesar salad was amazing.. the odd part is me ordering a cesar salad at Hooters. Friendly staff and would come back to this location. I did have a hard time getting into this place however. I went here a week ago for a gathering of old friends to catch up with me because I went to work on the border mission with the Army Natonal Guard. The host was able to quickly get a seat and our waitress quickly got us ice cold beers. An overall great dining experience. Beautiful and friendly waitresses, cold beer, and hot delicious wings. I will come back again. Thanks Hooters Downtown Dallas!

We had high hopes for our visit to the Dallas Hooters with our party of six. While the waitstaff were amicable, the experience quickly went downhill. Our waitress took our food order without offering any recommendations, and when the food arrived, it was lukewarm and unremarkable. The true shock came when we decided to celebrate our week's successes with a round of tequila shooters. Despite acknowledging the order, our waitress failed to mention the $50 price tag per shooter—an oversight that's particularly concerning for international travelers mindful of exchange rates. To add insult to injury, a service charge was automatically included in our bill, and our waitress spent the rest of the evening ignoring us while chatting with another customer. This experience has significantly soured my view of the Hooters chain. Having visited multiple locations worldwide, I can confidently say we won't be returning. The lack of transparency and professionalism was deeply disappointing.

I came to this location before going to a concert at the House of Blues. The ambiance was good and not super busy. They have drink specials every single day so that was definitely a plus! The food was eh, the wings were super small but the tenders were bomb and the tater tots were the star of the show for me. I sat at the bar and the bartenders were good but she got our orders wrong, but I wasn’t that upset bc she got it changed ASAP and everything came out super fresh!

Food is good, service is good, girls are enthusiastic and energetic, a good place for relaxing in Friday night.

Food was poor quality chicken sandwich was not warm,bread for chicken sandwich was burnt, salad was stale and came in chunks it took some time for our food to be served.

The only thing good here is the a$$. Wings were cold. Shrimp was cold AND hard. Old Fashioned was mid at best. I know we only come here for the “atmosphere”, so in the end all was good. Our server was nice and attentive. She made it worth it.

Although the food was good, getting it to our table was very, very slow. So was getting the drinks we had to request refills or even the 1st rounds over and over. The atmosphere is always ok. Musc good.. just the delay in getting anything l. Thats why they should write it all down so they don't have to keep asking what we ordered.

Worst food ever! Group of 12 and not a single person wanted to finish their food. Out of 10 wings. I only could eat 2! They were room temp, greasy, no flavor and overcooked. But the ranch was good…. Fries are greasy! Friend ordered fish tacos and she took 3 bites and was done. One friend ate 1/3 of her chicken sandwich because greasy and no flavor.. one friend ate maybe 1/2 her hamburger due to the long wait but she said it wasn’t bad… one of guests ordered mozzarella sticks and said it tasted like fish.. so not a good experience! Waitress was super nice. We waited from 8:45 to 9:50 to get our food and it wasn’t busy.. we were all hungry after meetings all day and not a single plate was cleaned But waitress was nice.

I went to this location two nights ago. I ordered the wing platter and which shrimp came with it buffalo boneless wings and lemon pepper wings. The lemon pepper wings was huge and drowned with butter. The boneless wings that was buffalo flavor was cold. My husband ordered a sprite in which the waitress didn’t say oh we don’t have Sprite. We have sierra mist to give him an option if he wants sierra mist, because sierra mist and sprite or two total different drinks and which a lot of people don’t drink sierra mist because it is nasty and it was nasty. Our waitress really didn’t check on us to make sure everything was OK and then when she came to asked, was everything OK? I informed her that the buffalo wings was cold. And at that time she informed me she wished that I had informed her earlier she could have sent them back. I was still eating and she did not offer to send them back to warm them up or anything. She just left it like that. I contacted the general manager Chelsea. That’s the name on my receipt and has not gotten a response for this order. As I pay for my tab, I did place a note saying my complaints. This is the reason why I place two stars I would like for it to be better because they are in the center of downtown Dallas, the heart of Dallas.

Ho hum... except for those eye-catching glutes! But, that didn't affect my appetite at all. I went there on a cold Friday evening for the Veteran's Day special, which was advertised online as any order from the full menu... free, of course. But, that didn't happen. Instead, my check showed a 20% veteran's discount... which was nice. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the fact that I got any dispensation for being a veteran... it was just, you know, not what I expected. I wouldn't be so hard on them, but the food was iffy, too. The Fried Shrimp Platter, with a side salad... well, lettuce and tomato and a salad when you add croutons and cheddar (plus two slices of cucumber... yuk). The shrimp were okay, but presentation needs work. The bargain of the day was my appetizer... a whiskey sour. It was decent and it only cost three dollars! Was I there during Happy Hour? I don't know, but I was happy.

Maybe it was just thus last time but my experience Saturday was terrible. My waitress just simply forgot about us. She forgot to pick up our food because we received it late and stone cold. She admitted to forgetting to put in our order for fried pickles but didn't rectify it. She forgot my drink order and brought it watered down from the bar. A manager was yelling at her cooks unprofessionally loudly for all to hear. You're supposed to be a franchise with pride and reputation. What's up with this. So disappointing.

The wings from the old days are back ! During COVID days I thought Hooters might not make it , the food was so bad . BUT . Hooters Dallas downtown KICKED A**

Visited last night to grab an order to go, during my wait a woman manager came up to ensure that even in my short visit, I was having good service and a good time. She was genuine with her approach and I had seen her run around making sure everything went by smoothly; listening to the girls concerns and even checking in on orders. I didn’t catch her name, but she made a lasting impression. My food arrived quickly and I was able to be in and out during a busy time.

Food was very good. Service was pretty good except she forgot my fries. I was full away so she took it off the bill.
