Great menu with unusual fare but oh so tasty! The fried pig head was not available but that will get us to come back! Loved our time in Dallas, CBD was Fantastic.

We were in town working a convention and we were exhausted. Long busy weekend on our feet. We arrived around 4pm and they normally don’t start their dinner service before 5pm but they made an exception for us so I could order a steak. The steak was great - the French fried potatoes are probably a bit too fancy for me, they’re a bit more potato than steak fry - but that’s probably just me being unsophisticated. My wife had the Shaved Apple Salad with Roasted Salmon and she was in heaven. She is much more sophisticated than me! Staff was great, loved the atmosphere. She also loved the French Pressed coffee. Thank you Ashley! We’re glad we popped in!

We’ve been here like 30 times in the past few years and it never disappoints. We came yesterday afternoon for some drinks and food. Only wound up getting apps and sides and it was great. The carrot hummus was ridiculous - sweet and delicious and the toast was so bacony… I can’t stop thinking about it.

Visiting Dallas from Orlando, our group of Realtors enjoyed a business dinner, party of 6, with Victoria as our server. VICTORIA is the best of the best, making our experience fantastic. Great service, good food, nice ambiance. Highly recommend CBD for a nice evening out.

Super nice atmosphere, with a view to the working kitchen. Great bar and specialty cocktails. My "summer smash" was bourbon based and went well with the pig head carnitas. We ordered the pig head because we had never experienced such a thing. You have to call ahead to ask for it and it's served family style - there was plenty for the two of us. Glad we tried it! The crispy skin was great, the cheek meat was yummy. There's a layer of fat though that wasn't as great. Not sure if I'd order it again but we had a lot of fun with the experience so I'm glad we tried it! Great service here too BTW.

A girlfriend and I stopped in to CBD Provisions in The Joule hotel for cocktails and a light bite. We arrived on a Sunday around 2:00pm and the place was dead. The hummus we shared was top notch and the cocktails were very standard, nothing that will make me run back. Was a little annoyed that their payment system was down and had to write my credit card info on a piece of paper.

Really good food from limited Christmas menu. We were a party of 6 and the server Jordan was very attentive, funny, friendly. Had the Porcheta, parpadelle, rigatoni and bunch of appetizers. Drinks were just OK, the food was awesome, service was on point.

Let’s start with dessert first it was the best banana pudding we had ever tasted. Vanilla cream, banana passion fruit crémeux, brown sugar, and banana jam. Tasso ham with whole mustard, apple sauce, and buttered sourdough. So good savory and sweet. Definitely will return. I wish this restaurant was in more locations.

Got turned around a few times looking for this place, but the host helped me find in since across the street from the “Eyeball” in Downtown Dallas and next to the Joule hotel. If it was a snake, I’m poisoned. Arrived about 11am and was so looking forward to breakfast. Welps, on my way to my table I overheard someone else inquiring about breakfast and was quickly turned away because they were not serving breakfast anymore but lunch. Argh! Nice corner view and was able to see the restaurant in its entirety. Waitstaff and kitchen cooks looks like they have fun at work. My server Eric was mad chill, although gave the idgaf attitude persona. All good could have just been too early or just his personality. Not a bad thing, just not personable tbh. Cool, immediately ordered the PTO, although it was just my regular day out of office. Whoa! That is a great drink. So I doubled back!!!! Menu pretty light for those looking for the (V) I mean your choices are starters and a salad. Yea, pretty excited 🙃 Ehh, of course fries. Instantly I thought to ask Eric if the chef/cook could hook me up with a grill cheese. Meh, only American & Cheddar for options though😫 Dang! Was hoping mozzarella or something. The Chef Special was a mystery cause well the chef was running late. Strike 2! So cauliflower won the bid, served with pesto and some other sauce at the bottom of it with feta sprinkled around it. Yea, be ready for the aftermath of burps😳😬 Good just ‘gasic’ (new word). But I’m built different so maybe it’s just how it settled with me. 💀 The only provision I have is to serve breakfast/brunch a little longer. I guess going back is to be debated for either course served. I know one thing you don’t need PTO to try this wonderful drink. It’s the reason for the rating. *Valet provided by Hotel & complimentary for 2 hours. Host/Hostess will stamp your ticket before you leave in the opposite direction you came in to retrieve your vehicle. Nice place for a staycation btw.

We usually sit at the bar when we come here. Nice place to wind down and have late night drinks. Always awesome service. They have a good selection of mixed drinks and wine. Their desserts are really good too.

I had their famous cup of chile. It was quite different from the typical Texas chile I love and crave but was delicious. I also had the bone marrow dish, which made me want a bigger bone and more marrow but loved it. Chanterells are in season, so I had those too.

I got the quinoa salad bowl with steak. It was good however I wish the steak was more sliced up. It is relatively difficult to slice steak in a bowl so having smaller pieces would be easier to eat. The flavor was really good and I like the portion size as well (not too big and not too small). Overall, I would come back but will probably try something different next time.

We went on a Sunday evening. No reservation was needed. We got a table immediately. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and nice. Started with the Pig Head Fritters. Very light and fluffy served with a cilantro crema. Next, we had the ribeye with a twice baked potato. It was seasoned well. It was cooked closer to medium rare. We ordered medium. It was still tasty. The potato was okay. For dessert, we enjoyed the Peanut Butter Bar. An airy peanut butter mousse between dark chocolate with caramel drizzle, peanuts and whipped cream. Delicious!

Visited CBD Provisions for dinner after work and while I love the atmosphere, the wine, and charcuterie board appetizer, the main course menu was limited. I ended up ordering the tuna nachos appetizer for my meal. It came served with a tiny portion of sushi grade tuna and a "can" of really greasy, cold chips. Definitely NOT worth the price for what you get. I'm not likely to return unless it's an after work happy hour for cocktails.

Walking distance from The Statler Hotel. Shrimp and grits was fantastic. Well seasoned with a bit of spice. Very good. Charcuterie was enjoyed by everyone as was the hummus. Excellent pinot topped it off. Can’t wait to go back.

Dear readers, I have traveled far and wide, all over America, tasting some of the most delicious burgers our glorious nation has to offer. But today, I want to talk about a burger that stole my heart and left me longing for more. It was a sunny day in the heart of Dallas when I stumbled upon a brassiere called "CBD Provisions." I had heard whispers about their mouth-watering burgers, but nothing could have prepared me for what was about to come. As soon as I entered the diner, the scent of sizzling beef and spices filled my nostrils, and my stomach began to grumble. I quickly made my way to the host, where I was greeted by a friendly man who took my order. I opted for the CBD cheeseburger with all the fixings, and I watched eagerly as the chef expertly grilled the patty to perfection through their open kitchen window. The burger was then topped with melted cheese, and a dollop of special sauce. With my burger in hand, I took my first bite, and my taste buds exploded with joy. The meat was juicy and flavorful, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the toppings complemented each other perfectly. The poppy seed bun was soft yet sturdy, holding everything together without getting soggy. I savored every bite, savoring the perfect combination of flavors and textures. It was a moment of pure bliss, and I knew I had found the best burger in the world. The waitress noticed a few tears in my eyes. I blushed and told her everything was fine, the food was just really good. So if you're ever in Dallas, do yourself a favor and visit . Trust me, it will be the best burger you'll ever have.

I can say for a fact the food is well above standards. My friends been working there the last couple years or so, and we enjoyed her birthday party there recently and I'm pretty sure we tried just about everything there was to sample! Sadly enough I only got a picture of the dish that I got, which was the red snapper, but other dishes that were served included like a raw tuna salad, diced, with nacho chips, they also brought out chips and spinach dip, a fish based dip that was really tasty, and quite a few others that I didn't even get to taste. Nonetheless everything was presented beautifully, with exceptional customer service from our server! The red snapper had a nice crispy crust to it, and the onions and zucchini that accompanied the fish were just as full in flavor. I would more than likely come back to try more exquisite dishes this place serves!
