I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. The waitress, Yasmin, was so friendly and attentive. She gave excellent suggestions and was always available to answer questions. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options; my favorite entree was the crispy buffalo-style gulf shrimp, which was perfect. I also enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant, which had a sports-theme. I highly recommend this restaurant; you’ll be sure to have a great time! I give the restaurant and the waitress 5 stars!

Really like the atmosphere here. Its clean and intimate. The patio has great views and a nice fire. 💫🌃 It was fun watching the gymnasts competition on TV, as we don't really care for any other sports. 👍Sangria: delicious even down to foam and fresh orange slice! 😍Beyond Meat Burger: did not feel like a sacrifice or a compromise. Delicious! No weird beans taste or texture. Probably the best thing on their menu. 👌The fries: good seasonings and not too oily. Perfect. 😑Buffalo wings: 5/10. The chicken meat and the sauce felt kinda dry and the spiciness was overwhelming yet just not impressive. We didn't like them almost at all. The celery and carrot on the side were very fresh and tasted good. 👏Our server Ramon did a wonderful job. Friendly and thoughtful.

The food was good but not spectacular. It was good bar food. It gets a lot of points in atmosphere though. Great place to watch sporting events!

I’ve been going to the Owner’s Box for about 9 years. They are getting more & more disappointing with each visit AND I still keep giving them chances. First, I’ll start by saying our server was great & made great drinks at the bar (I sat at the bar). I went here on Sunday 5/14 with a relative. We both ordered Buffalo wings. The wings were TERRIBLE. Barely ANY sauce/absolutely NO flavor. A waste of money. A frozen bag of Buffalo wings from Walmart would’ve probably tasted much better. The wings and flavor used to be great! It’s also disappointing that they ONLY have BBQ and Buffalo flavor. If I come back, I will never order the wings again. Adding a picture, the presentation is fine but the wings in the picture only look good if you’re currently hungry. Don’t be deceived.

The service and food were pretty good. I will return. Update: When I returned home, I realized I was charged for two tickets. Both are over $100. I am currently trying to get in touch with management to no avail. Whoever is answering the phone and hanging up and putting it to voice mail needs to be trained better. People don't want to BS around about their money. I will Update when if and when I get a return call. Update: I got a message to call Rosie Garcia, Assistant Chief Financial Officer. She was more than happy to rectify the issue. Within 20 minutes, she resolved the issue and was very apologetic.

Atmosphere is 5 star! A great place to drop in and enjoy Dallas. I may be just a little picky about my brownies and ice cream - but they were enough to send the rating down a notch. Looks amazing but the brownies tasted cheap and the ice cream had the texture of frozen soft-serve. That may be up your alley, but it wasn't up mine Spent two nights down here relaxing during the NCAA tournament. Many different activities on tons of screens. A couple pool tables. Spacious outdoor area and fire pit for those cool Dallas nights. Drop in and try the food and ignore my pickiness about brownies and ice cream.

The picture should explain it all. I ordered the chicken and spicy avocado dish and that’s exactly what they gave me. Salty chicken, some tomato rings, lettuce, and small pieces of avocado. For twenty dollars, I expected a lot more than leftovers from a unused chicken sandwich.

Stopped in for a quick meal after getting into our hotel... Sampling some good balcones, splitting a burger but this pretzel is the bomb. The biggest that we've ever had and the best tasting.

We ate here twice. The service was phenomenal both times! Pool and shuffle board were free, which was an awesome perk. The draft beer selection was a little lacking and impossible to find an actual list. Food was good, and the prices were actually "normal" prices. This was by far the most pleasant surprise of the place. I really appreciated not being completely price gouged. And there wasn't a ton of hotel fees added to the bill. Bravo!

Sat at the bar to work on real estate yet didn’t need a drink for lunch. Still received exceptional service and Nelson was pretty entertaining. Great Cesar salad and the ambiance is even better. Looking forward to coming back for the drink!

I've been here previously and recall a better experience. Granted there was a cheer competition at the Convention Center and pretty crowded. Our party could not be seated together. The high tables that can hold large groups had two or three people sitting at them. Service was good. My fring was excellent.

Burgers were delicious 😋 we had fruit instead of fries and the pears were an unexpected good treat. Really loved hanging out here before the event. We will not frequent here because we don't live here, but the food is excellent. Service was good. It's a very Dallas place to go. Beautiful people everywhere. ❤️ The tea is amazing and I'm super picky about tea, so mmmmm.

Their tea is really good as well as their fries and their burger those fries don't come with the burger that I had that was a barbecue bacon burger with fries and then those Fries Are fries with cheese and bacon so if you come to the Omni Hotel in Downtown Dallas I recommend the owners box there is another couple of restaurants around but I would recommend that one

Service was a little slow but there was a big volleyball convention in town. Food was good and atmosphere was good with huge Big Screens

Stopped in for lunch with some coworkers. Quick service. Pork belly grilled cheese was a good twist on a grilled cheese sandwich. While it was good and I enjoyed it, I couldn't help thinking it was missing something... couldn't quite put my finger on it. Fries were OK.

The service was great. The waitress suggested her favorite and popular items with little prompting. The bar looked spacious. They have wheelchair accessible tables. There was no wait to be seated. We did not get much of a refill until the end of our meal. There are plenty of tv’s showing various sporting events. Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked.

Came here for a quick lunch meeting. The chicken tinga tacos were tasty! They were made with shredded chicken for those wondering. We also had the chicken club sandwich. What was tasty too. My lemon drop was mixed to perfection! Best I’ve had ever. Was equal parts tangy as well as sweet. Loved it.

When we arrived through the back entrance, workers just looked didn’t greet us then finally one worker told us to check in with the hostess. Sat down ordered our food, took forever to get our drinks had to remind the waitress, food arrived not hot, my husbands chicken wings were not fully cooked, very disappointing for how expensive it is. The waitress seemed inexperienced, 5 star hotel should be doing better. McDonalds would have been a better choice after having that experience.
