The sad part is that they are in a beautiful location and their food is amazing. That is where the positives end. Our server took 20 minutes to take our drink order and everything went downhill from there. I even asked them before we ordered if this is an indication of what we have to look forward to let me know and we'll go somewhere else. The manager was aware and still nothing improved. I NEVER tip less than 15% yet in this situation I only tipped 10%. I left a note with my telephone number on the receipt about the service and asked them to call me....still waiting. I love this location and the food. But it's not worth the aggravation.

Not a good experience. Very friendly waiter but everyone's food came out wrong; veggies came on the burgers even though we didn't order veggies, meat was undercooked and overall it took a long time to get our food from the time of ordering.

I took a group of 20 students here for early dinner on a Saturday. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and even the managers were helping out around the restaurant, refilling drinks and asking if everyone had what they needed. This was probably the best dining experience I've had with a large group of young people. It was awesome to see my kids have the opportunity to learn "adulting" in a fun atmosphere where they were treated with respect. Thank you, Friday's!

You're not gonna believe this... "Endless apps" . We get there at 9pm. Our first app doesn't come out until 9:50pm and then get ready for this..... Served us RAW CHICKEN!!!! Like how?!?! 😷

Outdoor seating was great but pretty sure it took 1 hr for food to come out. Fair prices.

A great walk to place for my co workers and I. We had the unlimited appetizers and it was a great way to try different things on the menu and not over eat at lunch time. The service was quick and customer service was attentive. We will most likely return.

I decided to go in for a little adult beverage after work and it was pretty chill. My waiter Erick paid close attention to me which was cool but then he went missing when I was ready to order my food. Margarita where good and the pan fried dumplings where delicious. I already ate half my duplings before I remembered to take a pic, foodie issues 😋!!!

This Fridays location seems to have a few sour reviews, everyone experiences things a little different. I personally had a fantastic dining experience. Had one of the pick 2 lunch specials, the half a turkey club and mozerella sticks were absolutely delicious. Perfect amount of food as to not put me in a coma for the rest of the day and incredibly reasonably priced. Viva la Fridays. Ill be back. The picture I posted is of course before I devoured every last crumb.

Well where do i start ! The chicken sandwich bun was so soggy. Came out when Evryone was halfway done . It was not enjoyable . and all the other firdays are closing what happened here . this was the tomato on my burger . is times this hard ? Only got one refill on tea ! Hope they can get there act together soon or they need to close the doors too !
