Wow talk about false advertisement! We made reservations for one of the rooftop bubbles, or rooftop igloos. The reservations online stated it was $300 to reserve the space with a food and beverage minimum of $300. The service is so slow and the food is so cheap and nasty there is no possible way to rack up 300 bucks in food and drink within 2 hours. To top it off, at a place where you're expected to spend $300, they serve you in to-go wear with plastic cutlery, then serve your drinks in plastic cups!!! What a joke. Our bubble didn't even zip closed because it was ripped, the website said there were heaters and blankets in the bubbles, but there was no heat and no blankets and it was freezing temps out! Another couple in a bubble asked for a heater, and they came out and brought one of the torch heaters near their bubble. You could tell the place had not prepared to keep guests warm, because not only did they need to drag the heater near the bubble and turn it on, but they had to open the thing up and hook it up to a propane tank. The food was awful and cold, the drinks were okay, but the plastic cups and freezing temps made the whole experience so awful I couldn't even enjoy a drink. Instagram made this experience look so great, but I warn you, it's not at all what it appears would NOT recommend this. Statler needs to step up their game, very disappointing, I expected more class from this place.

Upon arriving to Waterproof I walked in to find my group of friends being chastised and degraded by a staff member named Sally. She had a terrible attitude, told us the reservation we made wasn’t right (though it matched our booking confirmation and is advertised on the website) and threatened to call security for asking questions once she confused everyone. Not sure if she was having a bad day or she just treats everyone rudely; she wasn’t at the pool when we’ve come before, thankfully. After about 4 minutes of asking her to simply seat our group Sally finally walked us to the patio area beyond the pool. As our group was getting settled we noticed security seemed to be hovering nearby and wondered if Sally had told them to watch us, very uncomfortable. After sitting for several minutes with no server coming over I found Ashley at the bar (I think she’s the Bar Manager?). She apologized for the wait and said she’d send a server right over. Ashley’s customer service was stellar, absolutely loved her energy. I cannot possibly rave about our server Jackie enough! She had a great attitude, checked on our group as items were coming out and made sure to manage expectations since the kitchen was a little backed up and food was taking long. Sally could learn SO much about customer satisfaction from Ashley and Jackie! We ordered bottles and plenty of food—highly recommend the Thelma & Louise pizza, it’s divine. If it weren’t for Ashley and Jackie turning the entire experience around I would be done with Waterproof. Sally needs to be reprimanded for her deplorable behavior and should be reassigned to a position that isn’t customer-facing.

Although their bar menu claims to be a full bar, they didn't have the first four drinks I ordered... seriously. A cocktail from the menu was also unavailable. The bartender said they were not a cocktail bar, while their menu clearly had a list of cocktails... horrible. He didn't even offer up suggestions after declines on the initial four drinks... really. Food is served here, however expect a wait. It wasn't brought to our table either. negative*** stars for the bar service issues! The crowd was small and its indoor ambience was formal, but not so much the bartender... The best part was the outside with the lounge couches, beds, and small fountain pool. There were mist blowers which made the air cooler with the humidity. Thank goodness the clouds covered the sun a bit, or it would've been scorching. A hallow metal llama watches in amusement. That was my favorite part along with the views. 2** stars for the outdoor lounge.

Views are a 9/10 - sunset especially is a great time to go. It can get a little too dallasy where people go to be seen and a little too touristy where you see folks in bathing suits every night of the week, but if you’re looking for a breathtaking, surprisingly laid back spot to take out of towners or enjoy a drink and a view, waterproof can’t be beat.

I visited WaterProof with my friends. We were 3 of us. Our bill was like 135$ and the waiter told me that the minimum order of one person is 75$ and so to meet the total of 225$ , she said she will give us a 90$ wine . While driving back home we noticed that it was not a 90$ wine. But it was a 10$ wine . It’s very frustrating actually. We are from Chicago and we have visited so many rooftop bars and always had a great satisfaction. But this place looks like the only rooftop bar with good skyline and yet this place is very disappointing.

After hearing about this place for a while we decided to check this place out! I do believe this has some of the most stunning views of downtown Dallas! Definitely was a great place to take some skyline photos and celebrate a fun occasion. The staff was very friendly too. However, since we went on a Sunday night and we got there after 9:00 the Valet said we could no longer Valet and we had to find a place to park which was across the street in the garage. Which was fine if you were not in high heels! Lol Other than that I will definitely be back!

How beyond beautiful is the view from this rooftop bar? I’m not gonna lie, the drinks aren’t cheap but its totally worth it! The cabanas are super comfy and they currently have the little igloos set up too

A rooftop bar located in the downtown area. Once in the hotel lobby simply take the elevator and go to the last floor. Spectacular views of the city, chill music and a relaxed atmosphere. Outddor tables available which are covered. The negative point is the service, there were several bartenders just chilling out rather than making drinks and having us wait with a certain attitude. It'd be good to remind them that customers pay for their salaries.

What a beautiful view and electric place to be! DJ Jesse Koo had the place hopping from the moment we arrived! The best rooftop pool in Dallas hands down.

We went out for a date night Saturday and wasn’t impressed. There was barely anyone there but were told we couldn’t sit in the lounge area unless paying. The drinks were okay and the music wasn’t great. The views were decent but not worth the hype.

I was here for a private event and the service was great! The staff was attentive and consistent. Food was great, and it was delicious as well. Atmosphere was solid fun and the location was clean.

The Negatives: the wait staff at Waterproof can be a bit slow, which occasionally led to delays in getting our drinks. Another aspect to consider is the pricing of the drinks. They tend to be on the higher end, which might not suit everyone's budget. One thing that struck me was the size of the cabanas. They were indeed smaller than expected, so if you're looking for ample space to relax with a larger group, you might need to adjust your expectations. The Positives: the views of downtown Dallas are truly stunning. Whether you're gazing at the skyline during the day or admiring the city lights at night, the panoramic vistas create a captivating backdrop for your afternoon getaway. I thoroughly enjoyed the music and vibe at Waterproof. If you're seeking a spot with a vibrant atmosphere, good music, and nice views, Waterproof is definitely worth a visit.

Waterproof was super cute! They have valet which was so convenient. They have these cute vintage cars in the front that you can take pictures with. Then you go up to waterproof and the views are amazing. The vibes were just right! This is a perfect place to go get a few drinks after dinner, vibe a little bit and enjoy the view and absolutely snap some pics! Went on a Thursday night and it was lively!

The place is a great date spot especially at night is beautiful. You get a great view of downtown Dallas, especially in winter is warm. The reason I’m giving it two star is that I was so in shock that they were serving a super cheap well tequila; the brand “ Juarez tequila “ for being part of the Hilton group I think they should have a better quality liquor for their wells selection. The DJ was great on Friday night

This rooftop pool and nightclub was connected to the Statler hotel. The overall hotel itself had a great decor and created an encapsulating experience. I did not stay at the hotel but I did find it unique how there were 3 different bars within the building this one being on the roof with great views of Dallas. Great upbeat vibe with fun music, not too pricey for drinks and one of a kind views with a pool!

Shockingly bad waitress service. We couldn’t get her attention, even though she walked passed us looking grumpy more than a dozen times. We then heard her complaining to the manager that everybody was ordering at the bar, when she never cleared our table which had 10 empty glasses or acknowledge us! The bar man was also a trainee, very slow, didn’t understand or find the ingredients. But he was polite so it was forgivable. In general it felt like they were the B team on the Friday night A shift. We still had a good time and there is a great Irish bar around the corner which serves amazing scotch eggs and fish and chips, to compensate for all overpriced alcohol!

Went there during lunch time. Bartender was nice. Really good drink. They made sure to let us know we count seat anywhere bc we were general admission, even though we were literally the only people there for the one hour we were there.

Great atmosphere.. Roof top with nice music. Crowded but not too crowded around 10 PM on Saturday, Service was slow but I would go again, if just for atmosphere. Not much food options. There is a cover charge of 10$/person and 25$ for parking!!
