I love this restaurant. Very dog friendly lots of room and comfy seating. The best dish was the appetizer of brussel sprouts. FANTASTIC!!!! Legit would have just ordered this had I known how good it was. Fish and chips were good but it wasn't anything special. But it was well made and tasted great. The Ahi tuna plate (not the salad) was good. The tuna was excellent and the curry veggies and the cauliflower mash was really good. I just think it was like eating two separate dishes. Both were great but I don't think it was the right pairing. If they had done the tuna in some curry or something maybe. Drinks were well made and tasty. A+ recommend for a nice date.

This place is amazing to me because it allows me to dine with my fur baby!! It was our first visit (my daughter, myself and both of our fur babies) Your dog can come and sit in the patio with you and dine. They walked us in through the front door to the patio and seated us. Our waiter was decent and I took his recommendation of the friend chicken dinner. I was not expecting the food to be all that good but to my surprise it was very good! My daughter and I both loved our choice meal. Our fur babies... well they both got chicken and rice meals and of course they loved it!! (Their are two choices for your fur baby of beef or chicken) Their little bowls were $5.00 each. The patio definitely has a "date night" vibe to it. I really enjoyed it. We went on a Friday night (date night). It is inside of a heavy trafficked area (many restaurants, shopping and bars) and it was very difficult to find parking spot ( I won't even get into our parking lot altercation) so I would not go back on a weekend night with the fur babies but I will definitely return!

Quick service, Stan was awesome! Great recommendations and super friendly. Ate on the patio with our dog, they bring dogs water and you can order them a dog bowl with meat veggies and brown rice for a very affordable price. All the food and desserts were delicious!

I went out with my coworkers for dinner and we all had a great time. The food, service and ambiance was awesome. I ordered the Tuna entre and it was very delicious. The restaurant gets packed so would advise to get reservations. The restaurant has a mix of different cuisines so it offers a good variety of selections. It's a great place for dining.

First and last time here. Still here now at 10:23pm took forever to get our food and the place is not even full. When we finally get our food mines is hot and my husbands is cold and we had the same order except he had fries. I finished my entire meal and my husbands food still hadn't came. The waitress finally brought his chicken only and I had to catch her to ask her about the fries. My spinach was so salty I couldn’t eat it. The waitress needs a lot more training. Gave it a 2 because the chicken was good.

Great ambiance and drink selection was amazing! The food menu had too many options this could be a good or bad thing depending on the person. There was a large group of us and we didn't have to wait too long to get are orders out. We got started with appetizers fried deviled eggs and candied bacon. I enjoyed the candy bacon so much I ordered the candy bacon old fashion they smoked the glass and it came out perfect. The Dijon chicken was melt in your mouth savory goodness. I would definitely return great for a date or a group.

We LOVE Lazy Dog! We have been coming here for three years - usually once to twice a week. The food is incredible, the patio is wonderful, and our pooches love the dog-menu! I recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

Excellent customer service and delicious food. Spacious sitting area. We had the opportunity to dine inside or outside. A wide variety of beverages and meal choices. We ordered BBQ Bison Meatloaf and Sticky Ribs with Umami fries. First time visiting and definitely will not be my last. Friendly family environment.

The calamari was 💯 cooked perfectly. The lemon chicken and sides were delicious, and well seasoned. I especially loved the mashed cauliflower. My companion had the bison meatloaf. He said it was well cooked and seasoned. He also said it was very filing. I had the red sangria, and the white peach sangria.. Both were quite tasty and in full size glasses. We will definitely be back again soon.

Great service at the bar for drinks and dinner. I started off with a Blue Moon. It was cold and served with an orange. Next, I got a Moscow mule with Tito’s. It was really good! The ginger beer was strong how I like it. Then we got the cheese curds and Brussels sprouts. They were shareable plates which were perfect. Then we finished off with the apple huckleberry pie which was amazing and was only 590 calories (split between the two us of us!!)! Great place and great service! Thank you!

Located in the heart of Addison across from AMC theatres. Huge patio area for humans & dogs! Large menu selection available. Those Cajun fries are probably the best thing on their menu, the sauce makes it even better! Had the fried chicken with mashed potatoes that were tasty, and the spinach bacon medley that wasn’t fresh it seems carrots can tell they were super dry. After all service was good.

I love the portions and price, but the foods pretty mediocre in my opinion. We ordered several small plates to share and there was nothing to rave about. I had to send back the banana pudding because it was the most bland banana pudding I’d ever had. The chocolate brownie Sunday was a much better improvement. Update 3/22/22 The Tex Max Salad was very tasty and our server Mickie was great. She handled a large party with ease.

The bacon candy was delicious. The service was a little lacking, our waiter did not check in on us to get refills frequently and had to wait a very long time to order additional things. Food was great and reasonably priced. Drinks were okay.

My first visit was with friends and we just had drinks. The beer flight was good. Second time i dined in with my family Cozy atmosphere, good service, and food was tasty and seasoned well. I was very surprised they had several Asian dishes. Would definitely come back to try more food.

I had the pleasure of dining at Lazy Dog recently, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. As for the food, the quality was top-notch. Each dish we ordered was not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavor. The menu offered a great variety, and we found something to satisfy every palate at our table. From appetizers to desserts, every bite was a treat. Lazy Dog offering a relaxing atmosphere, fantastic service, and outstanding food quality. It's a place I'll be returning to without a doubt!

Great friendly service! Loved the food! Will definitely come back again! Nice comfortable place! We parked in the next parking building but was worth the walk. Very downtown atmosphere. I love the fire pit outside, nice place to come with friends. Waitress was so sweet. Like that the staff uniforms are decent looking. Bought the American Burger, the Peanut Burger & banana pudding. Banana pudding was small for the price though($8). Also the appetizers were small portions. We spent about $90 for 3 meals with drinks, 1 appetizers & 1 dessert. It be nice if appetizers & desserts were bigger portions.

One of my family members has eaten at this Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar before. This was my first time at the restaurant. I liked the outside of the location. We had reservations but It wasn't too crowded once we came in for our evening dinner. Inside of the restaurant was very spacious and nice. Our server came not long after we were seated and took our drink orders. We ordered appetizers as well- wings & crispy deviled eggs. Our main menu food consisted of wings with umami fries and meatloaf with mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach... everything was served in a timely manner and fresh. All of the food and drinks tasted great. We enjoyed our meals and would visit the location again.

This was the first time I have tried this restaurant's fare. The take out process was easy and quick. I ordered upon arrival and only had to wait for about 20 minutes. The food was packed efficiently with no spillage. We ordered 5 dishes including deviled eggs, chicken lettuce wraps, pot roast beef dip with umami fries, sweet & spicy wok with fried tofu, and Cobb salad with chicken and Bleu cheese dressing. Everything was fresh, well cooked and well flavored. I highly recommend it!

I do love Lazy Dog and don't like to give it low marks for anything. It is a large restaurant with great food, but there are usually big parties. We were seated between two large groups last night and had to lean in to be able to hear each other. But please don't let that deter you from eating there. They also have a lovely large patio. We had their 4 course Spring menu sampling and it was unbelievable.

This is my 4th visit here. I love dining outside even though it can be hot here in Texas. Fans are on the patio but if cooler temperatures are needed inside seating is available and looks comfy. I took my mom here for dinner after church. We shared wings and each had a salad. It's a pup friendly location.

chose to sit at the bar we were greeted by who we thought was the bartender who turned out to be the manager on shift that night . Didn’t catch his name but he was so kind and friendly. It being our first time there he made a great first impression on the service we would have. I would recommend the strawberry margaritas . I got the chicken sandwich, the slaw on it was a bit to chunky but overall a great experience!

I had the Chicken Katsu Bowl. The vegetables were so fresh and the sauce was good. I ate 1/3 and was stuffed. My kids had Chicken & Shrimp Alfredo, Cheeseburger and Fried Chicken Sandwich. Which all got the thumbs up. The best thing was our waiter. We were sat in a "dead" area but he made up for the mistake.

My husband and I went for the first time and happened to be within brunch time-frame. My husband is a huge fan of breakfast and I love Mimosas, we felt this was serendipity at its best. Our server was Danielle, my husband let her know it was our first venture here She explained the menu beautifully, was attentive without being overbearing. She was absolutely incredible. The General Manager stopped by our table to introduce himself, welcome us, and drop off an 'off menu' item to say hello. Our food was amazing. Our service was incredible. Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The prices are reasonable, atmosphere casual. We will be back!

Went in on a Saturday afternoon, and there was no wait and plenty of seating. There were other tables, but definitely a nice time of day if you like to avoid the crowds and excessive noise. The atmosphere was welcoming-all of the employees acknowledged us and spoke. They quickly let us know we could sit wherever we’d like (no awkward standing around wondering if we were supposed to wait to be seated.) All the dog pictures make it hard not to smile! Our server was great. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She proactively explained that they are usually able to modify dishes upon request, and offered recommendations. She delivered water immediately and had drinks back in no time. One of us got a Watermelon Margarita, and one of us got the Rum Barrel Punch. The margarita was refreshing and light tasting, and the tajin chamoy rim was a nice contrast that complemented the drink flavors. The rum punch ended up not being what I had hoped. I suspect many will love it because the taste is not your typical rum punch, so it’s interesting. I couldn’t immediately decide what bothered me about it, and I kept tasting it, and letting it linger on my tastebuds to try to figure out if the taste was just unusual and I needed to let it grow on me, or if I just didn’t care for it. I decided that the black strap was just too overpowering for me. I’m not a huge molasses fan, and the taste was stronger than I expected. Lovers of molasses and licorice will probably find the drink amazing, but the taste was overpoweringly sweet to me. I enjoyed the other tastes in it, and wanted to like it, but handed it off because I couldn’t tolerate more than half of it. We ordered burgers, one of us got the bison burger and the other the bacon blue cheese burger, and went with most basic side, lol, French fries! They were cooked to order perfectly, tasted great, and portions were large. The fries were hot, crunchy, and fresh as well. A selection of bottled sauces arrived with the burgers, and the server took a minute to let us know what each one was (not labeled.) The burgers didn’t really need sauce, nor did the fries, but we tasted them, and they were good for those who might like to add something extra. Ambience was chill and the late afternoon vibe was perfect for a relaxed meal and chat. Server checked in on us, but didn’t hover, and offered to go boxing when she saw we had food left. Will definitely return, and maybe bring my dog next time!

I went here for an event so the appetizers were the only thing I had a chance to try and they were pretty good. Our servers were super nice and attentive. The drinks look, sound, and taste good but I think they only use a 1/2 full eye dropper for the alcohol.

This is my first time here at Lazy Dog! I got a free appetizer since it’s my first time here(: omg these garlic Parmesan chips are so good. I’m so hungry so this is perfect while I wait for my friend to arrive. The hostess was so sweet and patient, let me choose the table I wanted outside then the waitress took my order so fast. My watermelon Margarita is on happy hour 3-6p. This drink is so good! EVERYONE COME TO THE PLANO LOCATION(:

Nice place for team outings, it isn't difficult to get a large table. There aren't too many vegetarian options, but there are some. The spaghetti squash meatballs and veggie burger were excellent and the kung pao tofu was okay.

The pot roast is incredible. I told them to hold the wine gravy and give me some traditional brown gravy. The potatoes were perfect and ask for a bit of their house hot-sauce if you're a bit southern like me.

First trying this place out here in Addison and I was pleasantly surprised. Food was on point, staff was friendly and the atmosphere surrounded you with pictures of doggos. Management gave me a free appetizer because it was my first time and damn it was good. Definitely gonna eat here again 5 stars. Unfortunately I only took pictures of my appetizers but I got the black and blue burger which was juicy and delicious.

Mixed feelings over the food that we tried at Lazy Dog. Calamari - was pretty good, but it came with a lot of bell peppers that I didn't care for. Pot roast beef dip - the beef itself was pretty tender, but I wasn't a fan of the dipping liquid. The red wine flavor was too pungent. Onion rings weren't crunchy. All American burger - we requested medium rare, but the burger was almost raw... and the patty was cold on the inside. On the other hand, the fries were delicious. While the service was nice, I can't justify the price of the food based on the quality. I would dine in at other restaurants in the area.

Very delicious food! We came on a Monday and we got parking right in front, and quick service to the table. Our only complaint is that the restaurant (and bathroom) was so hot. It was 102° outside and felt just about the same inside. When we made a comment to the waitress she told us it wouldn’t be feeling any cooler. Pictured is the butter cake, kid’s Mac & cheese with fruit, and the fettuccine Alfredo.

My family had a great time for our first time visit. James was our server and he was absolutely the best at what he does. Very engaging and behaved as if he enjoyed his job which makes a tremendous difference in your experience. My dish was the creamy Dijon chicken. It was fried and topped with ham and swiss cheese; perfectly seasoned and the right temp. The rice pilaf was on another level; peas, mushrooms, onions- totally delicious. They definitely give you enough to satisfy you and whomever else is at your table that wants to take a dip in your plate. If I'm back in the area I will be back.

1st time at this location. Our first experience with Lazy Dog was supper at Plano location. I came for weekday lunch to meet with social group and chat. There were about 30+ of us so we gave the wait staff (especially Jaime) a run for their money. He did a great job. They hustled got orders taken and food out promptly. I choose the 1/2 sandwich with soup. Sandwich was really BIG so bring an appetite and the soup was a large serving. I took a lot on interior photos so you can look it over. BTW: on hot summer days or whenever the parking is too crowded out front just go behind (south of restaurant) for free parking garage.
