This was my first time & I am highly impressed. I'm a bar fly, so to speak & always search for great all the way around experience- HH + delicious food + bomb looks & atmosphere & this place nails it all. Stiff double pour & the Crispy Gulf shrimp & they were freaking awesome! Different! And the guy sitting next to me- the Turkey Ruben smells phenomenal he just said so! Lmao. Will be back asap. Thanks guys! 😊

This place is just pure stupid. World Cup 2022 game. They played college football. Who no one is watching. They need to get global cultured. I’ve owned over 7 pubs and night clubs. That’s not how you increase footfall and turn revenue. Golden opportunity missed you don’t prioritize college football to a global once in 4 years soccer World Cup. To the manager of The Pub. In 2028 USA will host the World Cup and Dallas will be a host city, will you play college football too? We went to FXIIS just down the street. Full house !

Would have been a 10 out of 5… but the strange attitude from our waiter was inexplicable. He was semi-nice at first. We were so nice and friendly but about ½ way through his attitude shifted and he literally gave zero _____s. Not the first time here that’s happened. Not sure if we will come back again. Weird.

Initially I loved this place, it’s really cozy and the food is decent. I brought some family here for dinner after an event, so it was late. Had no idea about their policy of not serving anyone under 21 past 9:00 p.m. otherwise we wouldn’t have gone. Someone, who I’m assuming was a manager, made a scene by pointing and waving at me to have someone check my ID after I ordered a sandwich. Successfully totally embarrassing me in front of everyone, and kicking us out. If you’re looking for friendly people and service, this probably isn’t the place.

We met a bunch of people there. It was my first time which is weird because I'm in downtown Mckinney a lot. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. The food was great. The nachos were loaded, the fried pickles were awesome and the shrimp was phenomenal. The staff was welcoming and professional. I would recommend this place and I will definitely go back.

I love the food here. I don't care for gluten stuff, and they were very accommodating. But the IMPORTANT detail here (and this is important) - they have a good Guinness pour. That's a big deal. I got the triple whiskey burger with no bun. It was a grand knife-and-fork experience. Very good flavor and cooked to perfection. The fight going on the big screens was a bit of distraction, but I was able to focus on my food and enjoy the experience.

Absolutely the most worthlessly expensive experience I've ever had. Service? Average if not below. Quality? I only ordered 3 shots of jack the total was 58.98. they are absolutely overpriced the servers wear t shirts and are not well trained it's not an experience to come here it's just overpriced you could buy an entire bottle for the price of 2 shots absolutely ridiculously greedy

Popped in for a pint after getting a haircut next door at the Collaboration Room. Nothing like a ice cold Guinness, with a proper pour, on a hot north TX afternoon. Cheers!

Good selection of brews and cocktails! Didn't get a chance to try out the food but the drinks were good! Would recommend in Mckinney!

Cool pub with games in the back. Service could improve. Bartenders don't pay attention to the customers. We were sitting at the bar right in front of them and we had to flag them down every time. They would take my drink order and then not even bother to look or ask if my husband needed another.

One of our local casual faves. Pretty extensive bar/pub menu. Food is good, daily happy hour until 7pm and good service.

The N.Y. Strip served with a side of mushrooms was excellent. The Pork Chop was served with peach reduction and a side of asparagus and was delicious. All in all an excellent meal. Until it came to dessert. We ordered the Butterscotch Pudding. A glass jar with something in it and a small cup of cookie crumbles. Not quite what we were expecting after such a good meal. But, maybe it wasn't supposed to be served that way. One thing, we've eaten food in several different continents and traveled. So quality food is something we have experienced. The Sugar Bacon restaurant was one We'd recommend and we think you'll like it. Just ask about the dessert before you order.

The only negative was our first batch of chips with our salsa and queso were stale. Everything else was excellent. We shared the pork fries. Husband and daughter shared the whiskey burger. I had the cuban(was slightly dry, but had good flavors).

This was actually at Sugarbacon next door which we loved! You don't find hummingbird cake many places and it was soooo delightful!

I purchased a GroupOn and am so glad that I did! Jennifer (our server) was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, made recommendations and constantly checked on us! Every staff member we spoke to was great! I would highly recommend and will definitely go back.

We went to McKinney from The Colony for the fish and chips. Light, flaky and delicious. My husband and I shared and enjoyed some cold brew...most excellent atmosphere and what a relaxing day. Parking was an issue at first, but we did go during lunch time and when the lunch crowd was gone, my husband managed to move our car right out front! Bonus!

Anytime we wanted to chill, have some beers and quick good food. The Pub would be the place. Liked their brunch as well. Staff always friendly, service great, will recommend.

Walked in this establishment to check it out. Nice clean bar. I sat at the bar for happy our and Kristi was our server. She made me a killer Shirley temple, thanks ! Oh and the fried pickles are really good.

Happy hour prices are fantastic. The fried pickles are good too. The servers were kind but the service was slow, and the entrees were just fine. We’ll probably come back for just an appetizer and drinks sometime.

This is one of my family’s favorite places to go. Before 9, kids can come in, so we love to bring the kids to eat and play shuffleboard. The food is delicious. I don’t think we’ve had anything there that we haven’t loved. The sweet potato fries are almost dessert! So good. The loaded fries are great, the salmon caesar salad, burgers, etc. I have gone on Mother’s Day several times and they have given out roses, and have mimosas on special for brunch. Lots of TVs- it’s a great place to watch a game. The one thing that could improve would be service. It’s usually pretty slow. We still love it though!

Very nice room, and friendly staff and reasonable pricing. Def worth checking out and supporting. The only reason for 4* vs 5* is that they do not have a regular hours schedule. They seem to be closed at random times. We will return to support them, and if they stop the weird, random closing will definitely upgrade.

It was my first time here. It was a positive experience. We sat outside which was pleasant, not loud. Service was quick. We had nachos to start. My husband had fish n' Chips and I had a salad. Food was really good as well as the service. Restaurant was clean and so were the restrooms.

The staff is so friendly. The selection of whiskey is amazing and pool tables. The color all around is dark brown. Live music on Saturdays this is such a cozy place.

😠 My family has been going to this theater regularly for years, but the last 2 times we went my seat was broken. The seat reclined but stopped working so I couldn’t sit up to eat or drink my food. I had to crawl out of the seat in the dark and move away from my family to eat and watch the movie. I inf...
