This place was excellent! Our party of seven showed up during the lunch hour and we were seated promptly. We have our drink within 5 minutes and they took our order. Food came out within 15 minutes despite the place being packed. Our waiter was great and got the orders prefect. I had a Reuben with corned beef and I wanted to cry at the first bite. It was delicious! The others had breakfast foods, salads, and the veggie melt. Everyone enjoyed the food. I might have given a 4.7 if that were possible. The front window looked like a brick had been thrown through them at some point and the cardboard taped over it looked like it had been there a bit. Definitely recommend this place and hope to return. EDIT: See their reply and consider this a full 5 ⭐review! I hope you get your windows fixed soon

My family and I are native New Yorkers and the food here is delicious! High quality fresh meat, very tasty cold slaw, and perfect pickles! Husband got the corned beef sandwich, older son got the pastrami sandwich, and my younger son and I got grilled cheese! Fries were tasty too. We were all very happy with our meals.

decently long wait on a saturday around 11am (~30 mins), but it was worth we had the reuben and the chicken salad club, both were very good most people around us went for the breakfast items which all looked amazing, especially the pancakes prices are really good and the service was extremely fast and efficient

We love Cindi's! Best place for breakfast around. They have great sandwiches from their very own deli and bakery. Honestly, their Reuben is the best I've ever had. They're affordable, efficient, consistent and quick. The restaurant is always clean and the location is right downtown. You can park on the street and pay by meter, around the block or even use valet in the parking garage for $5.

Cindi’s caught my attention for the following reasons. Their Google ratings, they were within walking distance to the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center and their menu offers a NY favorite, the Knish. Opting for the traditional breakfast, the pancakes were a bit dry but the turkey sausage patty and waffle were extremely good.. all reasonably priced. I thought 3 pancakes, with one egg and one sausage patty was odd but a la carte can quickly turn a decently priced meal to an overpriced one. As for the service, our server Christian was very attentive in a relaxed atmosphere.

This location is a good as the other one I normally go to. Food is always consistent and staff if always friendly. I usually order ahead 15 minutes and it’s ready when I pull up. The only thing that is a bit inconvenient about this location is the parking and the one ways on the streets around but other than that, it’s a great place for some good food.

I wish I had more time in town so I could have eaten at Cindi’s more than once. I really wanted to try their lunch. And more breakfast items. The one meal that I had was so good. The service was quick and efficient. After I ate I took a few minutes to plan what I was doing and where I was going that day. I didn’t feel like I had to rush out of there.

Very good food here! Their omelets are life changing and an amazing choice here at Cindy's! All my co workers also come here or their other location. Its my wife and I's favorite breakfast spot we love to eat here every weekend.

We were staying downtown for a convention at the Hyatt. This is a nice short walk from there. Food was excellent; the blintzes were a bit too sweet for me, but were still tasty. We’ve been meaning to find a Jewish deli in Dallas and this was what we were looking for. We’ll have to try another location closer to us in the burbs for lunch some time soon!

I’ve been here twice and both times I had a wonderful experience! The food is REALLY good, you cannot go wrong with anything you order. The service was also great! We were served by Carlos, he deserves a raise really because in the hour and a half we were there 2 people came in and asked for him. He’s attentive, kind, and good and calming people. Anyway, this is now my favorite breakfast place!

3minute walk from the Dallas HYATT. Old fashioned cafe. Wait staff seems new..a bit shy..but very courteous and attentive. Coffee was HOT😎❤️plenty of creamer choices. The Club sammmich was great.

Huge sandwich. I ordered #3, added avocado, and sweet potato fries with a side of green beans. All was very good and good service. Ambiance isn't the best but good old school type diner

Don't let the wait scare you off. When we arrived at 10:30 am on a Friday morning the restaurant was packed. But the servers and kitchen staff must be used to it because we were sitting at a table within 10 minutes. The weekday breakfast specials were perfect for us, even items off the kids menu were plenty filling. As you can see we had a blueberry bagel, french toast plates and pancake plates that hit the spot. Good food, great service at good prices what more can you ask for. We are staying near by so we will be back! Thank you.

My first time and it was great. The sandwiches were bigger than expected, so filling that I took the rest to go. Needed room for dessert, which was chocolate meringue pie. I think I'm in love 😅 & will be going back 🙂

So, it was so good for breakfast yesterday that we came back for lunch today. Same server - he’s excellent. They were extremely busy at noon so we had a short wait. Tried the half pastrami sandwich on rye with French fries. Hot and Delicious!

First of all, thank you so much Carlos for Being very authentic, unconditionally kind, professional, attentive, prompt and helpful during our visits, and consistently providing seemingly rare, EXCELLENT and memorable customer service. Despite the restaurant being super busy daily during lunch, you seemed to effortlessly go above and beyond with customers (not just us), which was deeply appreciated and very impressive; you were like the calm🌝 within the storm or 🌪. ☺️ Both my husband and I were NOT fans of the typical Reuben sandwich—and he definitely does NOT like sauerkraut😒—however COMMA the NY Reuben at this joint was surprisingly DELICIOUS. 😳😲😍😛 So much so, that not only did we fully enJOY this meal 3 times within a week, but I even recommended it to strangers (other customers) who I interacted with while waiting for our name to be called, and they excitedly looked forward to trying it too. 😄 The generous portion of thinly sliced, perfectly seasoned, soft and succulent pastrami is a great match with the sauerkraut and side of pickle that wasn’t too salty or sour, but just right. And dipping the sandwich into the rich yet tangy sauce just topped off the experience to another Multidimensional, Soul-satisfying level. 🥰 The 🍠 fries, that we chose as a side, were crispy and good as well. We were also delightfully surprised 😲 by the German pancakes that we’ve never had before, but was so inviting—thin crepes in 🧈 🍋 sauce, yeah…it was heavenly🤩. Ooh, and the key lime 🥧 was refreshing and yummy, though we usually don’t care for it. We also tried their Kosher Salami sandwich with the Kaiser bun, as well as the patty melt, and we look forward to exploring other meals on the menu for our next visits to Dallas. Anyhoo, thank you to the kind, resilient, brave, highly creative and innovative owners—Cindy and her husband and daughter—for co-creating this and I think 4 other restaurants. I watched their short YouTube video, and it was inspiring. And thank you to the team of wonderful staff, to include the chefs and/or cooks for making this invaluable, new experience happen. Wishing🎐you all—and other interconnected Souls🌟 who reads this message—many PRESENT 💝 and pleasant🌅🏞🌳moments of NOW🪷, whether obvious blessings 🌝 or blessings in disguise ⛈🌈. Attached are 2 photos of the New York Reuben and 🍠fries. I forgot to take more photos due to simply having a 🧠 fart, or Being in a higher dimension, melting as ONE with the 🧈🍋 German pancakes/crepes. 😁

I was looking to escape hotel breakfast while in town for a conference and came upon this restaurant in my search and decided to give it a try. I sure am glad I did! The food was fantastic (ordered the pancake platter) and was ready quickly. The service was also spectacular - Carlos checked on me repeatedly and made sure I was always taken care of. I'll definitely be back!

We love Cindis! Great food, excellent service, extensive menu. It's a treat to eat there every time we go to Dallas. Good ambiance and location as well. Can't speak highly enough about them, no negatives. One of the best Reubens I've ever had! 😁

Thumbs up to Cyndi’s and the amazing staff there who accommodated my gluten-free/low-carb request of one of their delicious sandwiches (pastrami and turkey) on lettuce! Will definitely be back!!!

Pancakes were great and fluffy with chocolate chips, coffee was delicious and our waitress even brought out a big self serve pot. The only issue I had is finding a parking spot

Cinidi’s is DEFINITELY in the running for one of the best breakfast spots in downtown Dallas, Texas. Old school greasy spoon feel mixed with that unique deli charm. Come for the breakfast grub, leave with some quality lunch meat and cheeses. Pancakes and grits were delicious however the crispy hash browns stole the show! Cindi, ya lookin good girl! Keep it up!

Found this place while in Dallas for conference. New York style deli in Texas..Carlos waited on me. I was a bit distracted yet he was so polite to me and understanding I needed a few more minutes (twice) to get my thoughts in order and figure out food . I have never had cheese blintz and asked how they were and he recommended. They did not disappoint! Very light, creamy and oh so good. Definitely recommend giving this place a try to see for yourself
