Immediately threw all my food away, manager made me feel like I put the hair in there. The hair was deep in the meat Disgusted made me nauseous. Didn’t get a full refund like I was about to eat my food after seeing that.

I'm always on the hunt for a good burger and the Chop House Burger DID NOT disappoint. The burger was JUICY and flavorful. and the fries were very good, although I do like a thicker cut. We enjoyed eating alfresco out on the deck while enjoying the downtown Dallas vibe. If you want a great burger definitely stop in here.

Great place with quality food and service. Some burger were delicious some other sides and sandwiches not so much, but overall it’s a 4.5 in my book. The mood is awesome and very chill. I really liked the price. I will be back for sure.

This was a cool little burger joint! The portion to price ratio was on the conservative side but average. The quality of food was good nothing too over the top or stood out about the food. The staff were good and fast. I wouldn't go out of my way but down to go again.

Nice place in the heart of downtown Dallas. We were met by a nice young man at in the front making recommendations, and taking people food to their tables. The cashier was a different story! She was seriously lacking in customer service skills. A simple hello, a smile, a thank you, would have been nice. None of that! The food was good, we ordered a chophouse burger, fried chicken burger, and truffle fries. The bun was a little hard, but it was okay. The burger was good! The fried chicken sandwich was good, but left your tongue numb for some reason. The sauce they put on it I guess.. The place was pretty busy for lunch! I would try again, hopefully they would put someone who wants to be there at the front cashier, but I guess good help is hard to find these days! 4 1/2 stars for me due to the unfriendly cashier.

Loved how casual and open this place is and reasonably priced too. Well worth the walk from the hotel. The bacon cheeseburger is extremely popular but when I asked the worker what she recommends, the Bob Marly is a jersey chicken sandwich and its definitely worth a try! Has a bit of spice to it but not much as I have low tolerance. The fries too are good, nice crisp and light salt

The chop house burger was very neat and enjoyable. Truffle sauce gives it a slughtly unique taste. Slightly smaller, I saw a couple tables requiring two for complete satisfaction. Wine country burger - goat cheese is dominant as it overpowers the honey mustard. If you're a fan of goat cheese this one's for you. Nut job shake is actually blended with crushed walnuts and almonds. Like it's name, it is very nutty.

Was the first time coming to Chop House Burger in downtown Dallas. Upon entering the facility, there was a ton of people having casual conversations and enjoying one another. The atmosphere was great and it appeared people were enjoying themselves. The ordering process was easy and simple. Order yourself or with the cashier. Food came out rather quickly considering how busy they were. I ate a bacon burger and even though the burger was small it was tasty and filling. I absolutely loved the burger and the flavors that were in it. The fries were salty and crispy! Crispy fries are the best!! Should definitely try it out if you haven’t ate here before! I will be back!

Affordable, pretty view and good food. Chop House Burger came thru with their tasty, juicy and flavoring burgers. I recommend sitting outside, if the weather allows, for a cool view of Downtown. Be sure to not drop your plate as the outside tables are loose and feel like they would break at any time. Maybe I would recommend their shakes but their shake machine was down .

The food and service was fantastic. My only complaint was when our food arrived the bottom bun on the burger was completely soggy due to the burger. Made it difficult to eat and handling a soggy bun isn't that appealing either. Other than that, it's a great place to eat!

I had the chop salad, added a burger and bacon. It was good, I will be back. Ordered the burger medium, was a little dry should have gone medium rare. That's on me though. The vegetables were crisp and fresh. Service was good and the restaurant was clean. Maybe think about adding a gluten free bun to the menu, just a thought.

Sat outside and enjoyed the cool warm weather. We sat near the street and did have to move due to a passerby on the street asking for dont even know what. Besides that no one bothered us. Ordered burgers inside and they were brought out to us, which was great. Burger was fresh but a bit bland for my taste, didn't even taste whatever sauce they placed on it. Extra sauce is a must. Fries where great. Milkshake (frenchie) vanilla with crushed caramel was so freaking good!!! I went TX on vacation but would go back just to get another milkshake.

Downtown burger joint. We sat on the ample shaded patio. Service was great. Counter ordering- explained the menu and immediately made a recommendation without me asking. Loved it. Fresh juicy burger. Bacon cheeseburger with substantial bacon big veggies. Probably used 10 napkins. But was fire. Awesome burger.

This place has excellent burgers! I had the Swiss burger with sweet potato fries, and everything tasted great. It was also cooked perfectly. The only thing I didn't like was that they only have single restrooms, so when it is crowded it could be a wait.

The place was great. Very good combination of burgers with very original names. They actually cooked the meat as I ordered and the food came out fast. I loved the Mexican toast, the bread was delicious.

The place has a cool vibe, and the food was good. The wait was long. I'm not sure if that is typical. It would be very difficult to enjoy a meal there if you were on a schedule. The people were very friendly and overall we enjoyed the experience! Get the fried pickles! They are delicious!

🍺 𝙲𝚑𝚘𝚙 𝙷𝚘𝚞𝚜𝚎 𝙱𝚞𝚛𝚐𝚎𝚛 🍔 ➪ 10/10 Easily the best burgers in Dallas. They were delicious. The fries were amazing and I’m not a fry girl I usually leave them for my boyfriend to have but I just had to have every bite for myself here! ➪ 10/10 Beautiful location. Casual. Perfectly centered. If you are in the Dallas area definitely check them out!

Samurai was good and TRUFFLE FRIES were delicious! 3 stars are mainly for the experience. A couple of weekends ago my child was playing at a volleyball tournament in Dallas. Majority of our traveling was over 2 hrs away. We had gotten done in enough time to walk from convention center to your location before closing at 9 for dinner. We were all starving and not much stayed open late on a Sunday night apparently and heard how good the food was here. Got there at 8:30pm. There were about 6-8 people still in the eating area. We had a group of 13/14. The employees acted as if they did not want to serve us. Not a good impression for our first time. Finally, they said we could order to go. As we sat there and waited, we went ahead and started to eat. Like I said we were starving especially our girls who had been playing all day. We were done eating by 9pm. I do not understand why anyone would turn around 100's of dollars of food especially coming back from a pandemic or during hard times. The food was delicious. I just hate the service left a bad taste in my mouth. The manager and staff need a little better training on customer service. Sadly, I'm pretty sure a couple of us still tipped too.

Located in the central area of downtown Dallas, this establishment is a delightful spot. Easy to find and worth the visit. We found the burger delicious as well as the fries and fried pickles. Check out the eye ball nearby.

It’s mediocre. Shake machine was down, ordered a burger & was over cooked, the popcorn chicken is dark meat (fyi), the fries taste like cardboard. I’d say the atmosphere was ok but a little loud and crowded.

If you're looking for a delicious burger in downtown Dallas, look no further than CHB. This restaurant is a must-try for burger lovers, with a menu that offers a wide variety of creative and flavorful burgers to choose from. One of the standout burgers on the menu is the juicy bacon, which features a juicy beef patty topped with bacon, fried pickles. The flavors all come together perfectly to create a mouthwatering and satisfying burger experience. The restaurant itself has a fun and lively atmosphere, with indoor and outdoor seating options available. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the burgers are always served hot and fresh. In addition to their burger offerings, CHB also has a great selection of craft beers and cocktails to choose from, making it the perfect spot for a casual night out with friends. Overall, I highly recommend CHB for anyone looking for a delicious and memorable burger experience in downtown Dallas.
