One of the best dining places in town. We were pleasantly surprised to be dining such a cool place. Love their wooden architecture and design. And all the decorative stuff remind you of farm life. Seating space offers both private and common tables. Servers are amazing with their customer service. Menu offers variety for each day. Food is excellent. Price is not too bad. Just one minor issue that it is quite loud in there over lunch time and hard to talk. Long wait for a table during the weekend. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you!

Great and family gathering place. Loved how the seating it set as a “Sunday family dinner.” All four of the entrees listed the food was amazing , fresh and delicious. The cornbread was warm and fresh. Sides were okay. I will most definitely be coming back. The banana pudding was homemade, but could’ve been presented and out together way better. The brownie sundae was amazing and the key lime was so tasteful. Most definitely will be coming back.

This is a great cozy place for lunch and drinks. Pleasantly surprised how much sides it provdied for the entrees. Below we had the country fried steak, grilled pork chop, and chicken sandwich (forgot the name). Everyone was enjoyed it! Recommend for anyone who wants a quick bite.

This is one of my go-to places in the area. Food is consistently good, serves family style, and is locally sourced.

The venue was nice. The customer service and attentiveness of my waiter were excellent. The value for one's money is great. There were a couple of rare or unique features in this restaurant. First was the breadbasket that consisted of cornbread, a blueberry muffin, and a roll. The other special offering was an option to refill sides and an entree at no additional cost. The quality of the food was good. The primary reason that I do not rate this place 5 stars is because the food and dessert weren't to my tastes. The entree and sides were lightly seasoned/salted and the dessert wasn't rich. Everything that I consumed seemed to be on the healthier side, which is fine for those that are health conscious or are moderating their intake of certain ingredients. This is a good restaurant that I would recommend to people that are eating with concern for their calorie, salt, or sugar intake. I wouldn't mind eating here again.

I had the meatloaf with fried green tomatoes, garden side salad, and squash. Everything was good. Great place for a dinner party. The service was fantastic.

I love Celebration! The food is always tasty, family style sides, great wait staff, and for a little extra charge you can have seconds of your dish.

Nostalgic location for my family. We've been dining here since the early 70's. Chicken St. Caroline, Meatloaf w/ mushroom gravy; Chicken Fried Chicken; Chicken Fried Steak; Pot Roast; Pecan Crusted Chicken; mashed potatos; corn; squash; salad and the phenomenal home-made dressings: blue cheese & cucumber. A basket of jalapeño cornbread, dinner rolls, walnut & blueberry muffins, come to the table first. Then a huge bowl of fresh green salad and the best salad dressings ever! And served with the fresh, crisp salad, are home-made croutons. Then comes the entrées. I ordered something I was craving - Meatloaf. Celebration Meatloaf has two options of sauce. One of course is tomato based. The second option is mushrooms in a wine sauce, and it is fantastic! I packed half of my entrée for home, and ordered dessert - the delish coconut cream pie, topped with toasted coconut. Mmmmm, wonderful! With precious "To-Go" containers, I am a happy and fully satisfied diner. BTW: Prices are great! The wine list carries Earthquake, and it was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed another wonderful evening at Celebration. Thanks for the memories - new & old!

I love the farm to table concept. The private rooms were nice. The food was delicious. We ordered the walnut crusted chicken, grilled catfish. Jerk chicken (it was the size of a deck of cards.), and the fried catfish The vegetables were family style. We enjoyed the mashed potatoes, okra, and brocolli. The squash not so much. It was a bit dry. The fresh bread basket had a wonderful assortment. The banana pudding was a light colored extremely thick custard with a third of a banana sliced, four homemade cookies, and whipped cream. The cookies were delicious. This was not traditional homemade banana pudding so I'm taking a star for that!!!

Great farm to table restaurant with meals made from fresh quality ingredients….. the creamy cucumber dressing on the salad is always a favorite and the meatloaf is amazing. I miss having the Ft Worth location, now if I want to eat here I have to drive to Dallas.

We chose to come here because of the variety of dairy free options they offered. Everything we tried was good, but the herb chicken in particular was amazing! Service was good, and lunch prices were quite reasonable.

The first thing you need to know about Celebration is it's family style. That means the cooking is going to be what you grew up with or what you wanted to grow up with anyway. I knew walking in that the food would bring back memories and the staff's friendliness definitely helped recreate that "home" feeling. If you're going to eat at Celebration bring a few other people, that's the experience they're going for.

We go to celebration restaurant for 5 years now, and we were never disappointed, always satisfied, the food is so delicious, the service is so quick, the staff is so friendly and professional. Very pleasant place to have lunch/dinner with family, the atmosphere is just welcoming and charming.

Had a great dinner here last night. Everything was great! My wife really liked the fried chicken dinner and I enjoyed the chicken St Caroline. The rolls in the bread basket were delicious and were piping hot. The ranch dressing was above average. I liked that we were able to choose three sides. I thought the mashed potatoes were a bit runny, but they were tasty. I liked the squash, but my favorite side was the collard greens. Service was awesome here. I think this place is a really good value considering the quality and quantity of food they serve.

Flavor: A Service: A Tea: A Solo dining: A The homemade assortment of bread will wow you from the beginning - and you're only getting started. Then there's delicious homemade salad dressing. And perfectly fried okra. And surprisingly great ham and Lima beans. But the star of the show for me was the chicken fried steak with jalapeno cream gravy. The steak was tender, juicy, not gristly or greasy, and flavorful. Someone really knows what they're doing there (although I wish the batter stuck to the meat a little better). The jalapeno cream gravy, though, really sealed the deal with its unique but not-too-spicy flavor. If only I had room for dessert, I would've wanted to try that too. This place is definitely going on my must-visit list when I'm in Dallas.

Excellent customer service. The catfish was a little fishy but seasoned well and crispy! The jalapeño gravy on the nashed potatoes was great and the okra was excellent. Fried green tomatoes were crispy and good.

For 6 years I have lived in front of Celebration. Honestly I should have eaten here more often than I have. Its hands down some of the best quintessential Comfort American food for one’s soul. Everyday they have specials lunch and dinner. Everything here is usually on point. Some favorites are the walnut crusted chicken, chicken fried anything, pot roast, meatloaf, the effing muffins, Pies, banana pudding, and of course the mfing jalapeño cream gravy. Any mofo who comes here and doesnt get that gravy is doing themselves and their ancestors a disservice. To top it off the its farm to table AF! They list who their vendors are and it’s beautiful. The only thing I dislike is the booths on the right side cause I’m a big guy haha. Phenomenal people serving phenomenal food.

Celebration is a true gem. I’m thankful I remembered it to take my wife for lunch before our flight at Love Field. The food is always amazing, best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had and the fresh baked selection of bread. My wife had the walnut crusted chicken salad. Great food and nice atmosphere.

Had a group in the back on Friday November 3rd. Food and service was 5 stars. Our waitress was the bomb!!! She was the best in all areas. Made our experience great. The space could have been better. A little tight and gloomy. But overall great!

  • 5/5 Doc S. 2 months ago on Google New
Excellent menu. The sides were excellent. My chicken fried steak didn't fill the crust, which disappointed me. They also didn't use any salt, so it was a bit bland. My friend had chicken and dumplings, which had peas and carrots it it (?) and apparently tasted more like chicken pot pie.

This place is a throwback in time with cozy rooms for dining and conversation. The restaurant is a long time establishment from repurposed homes joined together. The service was very prompt and friendly. The food selections were good and supported farm to market items. This was our first time here and will return when in the area again.

The waiter was an older man and kept telling my sister that her 3 year old would make a good wife and saying how pretty she was. Walked in again and again just to keep repeating himself. It was my sisters bday and she left very mad

One of my favorite places to eat in Dallas. I love the family style sides and the fantastic bread and muffins. Always have a wonderful experience when eating here!

I cant say enough about this place. If there ever was a place to eat a home cooked meal in Dallas this is it. I'm from a small town and this reminds me of home. The food is always amazing. Kids love the Hatch Mac and Cheese and I love the port Roast. My wife usually gets the fried chicken but anything you order will be great!!

  • 2/5 NauBriana L. 3 years ago on Google
Great service. Minimal food options, not enough food for main course meal and small sides for a group. I also went into the market. They were not knowledgeable about the products there. I asked a few questions but didn't get far so I left. Love the atmosphere of the restaurant though.

Usually really good. Tonight cornbread was overly salty. Menu is little limited, but most things on it are tasty and fairly priced.

I had the meatloaf with red sauce, mashed potatoes, and fried okra. The food was decent, the muffins were DELICIOUS! l personally wouldn’t come, but overall it was pretty cool .

This place is amazing. Patricia is one of the best waitresses I’ve had in a LONG time! When my wife wanted to taste both the meatloaf and pot roast she explained if we ordered the pot roast for her then her seconds could be meatloaf as it’s of lesser value. That’s really going out of your way to help us out! Food is delicious; to the person complaining about salt, if you ask for a salt shaker one is forthcoming. I had the grass fed chicken fried steak, which was a higher quality meat than I usually get in that dish. Butternut squash and meatloaf are also very solid; in general this place has higher quality ingredients.

Very tasty comfort homey meals. Will be back. Great service 👏

  • 5/5 Jeff S. 3 years ago on Google
Our server Patricia was fantastic. Our meals were excellent with large portions. Everything must be homemade down to the salad dressing. Inviting relaxing atmosphere. My only suggestion is that you strongly consider putting the Creme Brulee on the permanent menu. It was a special tonight and was sooooo good. We will absolutely be back and look forward to the outdoor seating.

This restaurant is my first choice restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. Whenever I I need a delicious dinner, this restaurant comes straight to my mind. Great and varied food and a large list of dishes.helpful staff, and pleasant mood. And very important, the bill is modest. I praise this restaurant with pleasure.

The best homestyle food in all of DFW! Everything we had was fresh and very flavorful and the atmosphere was “nice” yet not over the top. Much of the menu remains the same from day to day but they do feature special dishes that rotate around! The service was prompt and friendly. You can get seconds on all entrees and sides unless it is stated otherwise. Definitely recommend!

  • 5/5 Dien T. 3 years ago on Google
Stopped by for a quick lunch.. Our waiter Mauricio, I believe was his name, was so friendly and welcoming. Our food was delicious! We had the roasted dark meat chicken with broccoli, fried okra, and salad. He recommended the cucumber ranch, which surprisingly tasted refreshing. Would definitely go back
