Such a cool restaurant in such a neat part of the city! Our waitress was incredibly kind, attentive, and so sweet. Their portions were large and the food felt like home. The crispy Brussels were fantastic to start with. I had the traditional spaghetti and meatballs, which was absolutely delicious. My husband had the La Flama Blanca which had the chewiest and lightest crust. Our goal is to return and try every pizza they have!

Cane Rosso is a staple restaurant for us and think it’s some of the best pizza in town! We love their incredibly fresh flash baked pizzas and have been slowly eating our way through their menu. Their staff is always friendly and as fast as they can be, and atmosphere is nice. We also love their tiramisu and philanthropic k-9 endeavors. Only complaint is we miss the garlic knots - it’s been a sad year in our lives without them.

Cane Rosso is currently my favorite pizza spot in the DFW. This particular location is in Deep Ellum. It’s a pizzeria but has class and personality. They also have a full bar which is nice. They’re made in the wood-fired grill and have the perfect sauce to cheese ratio. This visit we had the Roni One pizza (pepperoni + bacon marmalade). Also, beware that the pizza is all served family size, they don’t sell individual slices. Additionally, I ordered the Lemonchillo Margarita (very sweet but it packs a punch). We also tried the spinach artichoke dip (some of the best dip I’ve ever had). It was creamy and warm - delicious! Altogether, I we spent close to $50. I’ll definitely be back.

When you own a pizzeria, it’s tough to find another restaurant that makes a pizza you can enjoy, well, they’ve done it! The crust was amazing and you can taste the freshness in the cheese. The portions are huge too. We had the cheesy bread, the meatballs, Ella(that’s the name of the pizza) and the chicken Parm sandwich. I mean who wouldn’t want an old school chicken Parm sandwich?! Everything was delicious! The bartender made sure my drink never stayed empty and they were busy too. LITERALLY the only reason I can’t give them a full 5 stars is the marinara with the breadsticks, it honestly tasted like I should be eating it with chips at a Mexican food restaurant, it wasn’t bad tasting, I just feel that it should have more depth to it than just salt and tomatoes. But overall, will definitely be back!!

The staff was really nice, the view was nice and it was very peaceful atmosphere which I enjoyed. Now, the pizza was really good, the cherry limeade and the Brussels were ok.

Excellent neopolitan pizza. Great flavor! This place has made it to my top 3 list. This includes pizza I've had in Chicago, NY, DC, and Charlotte NC. You won't be disappointed eating here if you're in love with a flavorful cheesy pie.

This place is great! Service was fast, but not rushed, really attentive without crowding me. The food was well worth the money too. I had the 'Roni One" and a meatball sandwich with garlic parm tots and everything was great! Only complaint would be the grease on the pizza, but it is pizza.

Absolutely the best pizza I've ever eaten! It was super quick too, waited all of 10 minutes on new years eve for it to hit our table. Nice patio area to dine, but beware it is right under the Interstate bridge, so it's sometimes hard to hear each other speak. They had heaters outside which was very nice, and the tables are spread out away from each other. Our server was incredible and I wish I could remember his name! He was super patient with us while ordering and even answered our several questions about menu items. Just know that the restrooms are kind of hard to find, but when you see the red curtain, you know you've found them. We went with mac & cheese, chicken alfredo, La Flama Blanca pizza and Ladybird dessert pizza. We will definitely visit again when we are back in town!

The best, most delicious, chewy, cheesy pizza! They have the best Caesar salad, I have ever had in my entire life. The staff is always friendly.

Cafe Rosso is unbelievably good. I’ve eaten pizza in more states than I can count, and this ranks near the top. We had buratta & cherries, a Cane Rosa specialty as an appetizer. It is buratta cheese and grilled Italian bread served with balsamic glaze infused cherries. It is off the charts good. For entrees we had the Valentine and the December pizza of the month which is the fig marmalade base with soppresaatta, house made mozzarella and Parmesan, and thin sliced green apples. Both are so good! I had a the Velvet Hammer red ale for a drink. It is a more hoppy version of Killian’s Red. Outstanding beer. I very much enjoyed Cane Rosso. I hope you will too.

The taste you get out of a WOOD-FIRED PIZZA OVEN is absolutely amazing, + the prices on the menu are very very reasonable. The interior is clean and beautiful and spacious, and the restrooms are clean too. And "Cat with K" who served me was very kind and patient with my endless inquiries!!! You are the best Kat( 🐐)

Was looking for a good place to eat to finish a long weekend. This place showed up on maps. Sheer luck that I picked this gem of a spot. From homemade pizza dough, mozzarella, and a great sauce to the truffle carbonara, mozzarella cheese bites, and calamari...it was all delicious. The pepperoni pizza has a pesto sauce that just sets it off!!! The meatball sandwich is to die for. Three young volleyball players and three hungry dads came away more than happy and full. The homemade tiramisu is one of the best ever I've ever tasted. The staff is more than knowledgeable with the menu, and will give you an honest opinion on the plates. A must visit when you come to Dallas.

I got the spaghetti and meatballs and it was not very good. Spaghetti was way over cooked to the point that it was mushy. Texture was so off that I was not able to stomach it. Meatballs were decent. Person I was with enjoyed the pepperoni pizza. Stick with the pizza if you don’t want to be disappointed. Additionally, the male restroom smelled atrocious. Management please make an effort to do something about that awful miasma. Waste of money Im in tears almost :-/

Came with a few other friends for brunch. Perfect Brunch spots are hard to come by. The main things we look for as a group are drink specials, atmosphere, and food. If all those three things are on point, nothing else matters. Not even the mediocre service we received here. $2 mimosas is definitely eye catching and appealing. And at that price, we weren't expecting the best mimosas. But these things were 85% orange juice. We bought like 6 carafes for our party of 5. None of them bubbled which is probably why we weren't feeling that classic brunch bubbly feeling until our 5th carafe. The service was less than. This poor waitress was working by herself the entire time. But it wasn't busy at all. 70% of the tables were empty. Yet it took them 20 minutes just to bring 2 empty glasses for our late arriving guests. I'll leave out my interpretation of the atmosphere simply because there wasn't any. Kind of bleak tbh. The food is probably the only good thing was the food. Chicken and waffles was delicious. Waffles were perfect and the bacon bits were flavorful. The Josh's big biscuit was also delicious. The aioli really made the entire dish. The only reason why I would ever come back is if I was joining a group of friends who were already planning on coming here. This wouldn't be my choice at all.

First off, wonderful service and nice atmosphere. Our waitress was great and she took care of us! The pizza was unfortunately a bit lackluster. The bottom of my pizza was wet and I had to flip it up to even take a bite kind of like a tortilla. Imagine someone poured a layer of water on the pizza serving plate and then put a hot pizza on top of it. I love all pizza, soft or crispy but I can’t stand a wet and floppy pizza. The flavor overall was good though. Unless this pizza was made to be eaten with knife and fork then that’s my mistake! The ranch here is also phenomenal, it’s like a thicker wingstop ranch.

We had a great experience at this establishment. The staff were great and the food was delicious. It was a great atmosphere and location. The only issue was the parking in this area. You have to download and app to pay and park. Which we had no idea. So please be aware. I would go again.

This was a recommendation from a local and it was spot on! Some of the best pizza in all of Dallas. The oven they cook the pizzas in is one of a kind and cook the pizza perfectly. Juan our server was top notch and had all of the good recommendations on the menu. He kept up on all of our refills and was great at his job!! Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a great spot for pizza and a drink. Great job Cane Rosso!! 👍👍👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cane Rosso is an amazing concept but owners/managers if you are reading this, the Gaston location has the best cooks! Today we went to the Commerce location and the food lacked taste… pizza was just OK, my Alfredo was OK compared to lip smacking deliciousness at Gaston. Caprese salad was better at Commerce. We will continue to go to Gaston but some consistency wouldn’t hurt! The staff is always friendly but today we didn’t finish our meals! Left kind of sad.

I was visiting from NYC and my friend took me here. The burrata was excellent!.but the pizza, although tasted good, was a tad doughy. Would have been perfect if it was on the crisp side.

I recently moved down the street from this restaurant in January. One day, I was craving some cheesy bread. I searched Google and Yelp for "Best cheesy bread in Dallas" and this was among one of the restaurants that popped up. I'm a big pizza lover so Cane Rosso being a pizza restaurant was obviously a plus. Two of my favorite things to snack on are the Fried Nugz and the Cheesy Bread. The Fried Nugz are small balls of mozzarella cheese that are breaded and fried. When they are cooked correctly, they are bomb. However, the last 5-6 times I have visited the restaurant, they have been undercooked, and thus kind of soggy and not enjoyable. The cheesy bread is self explanatory, its pretty good, I wouldn't say the best in Dallas. The pizza is Neapolitan style, meaning it's rather thin, and a little doughy—the server always explains it to you before ordering. It is baked in a wood-fired pizza oven that you can see from pretty much anywhere in the restaurant, and it is great. Overall, the restaurant is great. They are a bit short-staffed sometimes, but that is to be expected with the current state of the service industry and labor shortages. I am a regular here and will continue to be a regular here until they give me a reason not to be! Which I doubt they will!

We came in town for a concert. The first thing we did after we checked into the hotel was walk over to Cane Rosso to try out their pizza. We got the Fried Nuggz and Brussels sprouts appetizers. Both were delicious. We did half and half for our pizza. Johnny Utah and the pizza of the month. My wife and I both loved every bite. I also appreciate that they cut it into six large slices instead of eight small slices. Makes the slices easier to fold. Service and atmosphere were also both excellent.
