We were roaming around downtown and decided to have lunch at this place. Starting from the service to the food, everything was amazing. They are fast, it took about 7-10 minutes to get our food. We ordered blazing shrimp, beef pho and chicken vermicelli. The portion sizes are good (two people can easily share one large pho), tastes amazing. I absolutely loved the shrimp. Overall it was a great experience.

I order Sapa House often and their fried egg rolls are my favorite…until tonight. I got home with my order to find very soggy, undercooked egg rolls. The end of every roll also looks like it was ripped apart or bitten off of. I tried to call to request a reorder to avoid writing a negative review but I could not get anyone on the phone. I won’t be returning to Sapa House anytime soon…

Honestly I don't usually give 5 stars for anything but they seated 10 of us in 15 minutes. Got our orders and got food on the table in another 20. I was darn impressed. Then when they were closing instead of rushing us out they gave us some extra platters in to go boxes and in general were super nice.

Very mid. For the location and reviews I was looking forward to this review. I want to be fair, they had all the right pieces and options, but it just didn’t come through for me. I have to admit this is my lease favorite pho I’ve had in Dallas. My favorite is still Pho is for Lovers on Greenville. Pros: - generous protein portioning - full offerings of hoisin and Siracusa sauce - fresh sprouts, jalapeño, onion, and lime - they use the good wooden chopsticks Cons: - Luke warm broth - dry chicken - very thin noodles - very few noodles - noodles remain clumped together - they use the lamé disposable broth spoons

Our waitress was very attentive, but when asked about the menu she didn't have much information to offer except everything "is good". Didn't see a single Asian person in the restaurant. The restaurant was sticky and dirty looking. Read the reviews and asked what's popular so we ordered the pad Thai, pho, pork skewers, a fried shrimp appetizer, and a sushi roll. The pho was decent but they served nasty brown bean sprouts - just no. The pad Thai was not pad Thai, it was very weird. Pork skewers were just okay, with a different flavor that seemed to fit more with Hawaiian bbq maybe. I don't recommend this place if you're looking for fresh, real Vietnamese. It's fine I guess if you're starving and don't have a lot of choices, but I'd rather go to taco bell than eat here.

Wonderful atmosphere and the food is amazing. I frequent this place because I work downtown. On days when it’s cold and rainy I like to go by and warm my soul with a large Brisket Pho with extra noodles. The people are super friendly! I normally go around eleven thirty to avoid the lunch hour rush and my food comes out really fast. The brisket is super tender and soft. I have been to other places that sell pho and they always manage to have tough brisket which is weird since it should be soft from being boiled. Try this place out guys!!

I came here for drinks after work on a Tuesday and saw that they have happy hour all day Tuesday which was nice. My group had had a few Sake bombs and drinks and a few appetizers. The server we had took a while to bring us our drinks and food, and kept forgetting to bring a few other drinks out - she also kept bringing out drinks for one of our friends who was pregnant (very noticeably pregnant). We had had a good time because we didn't want to make a big deal about it but when it got to the check it was all wrong - she charged for the drinks she brought for our friend and charged for the drinks she forgot to bring out. She made a big stink about it and basically said we were wrong. We were finally able to get it squared away but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I can give it two stars because the little bit of food that we had was good, but I can certainly find the same fare elsewhere.

Best eggrolls I've ever had. Crispy and delicious! Service was good, but we all know you just care about how the food tastes, which is a 10 out of 10. Definitely will be back to this quality establishment!

Their vegan options were delicious! The atmosphere was inviting and the staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed the flavor of each item I sampled especially the edamame appetizer.

Great vibes and cocktails. I had the coconut curry, that was okay… I have had better coconut cutters at other Thai places, but this wasn’t bad. Went there will my colleagues and I remember everyone enjoying their food!

Was in town on business and enjoyed a relaxing lunch. Food and service were excellent. Enjoyed the steamed dumplings and the Chicken Pho. Will return when in Dallas again.

Quick dinner date with my boyfriend last night. Service was great, it wasn’t a particular server- it was all hands on deck with different people running drinks, food, refilling water, etc. Everyone was friendly and attentive at all times. We shared chicken skewers and chicken spring rolls. My boyfriend got steamed chicken pho and I got beef pho. 1. Chicken skewers were great! 2. Chicken spring rolls weren’t so great, they were cut in half so practically fell apart when we picked them up to eat. I didn’t really think anything inside had much flavor including the chicken- pretty under seasoned. The peanut sauce was mid. 3. Chicken pho was ok. The “steamed” chicken was pretty dry but the broth was good. 4. Beef pho was great! I got a mixed meat and everything was very flavorful and tender. I didn’t like that the broth wasn’t hot; it was like lukewarm. The portions however, were great! Lots of noodles and protein. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I love spring rolls and these killed it for me. Maybe I’ll try shrimp ones next time. Also because the pho wasn’t hot. Overall, we would visit again.

The atmosphere and service was phenomenal. The staff was friendly and the place had a very relaxing vibe for being downtown. The food was good, but nothing that blew me away. The portions were decent, and the prices were reasonable. Given that it's Dallas, I would go somewhere else for Thai food before coming back here.

Our first time here, food wasn't bad, but not what I expected, will have to give another chance, the Latino rolls and shrimp tempura rolls were good, it was the other choices that didn't score high for me, my wife liked her food. The service was great and atmosphere was good.

Food was flavorful and hot, waiter was knowledgeable of the menu and recommended the best of it. She also told us about the happy hour specials with only 30 minutes left.

Quick lunch trip for a Banh Mi and appetizers. Service was a little slow due to their only being one server/bartender but the atmosphere was pleasant and the food was tasty.

We were so hungry we forgot to take a picture before eating. The food here was really good and the price was reasonable. We had a large beef pho and it was a good portion. It also had a lot of beef in it. It however did not have meatballs like it says on the menu. We also had the beef banh mi. It was alright. I wish I tried the chicken one. The beef one had teriyaki sauce or something on it and was really sweet. It was still good. Our service was really fast and good also. Overall I really liked this place and would go back!

Hidden gem! Good portions and great prices for the amount of food! The coconut curry was fabulous! Shrimp and avocado egg rolls were yummy 😋 The server was attentive & helpful! I will definitely return.

Was about to give 4 stars, but they cheerfully corrected an issue. I am always looking for the deal, but for the price, the servings are hearty and tasty. One drawback, watch your step on the way in as there's a hidden ramp in the flooring. Definitly will return when I take my next tour to Dealy Plaza!
