Highly recommend stopping by Smithy if you’re in the area. We really enjoyed the creativity and price point of all their cocktails. We ended up ordering several more than anticipated because they were that good and our bartender was awesome. While we didn’t order any entrees, the Truffle Fries were delicious. I’ve heard great things about their brunch so can’t wait to come back!

On my list of favorites now. Complimentary Valet Parking: don’t bother looking for parking, pull up front and valet. Staff: Walking in we were welcomed by all with smiles, hellos and even opening the doors. Our server Kevin was amazing and did not rush us. There is a covered patio, beautiful bar and open concept kitchen that I love. We ordered: Truffles Fries - simply perfect Ahi Tuna Nachos - Starter for 3 of us and still had plenty left to make it my meal with a small side salad. The Taro Chips topped with the fresh ahi tuna were a burst of flavors, spiciness with every bite! I wish the chips were a little thicker to hold up to the toppings, but I doubled them up and was fine. The Hangover 2.0 - my son had this one. The brown sugar pecans and maple syrup with savory flavors were a great balance, the only thing was the biscuit size; very big and great for presentation but if it was a little smaller and softer it would be great to absorb all the goodness and not crumble apart- either way thumbs up for sure. Drinks: We had the Roasted N’Toasted and it was perfect.

My party of 3 had reservations for dinner on a Saturday night. I would recommend making reservations. FYI: the macaroni and hot chicken (which wasn't hot at all) tenders is a very large dish. This can be shared between 2 or even 3 people. The all the food was great! I know my friend had the salmon nachos as an appetizer and she wasn't too fond of them.

We had big hopes for this place because of the reviews but unfortunately brunch here was a miss for us. I went here with friends while in town and while the service was good, the food was not. It was quite deceiving. I opted to order the 6oz steak from the sides menus because the other steak they had on the menu was too much for me to be able to eat. I added eggs and a side of fruit. Unfortunately when the steak came out, it looked and tasted strange. It was as if it was freezer burned and cooked. The waiter was kind and took it back. My friend had ordered the pecan bacon with her meal which tasted microwaved and wasn't anything to write home about. And lastly my other friend ordered the Hangover sandwich. While the appeal of the sandwich was fun, the biscuit was dense and the inside was lacking flavor. Because we are so much potential in this establishment (it's a really cute spot), when solicited for feedback from our waiter we shared. All and all the outdoor dining area is cute. They had football on and some music. I appreciated that they have mocktail options on their menu. Sadly we were the only one dining there for a while after opening, until a few other people began to arrive. I was shocked to see the place so empty in a weekend and now we know why.

The food was really good and our waiter was very nice. The sweet potato tots were to die for! The flavors in the forged bowl I made was amazing. Only slight complaint and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was our waiter was quick to leave and wouldn't check with all of us before he walked away. Other than that, was great!

This place was great! Had drinks at the bar and we enjoyed them very much! I had a melonade and espresso martini. Pricilla and Valerie were the 2 bartenders and they were wonderful! Great vibe and good drinks.

Everything was amazing! The crab nachos were so fresh/delicious with unique ingredients I’ve never experienced before altogether— like heirloom tomato pico and fresh sprouts. Falynn was our server and she was wonderful— kind, respectful, with a warm and disarming energy. Pictured is the crab nachos, Japanese pancakes, and a new feature called B & G. Literally everything had top tier taste and Texas sized portions. My girlfriend and I will def be back!

This was an experience that exceeded all expectations. The brunch menu was a delight, offering a wide array of mouthwatering options that catered to all tastes. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the two servers. They were AMAZING in every sense of the word. Attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our dining experience was taken care of. Their warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm added an extra layer of enjoyment to our brunch. Now, let's talk about the food. Oh, the food! It was nothing short of incredible. Every dish that graced our table was a testament to the skill and creativity of the chefs. From the perfectly fried hard egg salmon benedict to the fluffy pancakes with a hint of vanilla, each bite was a burst of flavors that left us speechless. The attention to detail and quality of ingredients were evident in every dish. And let me tell you, we left no crumbs. We savored each and every bite, reluctant to let any of the culinary masterpieces go to waste. Smithy's is truly a brunch spot that knows how to impress. With an outstanding menu, two servers who are an absolute delight, and food that is simply unforgettable, this place has earned its reputation as a must-visit destination. Whether you're a brunch aficionado or simply looking for an exceptional dining experience, Smithy's will not disappoint.

First time at Smithy saw that the review were really high so tried it out. Tbh I’d give this place a 3.8 The truffle fries were not as luxurious as they sound. To me I want really hot, well cooked, fries, with a good hint of truffle and finely grated parmesan cheese. The parmesan was like the Kraft bottled type. So I give these a 2 out of 10 they were always soggy and not crisp at all We ordered the crab nachos and were pleasantly surprised with them. We really love how fresh and light this dish was. Totally recommend this 8/10 The grilled tamales were good, but I think it would have tasted better without the egg on top. 8/10 I ordered “The Healer” for my cocktail and liked it. Was very healthy tasting but still good.

Great place for Sunday brunch, we made a reservation later in the day and had no issues. The staff was super helpful and friendly, checked in on us multiple times. Highly recommend getting The Hangover 2.0 if you're pretty hungry.

Been here twice and the food was delicious both times! The portions are HUGE. You can definitely split a meal between two smaller or average sized people and grab an appetizer or dessert to share as well and both leave stuffed. Highly recommend!

Brunch has a new name! It's Smithy!! I don't know how long this place has been here, but I am so glad I know now! Smithy is located on N. Henderson and is the epitome of upscale dining without being stuffie. The posh decor is warm and welcoming, creating an atmosphere that screams, "Pull up a seat and have a Mimosa!" Since Smithy is known for there Craft Cocktails we started out with "The Healer." A gin based cocktail with lime juice, turmeric, honey, Tazo-Zen tea, and apple-ginger kombucha. This tincture is just what the doctor ordered as a great pick me up on a cold rainy day. Then, the food arrived!!!!! Hubby had The Hangover 2.0(You know it's serious when they add numbers behind the name). This massive MAN sandwich was a biscuit the size of my fist! Stuffed with a golden habanero fried chicken breast, sausage patty, 2 eggs over medium, brown sugar pecan peppered bacon, hash browns, bourbon maple syrup, and roasted poblano cream gravy(I'm full just thinking about it) For there to be so many different ingredients on this sandwich, they all worked in harmony of each other. Every item created a layer of flavor, as well as texture, that was enhanced by the next ingredient. An absolute masterpiece! I had the Poutine Tots and I was not disappointed! The fluffy mini barrels of potatoes were hand rolled and topped with tender chunks of short ribs, a riotous amount of gravy, cheese curds, pecan bacon planks, and crema. Ya'll when I tell you, my soul was FULL from the lush flavors of this Poutine? My soul was full!! Nothing shows the Love and Vision of a Chef, like taking something so simple as Tater Tots and elevating them into a complex 5 star dish. If you're looking for a Chic spot that more than delivers on cocktails, food, and vibes? Come to Smithy's. You won't be disappointed!

Delicious and inspired food with a good amount of local beer options. I enjoyed a nice lunch on the patio with my wife. Everything was top notch.

Smithy is by far our favorite, from the customer service to the food & drinks to the atmosphere! We loved sitting outside watching football. We had the opportunity to trial the new Pumpkin Martini and it’s a MUST order (forgot to take a photo until the end because it was so good) !! Thank you Smithy staff!

We were visiting Dallas and stumbled upon Smithys! The atmosphere was great, and our food was even better! We started with the truffle fries, and they had amazing flavor. We also really enjoyed the hot chicken dish and the salmon dish. We will definitely come back!

I’ve visited twice and found the service to be welcoming and attentive on both occasions. Heads up, the brunch portions are large which is great for having leftovers or sharing. The Hangover 2.0 was a delicious combination of items, and I liked that I could select how the egg was prepared. The buttermilk biscuit used for this meal was one of the best I’ve had.

WOW WOW WOW! This was excellent! My husband and I were looking for breakfast Sunday morning but did not want to go out and do a whole big thing. We did not eat here, we did take out and brought it over to Turtle Creek park. The breakfast traveled well but it was so delicious I don't think it would of mattered! The flavors, the thought that went into the dishes and just the overall taste was some of the best food I've had in a long time, and this was just their breakfast! I had the breakfast tamales and my husband had the avocado toast. Next time we are in town we will be in for a meal, would love to try more of their menu. Thank you!
