Good music venue. They should add clarity to their entrance procedures. I bought 2 "Speed Passes" for 20 bucks each for faster entry. I arrived 30 minutes before the doors opened. There was no signage or security to let anyone know about anything. We waited in line just like everyone else that didn't pay the extra 20 bucks.

Best place and area to consider for a date night or celebrate with a show or concert.. Fantastic Venue, balcony seats are worth the money. The Foundation Room is a must to attend before and after shows. Lots of parking options in the area for easy access to walk to and from the area. Food options at The House of Blues and across the street.

I went to H.O.B. for the first time when they hosted #TrapKaraoke. I had so much fun. I love the the dual purpose the building serves — upstairs is a bar/restaurant with good food and the occasional live music, and downstairs is strictly a bar with a dance floor, stage, and balcony seating. I do wish they had more seats downstairs, but it’s fine. I’ll be going back in a few weeks for another concert — can’t wait!

Been here 2 times and the first time the lines were under control, The second time was very disorganized. I believe they need more staff because they had 2 people trying to control a crowd of over 1000 people! Other than that, the area is great and every spot is a good view! Love coming here to my favorite artists perform.

Of the many events I have attended here, I have yet to be disappointed. The sound is great and the size can accommodate a good size crowd and still provide an intimate and exclusive feel. I have not tried the food but hear good things. The venue has a real mellow vide with lots of colored lighting effects for your senses. I enjoy this venue for its friendly staff and well maintained amenities. Valet is recommend due to a light walk for parking otherwise. I would recommend attending or hosting an event at this venue for its unique upbeat vibes.

Really neat music venue/bar/restaurant!! Attended a concert here, it was general admission standing room, and it was surprisingly clean, spacious, and had classy decorations in the interior. Beautiful design inside and outside - the restaurant looked great & we hope to try it next time. Parked under the highway bridge (back of the building, on the corner) at the parking lot shared by the sci museum and nearby restaurants. Paid parking was only about $5 for 4 hours max which is a great deal for concert goers if you’re looking for a cheap, close by lot. Had no trouble exiting or entering for the event itself as traffic passed somewhat quickly. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience and we look forward to coming back!

Ambience: 9/10 Food: 5/10 Price: 8/10 It is a very nice venue to watch a concert. Been here atleast 10 times now. Never had any unpleasant experience. The place is pretty spacious. The food choices are not so great but have plenty of drinks to choose from at the bar.

First time attending a concert at the House of Blues. I parked at Victory Park and walked 5 mins and it was just $6. The venue is small and intimate so I really liked that. I had general admission tickets but it may be worth trying to get seating. Drinks are overpriced but all in all I enjoyed myself.

We went to a concert, but didn't try ordering food. The venue acoustics are pretty good. Band volume wasn't overly loud, which was surprising for a metal show. Drink prices were VERY high, as expected. I would attend another show here in the future, or even play here. All Hail The Yeti, Suicide Silence, and JINJER put on a helluva show! Seeing Santa Mosh was fun too! 😂😂😂

Went to the Dope Lemon + Franklin Jonas concert here. Great show. Great sound mixing/acoustics. Great drinks (I love that they take both cash and card). Great atmosphere. (There’s always the annoying people who get there late and try to push in front of you, a person who got there early and waited in line to get as close to the front as possible, but that’s literally everywhere/any show...) I’d always heard positive things about The House of Blues but I’m a huge skeptic. And from start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed. It’s always nice to walk away impressed from a venue/show…

This is an amazing concert venue with an intimate feel for up to 1800 people. The food is pretty good although it's expensive. You'll enjoy the atmosphere all around and the people are very friendly!

I've been a few times to see my favorite artists. I am either in the stands or on the floor, and it's been great every time. I never park at the venue. I either carpool or catch a ride (it's just easier). Getting in is seamless. Yes, there's security but I only bring my essentials. Food and drink prices are decent. Oh, and the food is good. After that it's all about the music.

Great Venue and a great staff. Very courteous when going through security and informative when getting you to your seats. Concert was an amazing experience. Thank you.

Have visited a few times (APR22, MAR23) and both visits have had outstanding concerts. Parking is a plus with multiple lots directly across the street and has never been an issue. Acoustics and lighting are excellent. When possible, we always book a VIP upgrade at the table section (lower level) as VIP balcony is not always available and dependent on ticket sales. VIP coordinator Jose is great to work with - equally attentive to customizing the experience and always available for a multitude of questions. That said, food/menu options in this section are very lackluster and servers have not been the best rarely coming back. Further, it should be noted that general logistics from entry lines to pre-show meet and greets are usually very unorganized so be prepared for additional wait times. Additionally, bathrooms are minimal with long lines typically so be prepared to wait on that end as well. At the end of the day, it’s a great place for shows but there is opportunity for improvement.

I have been attending shows here my entire life. Great size venue for a more intimate show. Everywhere is a good spot usually! I've made the best memories here seeing so many artists. The drinks are so expensive though. You could get a 6 pack of beer for the price of 1 here, but I'm guessing that is most venues these days. I recently saw First Aid Kit and the sound guy was having issues a lot, but I know it is more challenging with the PA to the side of the house versus the middle or back of the room like some other venues. Could have just been a rough night. It happens! The staff is super nice to everyone. & The bathrooms have pretty good toilet paper lol.

This venue's size is perfect – not too large, not too small – creating a more intimate atmosphere than a big arena. I've thoroughly enjoyed the two shows I've attended here.

Super impressed by the decor. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. All in all a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We just saw Echo and the Bunnymen. I was able to get to the front pretty easily. It's standing room only, unless you have a VIP membership. If you're a VIP, you can sit at a table in the roped off area near one of the two bars. The venue is small allowing for a close view of the stage. The sound was on point too. I would recommend a concert here anytime.

The mask mandate inside was not followed or enforced for any concerned with that. Good selection of food and drinks although alcohol was extremely expensive, more so than what I'm used to even in other big cities. "Tall Boy" beers were about $12. Overall a good venue though, kind staff, good line management, quick entry and prompt service for food and bev.

First and foremost, I want to say the staff was great and attentive. This whole experience was a lesson and I know not to get the VIP upgrade again. There were problems with the VIP upgrade. 1. The entry: I got a call on the phone telling me to go to the foundation room and then we would be escorted to out tables but that wasn’t correct. We just had to go through regular entry on the the VIP side. 2. I thought the tables were going to be set up directly in front of the stage and then general admission behind us but it was in reverse. I was so far away from the stage and couldn’t get a good video for anything. 3. The table was small and not as big as the ones shown on the website. 4. The waitress was great but was handling too many tables besides ours. We had to wait 30-40 minutes for chicken tenders and fries. The tenders are also a different price but I didn’t see that until I was charged. The tab wasn’t itemized either so I’m not sure how much each drink I got cost. A drink and water came to $19? Chile I don’t know.. The overall experience was a no for me and I could’ve spent $250 getting a VIP meet and greet ticket and met Lucky Daye but I know better for next time.
