I had the chicken Cobb salad with bacon and it was good. I told them to put the dressing on the side and I should not have. It's so much lettuce greens until you do need it to have something on it. To get it fully covered. I was overall very pleased with the taste of the salad. And of course the brown bread never disappoints!! Key lime cheese cake was also great. The cheese cake portion size has decreased though.

On Saturday, Jan. 1, 2022, I ate with my wife and two kids at the Cheesecake Factory in Dallas. My wife and I are Cheesecake Factory fanatics and will always go out of our way to eat there if the city we are in has one. Although we were in Dallas for just 12 hours during a layover we made sure to pay CF a visit. We went for lunch and were seated in about 15 minutes…maybe the quickest we have ever been seated at a Cheesecake Factory. Kevin was our server. He apologized when he introduced himself and said that numerous items weren’t available because of limited staffing and supply chain issues. He was carrying a long sheet of receipt paper that listed all the items that weren’t available. Although Kevin said it was mostly brunch items such as pancakes and waffles that were not available, the two items I tried to order (orange chicken and then cashew chicken) were also not available. I ended up getting the spaghetti and meat balls lunch portion. My wife got the Louisiana chicken pasta and my kids ordered from the children’s menu and got mini corn dogs and sliders. Oh yes, let me not forget, we got the cheeseburger spring rolls as an appetizer. We didn’t have to wait long for our food and it was all fresh, hot, and delicious. We split the ‘Smores Galore cheesecake and it was superb. You know what the sign of a good dessert is? When you are completely stuffed but will still eat every bite of a dessert. If you haven’t tried S’mores Galore yet at Cheesecake Factory you need to do it! Kevin was a really good server. Super attentive and outgoing. He tried his best to offer menu suggestions when the items I tried to order weren’t available. It is a nice Cheesecake Factory in a nice part of Dallas. Our kids were not well behaved at our meal and spent more time goofing around at the table instead of eating their lunches. Because of that, we had pretty much all of their sliders, corn dogs, and fries left over. We got boxes so they could maybe eat on the way to the airport. Right when we stepped outside we realized we left the boxes at the table. My wife ran in to try and retrieve them but an employee said they already threw our leftovers out so that was a little disappointing. But overall, this Cheesecake Factory definitely lived up to the solid reputation of the company.

Our 2pm reservation for Sunday 8/7 was honored in a timely manner, didn't have to wait very long. There was a bit of confusion in the beginning during check in, but was resolved quickly. They were slammed so it took a minute for our food to arrive but our server handled everything gracefully. Food is amazing, Cajun jambalaya pasta has always been my favorite & I'm so glad the flavors & portion sizes have stayed the same.

This was my first time trying this restaurant. I've heard a lot about it and how good it is. We went to celebrate my step-daughters new job and the passing of her test. When I first walked in I was automatically amazed by all the different mouthwatering cheese cakes and the interior decor. It was overwhelming. The menu has a plethora of food options. My food was so yummy. The portion sizes are more than enough, I had leftovers for the following day. Everything was on point the food, ambience, and our waitress Jewell. She was very attentive and made us feel so welcomed💜 There are no photos of the bread because it went quick.

The food is excellent, with limited vegetarian options. Cheesecake, no doubt, is fantastic. Service can sometimes be slow. I love their warm bread and butter too. You get a free cheesecake if you register for the loyalty program (do this a day before the visit) ©️Milliondollarcravings recommendations: - Thai coconut key lime - Godiva Cheesecake - Tiramisu Cheesecake - Red Velvet Cheesecake

The Cheesecake Factory's vast menu and great service is what keeps us coming back. Our waitress was topnotch throughout our visit. She was courteous, kept our drinks filled, and our food was served promptly. The spicy chipotle pasta is always a hit with us. The spicy Korean cauliflower and fried Mac and cheese are also so delicious. They have plenty of vegan and vegetarian options, so theres items for everyone. Also, the cucumber lemonade is the 💣💣💣. Overall, the Cheesecake Factory is a wonderful place to have a nice date or go for happy hour drinks. Food 5/5 Service 5/5 Atmosphere 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Parking 5/5

Made a reservation, my original chosen time was unavailable, but they had given me 4 alternate times. Showed up a little early and was able to be seated immediately. Server was quick and friendly. Treated us like we were family. Food was sinfully delicious. I dare say, if the appetizer is any indicator, the entree was phenomenal and the Cheesecake was to die for. All around, a great experience and well worth the money spent. Everything was top quality!!

This location has been here for the longest time. Used to be the spot but as portions get smaller and prices get higher it’s tough to justify a visit to cheesecake. Although I went for my brothers birthday we got 4 slices of cheesecake and 4 fresh and hot decaf coffee. The service was good. Gave us ample cream and sugar.

We had a nice dinner here, didn’t have to wait for a table, our waitress Koya was super helpful and friendly. The food was great, the price for their specialty dishes is in $18-25 range but it tastes great, the sauce is just right, flavorful but not too salty nor too sweet nor too sour. They have like a million dishes/desert to choose from. I love the layout and decoration of the restaurant, it gives you a warm and elegant atmosphere ✨🕯 *The spring roll has 6 pieces, my husband was too fast before I could take a picture

Cheesecake Factory is the most beautiful restaurant I have been in Dallas. I visited last week solo, and I just loved the place. The restaurant was full, and I was in queue later, got seated, and enjoyed my dessert. They have a beautifully crafted menu with delicious beverages and dessert and light bites. Menu designed in such a way every person can enjoy the same. They have outside sitting.so, but for Best view and service I suggest you to dine at dining hall. Dining hall is so beautiful and gives you wow moment.

First time at Cheesecake Factory and didn’t expect to enjoy the food as much as I did. The salmon was very tasty and was nicely paired with the mashed potatoes and tartar sauce. However the broccoli was not a favorite, I would highly suggest substituting it for another side. Calorie intake here is INSANE. Overall very surprising with how good it was.

We have been big fans of this chain for quite a awhile. We really enjoy the variety and quality of the food offered. We showed up without reservations and were seated with 15 minutes on a week night. It took a little while to get our drinks but the place was pretty busy. Our waiter was very friendly, honest and polite. The food arrived fresh and hot. We were so hungry, we dived in before I could take photos of the plates lol. We had the chicken Madeira, the bang bang chicken and shrimp and a cheese burger and fries. The chicken Madeira was perfect, my company did not care for the bang bang and the burger and fries were really good. We ordered pumpkin and pecan cheesecake to go and it was delish. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Tonight was our second visit to this location (& Cheesecake Factory in general), and it was outstanding each time! I ordered Truffle Honey Chicken my first visit & Chicken Costoletta tonight - both were fried to perfection and the potatoes & asparagus were delicious. My partner got the Tomato Basil pasta both times, and it lived up to the hype 100%. Of course the main attraction (cheesecake) was a delectable treat I'm looking forward to finishing off tomorrow (highly recommend the red velvet or cherry chocolate cheesecakes). Tonight was definitely slower than the first time (Saturday evening), so while service was great before, we had a much shorter wait and more attentive experience this time round (take advantage of online reservations as well!). Solomon's service was great; he did a very nice job balancing attentiveness without becoming overbearing. On his service alone, I would definitely return!

First off, we ordered the warm crab dip for an appetizer. Just a little note. We lived in Alaska for over 18 years. This dip tasted exactly like canned tuna. Not to mention a whole lot of oil. Like it was from a can of tuna with oil. The bread was hard and barely lukewarm. Like day old bread. The fish and chips, was nothing to write home about. Even though it was overcooked, it was just a bit better than long John Silvers! This was supper disappointing, as it was an experience that I have been looking forward to. The ONLY reason that they get 2 stars is because of their cheesecake an friendly staff. I will never return to any of their locations for food, however, maybe for a slice of cheesecake ONLY!

My family and I came here Saturday afternoon. There was a 45 min-1 hour wait. Once inside, almost another hour wait for bread and butter. Then maybe another 20 min for our food to come out. The entrees were really buttery and creamy. Too much extra butter. Hey not saying it’s bad but to me, it’s way too much. Honestly the cheesecakes were the best things here. Our waitress, Whitney, was super kind to us. Just the wait was insane. Food was just alright. Lemonades was really sour. Also good luck finding parking. Some cars take up 2 spots. :)

The food was delicious. Great atmosphere. My wife and I were tended to regularly and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. I had the steak diane and my wife had pasta napoletana. Appetizers pot stickers and avocado egg rolls. The egg rolls were our favorite by far!
