I went on a virtual date with my boyfriend yesterday on Face Time at this location and he of course went to a chilis at his location at the same time. As soon I walked up to the door I was greeted respectfully and was seated. I think maybe I was seated 3 minutes and my server came and brought me my silverware, and asked if I was ready, I got the 3 for $10.99, chips and salsa and Cajun shrimp pasta with the strawberry lemonade. At my boyfriends location it took them a while to bring him his food. I received my appetizer and my entree and he still hadn’t gotten his food. Y’all are very good on time management. My server, Javier was very respectful, enthusiastic and helpful, he brought me my food within 10 minutes. Anything I didn’t understand he very willingly and kindly explained it to me. He kept coming back to my table and made sure that I was okay. I ate so much of my chips and salsa that I got full quick, but it was well worth it!! It was so good. My drink was okay, the only thing I wished they did was add actual strawberries in the lemonade. My food came steaming hot and ready, i waited like 5 mins before eating and it was still nice and hot. Me and my boyfriend prayed and thanked the Lord for our food and I dug in. I highly recommend that shrimp pasta!! 10/10! My boyfriend actually recommended it to me. I later on added a cheesecake that I only had a nibble of since I was soo full!!! It was definitely good tho! I’m glad I got to save it tho I’ll finish the rest of the pasta and the cake today! 2 stars for the under-cooked sliders. I ate the first one because I was hungry, but the second one was even more raw than the first. Service was friendly and attentive. I'd go here for drinks and dessert that's about it 👍🏽

Haven't been here in a while we had a great server and a nice lunch 😋 atmosphere was comfy

It's been a while since I've been in this location.. Food is good.. Service sucked. Looking around u can tell all the staff was helping each other. But our server was walking like he was was lost. We asked him for something he walked away said I will be back. He went to the kitchen came out and walked in another direction then when he passed by us u can hear him mumble oh off to the kitchen again and once again he didn't come back. We just have up. I asked for a plate to go. 😔 maybe next time service will be better🤔

I enjoyed my food from here. The steak was cooked perfectly, like I like it, the mashed potatoes were a little thick but they were still delicious, and the enchilada soup was superb but the macaroni was a tad bit salty.

Upon entering the establishment we were greeted by an amazing host. His attitude was very welcoming and funny. As we were seated we we quickly greeted by our waitress Jackie. She was so sweet, kind and helpful. She placed our order in promptly and the food was fresh and hot. We didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes. Honestly it was probably less than this. Great service and a job well done!!!! Thank you!

The dining experience was good enough. But the 5 star rating is seeing the manager handle a difficult situation with a person panhandling. He asked the gentleman to wait by the door and got him a To Go Order. Great job sir, helping others and keeping patrons feeling safe.

I've been to a few chilli's restaurants. They are always great. Lots of choices on the menu,large portion sizes and the food is of good quality.Service is fast also. My favourite is the sizzling hot plate.

This location was pretty good. It did take a long time for someone to take our order. Unfortunately, after waiting to place our orders my queso was cold complete with water along the edge of the skillet on top of the queso. My server did order me a another skillet, I am thankful for that!

This location is usually pretty good- but I’m super disappointed by how gross this device at the table is… something guests touch at each visit, and that sits on the table where they eat should be thoroughly cleaned after each guest leaves.

Perfect waitress and great food. Probably the first Chillis I truly enjoyed! I was invited and hadn't been to a chain in years. The experience definitely changed my view on the restaurant. Really good drinks and our food came out quickly with our little group of minions. Highly recommend.

Food was good the EMPLOYEES was doing way so much better then 👉rude bar tender /waiter at apple🍎Bee..THIS CHILLI🌶 I DON'T KNOW BUT IT MADE US NOT TO GO TO A APPLEBEE'S EVER especially the one we drove to before we meet this chills restaurant..and its EMPLOYEES.. They was really busy but they was as one team and did good to us we definitely want to go back...

So it’s exactly what you would expect from Chili’s. The food came out quickly and was good. The prices are reasonable for what you get. Now I only give three star because of the staff. When we walked in the hostess had her air-pod in and seemed to be on the phone, she was not easy to understand. I don’t mean a language barrier, she just mumbled and generally seemed like we were inconveniencing her. We made it to the table and our server was quick and accurate. Which was awesome but she just wasn’t very friendly at all and they were not busy. We will likely give them another try in hopes this was just an off day.

Good service and the food was ok. Almost half of the table was dirty. They didn’t clean and no one is there to remove the dirty plates.

Great server! He was polite and right on top of things. Reasonable prices as well.
