    I’ve lived in Texas for a very long time, and Whataburger is one of my favorite fast food restaurants, never and all my years have I’ve seen something like this before, I pulled up to my favorite restaurant, and saw sign on the door that said drive-through only, and then I went to the drive-through to only be met by two cones. Later I found out that the restaurant opens up at 9 AM and closes at 9 PM, and I also read some other reviews, saying that the hours could be staffing issues, but I’ve never seen Whataburger miss out on breakfast? 11pm-11am? the Whataburger pancakes,the sausage egg and cheese burrito, So many more of my favorites not served until after 9 AM ? this made me very sad, I truly love whataburger and I just moved to Seagoville Texas to find out that my local restaurant does not open until 9 AM and closes 9 PM!! I’m a morning guy and I love to eat breakfast, in most of the time it’s at Whataburger. just had to leave this review on how sad I truly am, that my local Whataburger doesn’t open up in time and also closes too early for me to enjoy. 😭😭😭

    Sign on the door says drive through only. What is the point of mobile ordering if you still have to sit through the entire line at drive through??? this is the slowest service I have ever seen at any Whataburger. And of course it is burnt and I only got one piece of the two cheeses ordered! Avoid this location!!!

    I have to say this is one of the quickest Whataburger I have been to, most Whataburger takes forever, and a day but I ordered online, got to the restaurant with a long line and had my order in a few minutes. I don’t eat Whataburger much but when I do it’s the best on the planet!

    Never a good experience at this location. They’re always rude . They’re not open 24 hours. The last straw for me was this. Picture attached . Barely any sauce on my honey bbq chicken sandwich . Very disappointed.

    Store #495 last night really blew my mind with how absurd the service was via the drive through. Total wait time was 20 minutes to place my order after being asked to know what we wanted via a hand written sign on the speaker in the drive through. When I finally asked if someone was still there because of the signage and long wait after being ask to “give them a moment” the customer service was hands down the worst I have ever experienced. This is no exaggeration absolute worst I have ever had to sit through.

    I love Whataburger. I don't like rude, slow, incompetent cashiers. Tonight, I waited in line for approximately 15 minutes with only one other car in line. The girl working taking orders continually told me to wait. On top of that, she was so rude I literally had to deep breath to keep from telling her off. On top of that, when we got to her window, she continually scratched her head, touched her face and ear while making drinks. I was so mad by the time we left. I was so discouraged because she was so rude; I held my breath. Someone who either manages this particular store or owns it needs to check in on the staff. Very disappointed in a place we usually love to go.

    We ordered 1 plain biscuit, 1 biscuit with sausage and egg, & 3 drinks. It took 30 minutes to get the order - 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru line for 2 biscuits & 3 drinks. The car in front of us had to send their sack back because I assume their order was incorrect. When we said something, she looked surprised and just said sorry. 🤷🏼‍♀️ As we were talking to the cashier, there was another lady in a gray shirt, assuming she was a shift manager or something. She had to hear the conversation, but never said anything. We will never stop there again. It was ridiculous. Food was fine, tea melted the ice so we had to ask for ice.

    This so called fast food restaurant is slow. Employees need to be better trained or if they don’t feel like coming in to work then stay home. It took more than 30 minutes to get two orders ready. I asked for a refund I didn’t have time to keep waiting on my order to be ready. Do not waste your time here.

    Ordered food through the app to pick up curbside, i waited around 20 minutes then called the store to make sure it was being made where the lady on the phone told me it would be out shortly. Waited another 15 minutes and decided to go inside where i found my food sitting inside. 2 cars were in curbside for the app and we both had to go inside to get our food. Foood was good but if you’re using the app especially curbside it’s not worth it just go inside or through the drive through.

    People here are always very nice, but the order was wrong, the fries were barely warm, and the whataburger bun seemed old, crumbly, and defeinately cold. The meat was just "warm".. yuck, we also made the mistake of ordering the Chicken Strip BBQ sandwich.... $11 PLUS... are you kidding me ??? Just the sandwich... not the MEAL, and then it was dry, not enough sauce. I've hesitated for years to eat at Whataburger because of the outragous prices. It's just WAY too expensive fast food, and especially if the food is sub-standard. I will not ever eat at a Whataburger again. (We ate in, so the food being cold was "off the grill", and not because we drove it home)

    I typically contact businesses before writing bad reviews and I tried with Whataburger also but received no response. This Whataburger is awful! They're slow and customer service is lacking. I went through the drive-thru early one morning and the person on the speaker said, "Whataburger". That was it. So I placed my order. When I got to the window she didn't acknowledge me but handed me a very overflowing drink which spilled on both of us. No apology and no napkins offered. After a few minutes, she opened the window and handed me my food with zero comment and again, no napkins. The food was so salty I had to toss half of it out. I've given this place numerous chances but I'm over it.

    First time ever coming to whataburger. I've heard great things about them. Sadly this wasn't my experience. Placed our order with no issues. Sat down at a table and waited for our order. Several orders that were placed after ours had been handed out. We had to go up to the counter to figure out what happened to our order. We were told that is must have been handed out wrong. Oddly enough they give you a plastic number for your order to be placed on the table. Anyways when we did get our order nothing was hot or even warm. My boyfriends order was still wrong. The manager Brittany who came out was incredibly nice. Even wrote her name on the receipt for us to get a free meal when and if we return. Also gave us another banana shake. But the food wasn't up to par. Sadly to say we won't be back.

    So my partner and I stopped in on our way home from a weekend trip. We needed to wake up a little and what better way than to stop for a Whataburger Patty Melt with a LG Sweet Tea for her and a Whataburger Jr with White Choc Raspberry Shake for me. So we decided to dine in so we could get out of the car and stretch our legs. I will say the dining area was clean and the workers were helpful . Food was a little salty and sweet tea tasted like it had lived past it's expiration date. The White Chocolate Raspberry shake literally was just a vanilla shake with a touch of something that was neither white chocolate or raspberry. At this point I'm still not totally turned off by this place until I decided to visit the LADIES ROOM. (Dark and ominous tones play in the background) It was atrocious! There was used tissue all around the toilet on the ground and vomiting out of the trashcan.

    Food is always hot and fries are always fresh! The service here seems to be hit or miss though. Sometimes I sit for a minute, sometimes I sit for 15 before anyone answers the drive thru. Always friendly people and always get the order correct!

    Got my burger wrong and found a sheet of plastic inside. Will never spend another dime at this store. That store should have stayed closed after the fire!!!

    Come here a lot when I'm in the area. Today I made the mistake of ordering a salad. How can anyone mess up a salad??? Ask this location. Besides my salad being hot and limp, a 1/4 of it was black and I mean black as its gone bad black. I was able to salvage a few pieces of lettuse, the chicken and the egg. The rest went into the trash. Save your money and go up the street to the other pop place.

    Customer service was excellent but the food is truly disgusting. We got the chili cheese fries and the chili and cheese were both cold and not even warmed up or melted. It was so nasty. The chicken strips I got were cold in the middle and not fully cooked. This place is a hazard!

    This place is a joke, I waited at the counter for over 15 min before they took my order, my food took over 45 min, they weren't even crazy busy at the time. They had a bad attitude and did not even apologize for my wait time. Once I got my food and I reheated it because it was cold it was good but I will never return to this location... Ever!!!

    It was okay, I wouldn’t go if I had a choice to go somewhere else, I would go to McDonald’s or Taco Bell for a matter before here, just didn’t like the food. Staff was nice and pretty quick for three people though.

    The food was so so. The ice machine in the lobby had no cover, so all the ice was exposed . The whole lobby was nasty. The only bright spot was the girl waiting on us, her name was Penix. She was the shining example of customer service with a smile. She is a great asset to your company.

    This place is awful. IF they get your order right it's an absolute miracle. Placing an order curbside is pointless because they'll never bring you your food. After waiting 15 min curbside I went in and they hadn't even started the food yet, So wait another 15 min to make it. All this could be forgiven if every single person who worked there wasn't a complete a-hole, but ::sigh:: they are. Just the sheer hostility towards people who try to buy food is shocking. The cherry on top is how filthy the floors are. All in all, steer clear of this place.

    Ordered online, showed up ~ 5 mins later than the ready time. I checked in at curbside. It took another 15 minutes to get the order after I called to check in. Therefore the food was cool.

    Our food took so long to get to us - 17 minutes!! They gave the same number to 2 different people causing confusion. There are 6 people working they I can see. They’re steady but not real busy.The seeet yea was out and was never replaced while we were there.

    I'm highly disappointed at the level of customer service at this location & the food quality. I sat in the drive through watching the employees eat while they sat around chatting. They were all teenagers acting as if they had no supervision around. My burger had half a patty. I called the manager who was very polite and offered to remake the order which I appreciated. She mentioned she was in the office when it happened so that made sense as to why these teen boys were not working and eating instead.

    This Whataburger used to be good but over the past year it has gone downhill. I work nights and half the time on my way home, the drive-thru is closed or they come up with excuses on why they cannot serve a breakfast item. Hands down the laziest group of people at this location. Whataburger should have never got bought out. Thank God at least Jack in the Box (while I prefer Whataburger) is always open and is always able to serve whatever I want to order.

    A good restaurant to go to for a quality meal. The manager is very nice and attentive, the staff is friendly, and the food overall is good. This is an older establishment, but overall it is maintained decently. Service is a little slow and the wait will put you back about 10 to 15 minutes depending on the time of day.
