    I would not recommend this location on any day that is busy that servers are unable to function and do their job. My spouse and I stopped by this location after we had finished at the local school community activity. We got in just before the rush and secured a table for two. it took a while before someone came over to the table to ask for our drink order and food order so we were able to review the menu. I got up to take a look at the restroom area as well as my spouse looked at the opposite restroom area. The female restroom area was a mess and appeared unsanitary for public use. The stalls and the toilet areas were dirty and appeared unkept. The server came to the table and took our order and then disappeared into the back. Our order arrived at the table and was not correct and we advised the individual bringing the food and eventually the server. They brought the food back to the table about 10 minutes later when I was more than halfway done with my meal. We did not see the server the entire time we were sitting there consuming our food nor did she bring any additional drinks to the table or ask if we were okay. We saw that the restaurant was getting full but the server failed in her job to service us, the customer. She came back to the table but still didn't bother to ask if we needed drink refills as she saw that our cups were empty.

    You know you can never go wrong with breakfast, no matter the time or day! Me and buddies went on a late run to ihop the food was good and the waiter was nice. I ordered the chicken and waffles and I must say it was tasty. Not much else to say this location appeared be clean.

    My friend was craving pancakes so we ended up going to IHOP, food was great he had tres leches pancakes and I went for their strawberry banana french toast. Delicious not soggy at all like other places they were very fluffy and tasty, I really enjoyed it!

    WARNING ANTS IN CUPS- So breakfast great, service was okay, but this- this is gross 😆 and made me feel sick at the end of our meal there was an ant in my apple juice >.> they removed it from our tab which was a great gesture. But if there is ants back there, what else is in the kitchen?!

    The best experience I have had at a restaurant in YEARS!!!! Jeremiah was amazing we had a party of 11 with special orders and small kids and he did not miss a beat!!! Our order was perfect and the food was great but the service Jeremiah gave us on our girls trip was unbelievable!

    All I can say is WOW! The man host was so sweet and kind he sat us along with a huge group of people who not together but since we kept saying let them be seated first he took all of us the same time. And we were so glad to also have him as our server as well.. What treat and an amazing we to end our night.. He was a real blessing to us. Hope he is there when we roll back through there again. Thank you for being you. 😀😇

    Since COVID, this IHOP has never been the same. The menu is a quarter of the old menu. The serving area was dirty. Our waitress was a ditz and she acted like she was too good to work there. The food was the only good thing there, but they gave us plastic ware to eat with.

    The service was really bad from the moment we walked in. We were taken to our seat only for it to be dirty. There was food on the seats, table walls, and floors. The coffee canister that was left for us to use was dirty. The server stated that the dishes were in the machine washing so i guess that's why our things were dirty. Didn't make much sense. Only stayed because my father was Complaining he was hungry. So once the food came out it was over cooked hard and cold. The restaurant was full so I feel like the food should have been coming out fresh but it seemed old or over cooked and cold. The floors were covered in food and drink. The seats had food and other items mashed into the seats. The photos that are here are of the cleanest options they had for seating. Which is were we were seated. Just overall nasty experience.

    BE AWARE New menu (kids eat free from 4-10 pm) they don’t know their menus and what’s in it!!! Ended up paying full price for two kids menu, the manager doesn’t know how to treat people, and it’s a shame because we do go to this location once every month or so but never in the evenings. Big disappointment tonight, I did the survey and put my info to be reached out but just hope the manager in charge of tonight doesn’t call me because if she does what’s the whole point of doing a survey….

    On 12/18/2022 Sunday, my fiancee and I decided to go to this IHOP for a bite to eat we get there of course their business so we didn't mind waiting. What made us upset and uncomfortable was the hostess (Mexican) lady they had that morning greeted everyone else and took their name for a table and we were there before any of them. I'm not a racist and I don't like racist ppl. It was wrong and I feel we were treated unfairly. The world will be a so much better place if certain people really realize that we're all the same ppl just different colors. I could've made it out a big deal and talk to management but they probably wasn't going to do anything about the situation like always but I will contact the corporate office.

    No one in restaurant at 4pm. Took 40 minutes for food. Waitress said it was due to only one cook. I asked where manager was and she he was in the office. I said she should tell him to help the cook. She said I don't think he does that.( I am a former area manager for IHOP in south Texas) This is not the policy.

    Overall a god experience however service was mediocre. My server forgot to bring the Strawberry syrup I requested so had to ask another server otherwise my food would have gotten cold. Food was good.

    If I could give this place a -0 star I would! The food was terrible! The ham was like chewing a leather belt! The omelette was cold cheese not melted. Then to add insult to injury I ask for hot syrup and it was brought to the table in a to go paper bowl. Pure waste of money and time! I could have just cooked my own breakfast!

    Went yesterday, and ordered a Colorado omelette with hash browns and pancakes. Everything was hot and fresh; fresh enough for me to take home and eat the rest the next day. This location has come a long way! Great appreciation to the management and staff for improving the overall service at this location!

    We went to have breakfast with family, and La Rena was our server and for it being her first day by herself and she did an amazing job with a smile on her face, we will be looking forward to request her next time, our mom loved her!!

    Bad service, waited for more than thirty minutes, probably an hour. Brought the orders one by one and there are no people at the front. Some people who were there before we got seated are still there. At some point the server forgot we were even here during half the hour. They didn’t offer any water or coffee refills despite seeing the obviously empty glasses. Already been here more than once and the service seems to be getting worse by the second.

    This is the 2nd time I’ve visited this location for a pickup order late ant night and the food is never fresh tasting or it’s being cooked in old grease. The bacon is never throughly cooked. This will be my time coming cause once again I’m having to throw out my food. Whoever the cook is, get rid of them!!!

    Great experience even though the place was packed. Short wait, great service and food was good. UPDATE: 5/27/22- It seemed as though the restaurant was short staffed but I didn't think the wait time was bad for a Friday evening. My server went above and beyond and as usual, the food was great.

    If I could do 0 stars I so would… I dined in with my son and I can definitely say I won’t be coming back. The waitress was slow and I definitely don’t like it that she kept reaching over my food that is so unprofessional and then waited for over 30 minutes to get my ticket to go pay… the food was not good at all either my toast was all burnt and the avocado all rotten

    A 5 star rating is not enough for this location! From the receptionist, the chef and the rest of the team behind the scene 👏👏👏👏great job for the fresh meal and clean environment, the best part was the new hostess by the name Evelyn, she was an exceptional associate with great smiles and attitude. We couldn’t decide on what to eat but she helped and was very patient with us. Keep it up Evelyn. Andy you have a great team; It was great meeting you too. We will come back 👍🏼.

    I had a bad experience earlier from another location and I didn’t want to come to this location because of past experience. Lets just say very happy that I came it was busy but i was greeted immediately. Was seated less than 3 mins and waiter came right over. I didn’t get to meet the manger but she definitely made her presence known in a very friendly comforting way. Thank you to all the new staff. You’ll are doing a fantastic job

    Pretty disappointed. Waited 30 minutes for a Togo order, I get home and half of the order is missing. When called, I spoke to a cashier that said they tried to confirm the order but I wasn’t outside so they just assumed. Then I spoke to the GM Andy that cut me off while I was speaking and made it seem like I was making a big deal out of nothing but that I could come back and they would fix it. Here’s the thing: nobody wants to come back and get an order fixed so don’t make it seem like it’s no big deal. It’s a big deal, you never know what that meal could have meant to someone. On top of that; make sure your front lines are trained. The young lady taking my order was so confused about everything. I don’t mind mistakes, everyone makes those but when you make a mistake be sure to make your customer feel heard and respected. Customer service gets zero stars.
