We
had
high
hopes
for
the
Holiday
Buffet,
especially
after
seeing
all
the
positive
reviews.
I
will
say
that
the
dining
room
is
pretty
and
makes
you
feel
as
if
you're
in
a
more
upscale
restaurant,
but
unfortunately
that's
where
the
positivity
ends.
Our
waitress
was
rather
rude
and
irritated,
however
it
was
a
busy
day,
and
I'm
sure
she
had
a
lot
to
deal
with.
After
being
seated,
we
were
served
a
roll
and
flavored
butter.
Although
it
was
decent,
we
were
never
told
what
it
was.
The
buffet
itself
was
disappointing.
For
$50
per
person,
I
expected
much
better.
The
caesar
salad
was
soggy,
the
pita
was
burnt,
and
the
mashed
potatoes
tasted
as
if
they
were
made
from
instant
potatoes
flakes.
The
macaroni
and
cheese
and
ravioli
dishes
would
have
been
decent
if
they
hadn't
been
drenched
in
truffle
oil.
The
pot
roast
and
lamb
was
good,
but
nothing
special.
For
dessert,
we
had
the
option
of
chocolate
cake,
red
velvet,
or
confetti.
They
were
out
of
chocolate,
so
we
got
a
piece
of
red
velvet
and
confetti.
The
red
velvet
cake
had
the
texture
of
cornbread
and
didn't
taste
much
different
either.
I'm
not
sure
what
the
icing
was
supposed
to
be,
but
it
definitely
wasn't
cream
cheese.
The
confetti
cake
had
a
slightly
better
texture
and
taste,
but
that's
not
saying
much.
We
barely
touched
either.
For
a
$135
bill
plus
20%
tip,
it
was
extremely
disappointing.
I
was
excited
at
the
possibility
of
making
the
Holiday
Buffet
a
Christmas
tradition,
but
will
not
be
returning.
