Wildly disappointed with this restaurant. I’m only giving it two stars because the truffle pasta and tartar bumped it up from 1 star. The server was very nice but those steaks were not worth even half the price they were. First of all, we ordered medium rare and they came out rare or blue rare. We told them and they took it back to cook it more and it was Immediately ruined. For a place this nice or expensive it was not good at all. Manager did not come out to the table even after sending food back. When we walked out he legitimately turned the other way and then hid behind a pillar.

Was really looking forward to going here for the past few months. Decided to book reservations for my best friend’s birthday. Before I begin, let me make clear that our server was great. The bread came, and it was a selection of what tasted like refrigerated month old bread bought from Albertson’s. We all ordered $200 120 day dry-aged steaks medium rare. Half of our steaks came blue rare, still cold in the middle. I asked to have it reheated and it made no difference. I’ve had better $30 steaks from Costco. Even at Applebee’s, the manager will come out of there’s an issue with an order. The manager did not come by our table once to meet us or try to ask if there was anything he could do to make it right. Then as we were leaving, we were talking about our experience and the manager saw us, and scurried away to avoid us. All in all an extreme disappointment. I don’t even write reviews but after my experience I felt compelled to say something. I will be sticking to Perry’s and Nick & Sam’s from now on.

My husband and I made a reservation here for our anniversary dinner . Giving it a 4 star rating because the atmosphere did not match the $$$$. We didn’t like that our utensils was left on the bare table. A table cloth would be nice to keep it clean. The service was great as the moment we sat down and received the fresh vegetable complimentary appetizer and bread. Our waitress was excellent. She was attentive and very patient. We had crispy pork belly with collard greens which was ok. Lamb meatballs were flavorful and seasoned perfectly which was one of our favorite. We had 45 day dry-aged bone in Akaushi Ribeye 32oz, which was really good but we liked Capital Grille’s dry aged better. We also had Wagyu skirt steak and it was really good. The dessert was good. Overall food and service was great.

I ate here last night with my girls as we had a reservation. We were blown away by the outstanding service we received. We were also very impressed by the food and cocktails. The atmosphere was perfect. Our server was great. Unfortunately I don’t recall her name but we will definitely be back. Customer service is very important to me, and I would go back to a place based off that alone. Would recommend 👌🏽

Stop what you’re doing and make a dinner reservation at Knife if you haven’t been. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. My husband and I have been more than a few times and it never disappoints. The Garganelli & Black Truffle Essence pasta is the best pasta dish in Dallas IMO. The cocktails and wine line are impeccable, the service is always spot on and their steaks are to die for. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. You really can’t go wrong with anything you order.

Everything was so delicious at this steakhouse. The tuna tartare, petite filet, wedge salad and onion rings are a must!!! Beautiful patio that is dog friendly! I understand why this restaurant is so famous, it’s a must try!

Had the 240 day dry aged ribeye ordered mid rare. This is a steak that's been on my bucket list for years. It's an amazing and unique taste, with layers of flavor that is very hard to describe. If you're a steak enthusiast, this is worth a try if ever in the Dallas area!

Visiting Dallas for the first time, I was recommended Knife as one of the best steakhouses in the city. They did not disappoint! Known for their dry-aged cuts, our waiter Jarret (who was the best, by the way) suggested the 120 day aged 44 farms Ribeye. It was absolutely perfect for my boyfriend and myself, marking one of the best meals of our trip. Beautiful restaurant, incredible food, and the most tentative and knowledgeable staff, a definite must if you're in Dallas!

Listen, THIS WAS THE GREATEST FOOD I’VE EVER HAD! I’ve been around to many amazing restaurants throughout Dallas, & the food here bypasses them ALL without a doubt, from the appetizer to the desserts everything was a magnificent 10! Steak was cooked PERFECT! Avocado fries immaculate! Mashed potatoes unlike any mashed potatoes I’ve ever had !!! My favorite restaurant from now on without a doubt ! Thank y’all!

Overpriced, salty, and terrible service from our waiter. Our $145 ribeye was burnt, and half the steak was a bone. We also ordered Mac and cheese and Verde fries. Both of them were salty and the size of our palms. The only highlight was the lamb meatballs, and we should have just eneded the night there.

They make the BEST ranch I have ever tasted in my life. The steak was cooked to perfection. It’s a very small quaint place, laid back, don’t need to dress up. The cauliflower had a hint of lime & it made it extra good.

We came here for my brother’s birthday. The atmosphere was really nice and enjoyable. My brother wanted to eat 90 day aged steak. He seems to love it. I got a burger which was good but too much cheese. The food was good but the highlight of our dinner was dessert! OMG! The dessert was phenomenal! I would totally come back here for dessert. I ordered key lime pie and it was sour, just the way I like it! You can’t have a taste of key lime pie without making that sour face! It was that good! The chocolate coffee was one of the best. I totally forgot to take picture of desserts because we devoured them so quickly. Absolutely wonderful experience with dessert. Overall, it was an amazing place and I would totally come back just for dessert.

Met my cousin for breakfast and really enjoyed my experience here. It's so much to do/eat in Dallas & had he not been visiting town I probably would've never knew this place existed bc this isn't an area I frequent. This was the best French Toast I've ever had & I don't say that lightly!!! I've never had it prepared like this. And the Chicken Apple Sausage was so good too! 😋😋 My cousin didn't even want his food once he sampled mine. Hahaha! He got Steak & Eggs... so boring. Lololol!!! Even when I ate the leftovers the next day it was still so good!

Excellent service, food and ambiance marks this restaurant inside Hilton hotel.Mary was an excellent host. Restaurant showcases the curing process of the steaks through a window by the entrance. Brioche French toast was the fluffiest and the most tasty I had eaten in some time.Steak was juicy and has perfect seasoning.👍👍

An absolutely phenomenal experience. We came here as a treat on our honeymoon and it was such an incredible time. Our server Michael was an absolute gem, he was super knowledgeable about the restaurant and food and he was super fun to banter with. Would HIGHLY recommend the bacon flight. I’m a huge bacon fan and this was not what I was expecting in the best way possible, you could really taste the difference between the types of bacon. The bacon jam was absolutely delicious and paired wonderfully with the sourdough bread. My husband and I got the 240 day and 75 day dry aged steaks…. Astonishing. The 240 day aged steak is decadent and in our wonderful servers words “funky”; an absolute delight! We got the Pomme purée and the Mac and cheese, potatoes were phenomenal and the Mac and cheese was good but a little on the spicier side for me. We finished with a white chocolate raspberry and chocolate and coffee dessert, both were absolutely delicious and the there was something nostalgic about the raspberry sorbet. All in all, the staff were absolutely wonderful; our server Michael was the best, and all the other staff really enhanced that experience. Our table was always cleaned off, our waters were always topped off and people were always there if we needed them. George and the wine guy (I didn’t catch his name) both came to check and make sure everything was to our liking. The next time we visit Dallas we will be sure to make Knife a stop on our books!

On a recommendation from a cattle rancher, we decided to go here for our team dinner. I've never had dry aged steak before, and it was beyond outstanding. We had the 45 day dry aged steak and every bite was incredible. We also enjoyed the spinach and shallots, the baby carrots, and the avocado fries. Our table over ordered a little on sides, but each was a delightful addition. I think I am spoiled for life on those steaks! The staff were accommodating and delightful as well. We felt valued and well cared for.

We had an amazing meal. I enjoyed and savored every bite I had. We started out with bone marrow & caviar, pork belly, and oysters. I'm not an oyster guy but both the marrow and pork belly were delightful. We went with a 45 day dry and bone in strip and it was cooked to perfection. It was very thick and all but the edges were perfectly medium rare and just the right hugh of pink/red. Each bite was an opportunity to savor how good that meat was. Then the banana dessert was heavenly. It was perfect. Prob the best steak I've ever had and a top 3 dessert. Very impressed and satisfied with my visit.

Everything was phenomenal start to finish. From the moment our waiter covered the entire menu down to the farm and diet of the animals. To the dessert that balanced between several different sweet pallets. Best service and ribeye I’ve ever had, cheers.
