My Caesar salad was really good, but the 20 minute wait in line was a real disappointment. My husband and I chose this spot thinking we could grab a quick, tasty meal at 5:30p, but that wasn’t the case! There was no shortage of workers (probably 8 between the food prep, distribution and cash register) yet each step of the process was slow as molasses. Thankfully it ended with a good meal! Their chocolate chunk cookies are delicious.

Ordered the Carbonara bowl with hot spicy chicken (large bowl). This place was suggested to me by my wife. You order at the counter, like at a sandwich shop. It was served quickly and hot. It was really good. The chicken was very spicy. I would not order it if you don't like a lot of heat. I was really surprised on how good it was. I will definitely be back.

First time here at Piada and will be my last! So I ordered 2 to go items: chicken carbanara and a protein bowl. Which I was highly looking forward to after a long day. Upon arriving home and opening the meal I gazed upon what I thought was some other meat in my food but quickly realized it was what was supposed to be grilled chicken that was really charred. I decided to return for an opportunity to clear up the food items, and upon returning the manager on duty asked me “what’s wrong with this item?” I informed them this is not acceptable and they informed me “this is how our chicken comes.” Very upsetting I left and got chick fila. Terrible service overall is what appalled me. After a long day and looking forward to a good meal, I felt let down by this restaurant.

Awesome, delicious food! I live the chef's favorite piada their power bowl! Their hot fried chicken is always super fresh, spicy, and flavorful! The lemonade and cookies are surprisingly good, too!

Food always tastes good. However, the last three times I have been the wait has been very long. They are just understaffed it seems. I would advise against ordering “curbside delivery” on the website. I arrived when the email said my food would be ready and clicked the prompt in my email to let them know I had arrived. I waited in my car for a good 15 minutes, and eventually had to call them, and it seemed like they weren’t even aware of my order. When I went yesterday they only had 3 people working and it took 45 minutes to get through the line. They only had one person assembling food and she was doing a great job, but they are just short staffed and the food isn’t really worth the wait and the price.

Won’t be back. The food here caused my tooth to chip off while eating, and now I have a migraine from the pain. (Looks like the same thing happened to another customer’s wife too). Never has this happened to me. The Parmesan piada stick was hard and cold. Packaging was such that the ends weren’t even covered. The carbonara pasta with hot fried chicken was not packed properly. The lid was off. The chicken tasted good but the rest of the dish was okay. Nothing special. The cannoli chips were the best part of my order. This was not a delivery order - I picked up my own order from the counter.

I had Piada for the first time today and it was absolutely delicious! My favorite thing I ate was the hot fried chicken recommended by Natalie. Natalie is an amazing employee! She was very patient with me as it was my first time ordering. She was also very friendly and had a big smile on her face. Great customer service. I am very glad she recommended the hot fried chicken to me. Overall she allowed my first time at Piada an enjoyable experience. I look forward to going again and bringing my husband here!

Their to-go/delivery is very inconsistent. I have had a simple pasta order screwed up several times now (the below was supposed to be peppers and fried chicken and is instead the wrong chicken and what looks like carrots). They won't redeliver either. Please make sure the workers know which ingredient is which! Edit: Its been a few months and I can't make a second review so update: they still have issues - be careful with their scanner for points - it's literally on top of the checkout reader that doubles as NFC, and will check you out before you can use or get any points and they'll refuse to fix it. I'm VERY UNIMPRESSED with their service.

I’ve seen the place a few year and finally stopped. They’ seem to be a franchise that termed Italian street food. Had the carbonara with chicken and the Caesar salad with chicken. Both were very good can’t wait to go back and try some of their other menu items. Quick service healthy options. Nice setting.

Food is alright. Wayyyyyy overprice for a small bowl of pasta. Nice and clean ambiance tho. The line was moving very very slowly. I wouldn’t want to come back here again.

This place was fantastic. Their selection on their menu was perfect because you had three sections to choose from with out all the confusion. Plus when I went, they were super busy but the line moved a lot faster than any other place I’ve been to in sometime. Lastly, I ordered the Power Bowl with Grilled Chicken and all the ingredients made this meal worth every penny. Overall, the uniqueness of how their menu items are is what made me want to try Piada and it was beyond worth the money.

This place was sooooooo delicious!! Fast food Italian? Ok!! Pasta, salad, wraps! Oh my! I highly highly recommend! They have two sizes—small and large. I recommend a large so you have two meals! I packed half of mine away for lunch tomorrow! Perfect!

I LOVE PIADA‼️ I may be a tad biased as pasta is my fav kind of food, but the flavor for the meat, veggies, and pasta are nothing short of delicious each time I go. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and the overall quality of tables, seats, and especially the restroom is high! I recommend this place for anyone interested in a quaint and calm restaurant. Also, students get a discount here for their bowls! Hope you enjoy :)

My whole family visit this Piada once a week, and my husband and I always get the Farmer’s Market salad! The Ingredients so fresh and the meat smells and tastes so good that these salads are practically addictive! My kids order their customized pastas and never get tired of eating them either. Most of the servers recognize us and are always super friendly. The decorations are modern, the environment is clean, and the atmosphere is always delightful! I love this restaurant!
