Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be let down. I love my room! I’m staying in one of the balcony rooms. Staff offers high-level service and appears to have thought of many details to make it a nice stay… I personally observed the restaurant giving an on the run guest a banana no charge.. for a quick breakfast and there is a unique coffee station in the hall on my floor.

This hotel is perfect to shoot content for social media. The staff was super nice. The rooms are super big. The food is awesome. They have a lot of give aways and fun parties. The pool area is super nice, but they open up late on the weekends. They have a shuttle to take you 3 miles or less and it made things a lot easier. I highly recommend this Boutique Hotel. I will be coming back again. @famous_kiki1

Best hotel ever. Such amazing service. I felt like Beyoncé. Had to start tipping $50’s to respect the hustle. DJ in the restaurant. Food and drink service in the hot tub…need I say more? Never left the hotel. Everyone from valet, front desk, servers, bartenders, and management was amazing. Give them all a raise!

I am not sure what about this hotel is 4 stars, but for what we paid for our room, we were very disappointed in the hotel. The entire hotel is decorated in a burlesque style with red and black curtains and accents in the main area. There are a lot of art pieces throughout the hotel that are eclectic and odd and none of it really worked together. There is a life size statue of a naked women in the lobby. Her name is Betty lol. There are other pieces of provocative art, including nudes. Our room looked like random pieces had been gathered from a garage sale and thrown together. There was one corner in our room that had a bedside table, a couch, a chair in front of the bedside table and 3 different lamps in random places. It made no sense. The couch was ripped, the sheets were ripped and the skirt around the bed was also ripped. The bed was very poor quality and caused severe back pain. The room came with a balcony. It barely fit two people. I don't really consider that a balcony. Everything in the room was crooked- the pictures on the wall, the TV stand, the giant mirror, etc. The basket of snacks that we could buy were things a young child would pick out. So weird!! Housekeeping knocked on our door two hours before out check out time. This is the strangest experience we have ever had at a hotel. This was our first 4 star hotel and I would say, don't waste your money. It is definitely not worth it.

Exceptional. First time staying here and it blew my expectations away. Was able to check in 3 hours early, valet was so quick to help us with our luggage upon checkin. I loved the champagne cart in the evening, and free coffee and tea every morning on our own floor. The dragonfly restaurant was phenomenal. Ate there for dinner and breakfast. Fast, incredible customer service. The best part was the free shuttle that takes you anywhere within a 3 mile radius. I will definitely be back!

Stayed at the ZaZa Memorial City in Houston, Texas. Had a great stay. Room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Over all the entire hotel was very well maintained. Valet was on point! My only complaints would be we could not get our room to cool down. Not matter what we set the panel at it would not cool. So we all got hot. One other thing would be to have a little bit better coffee bar. Not really a good selection. They only had half and half, oat milk, almond milk so pretty basic. For the cost I would suggest upgrading that part. Other than those few minor things great place and plan on returning in August.

Was my first time staying there but it won’t be my last. Impeccable service, gorgeous and spacious room with a lot of nice touches like lit candles and artwork. Dragonfly (the lobby bar / restaurant) has a really great vibe. Definitely need reservations if you plan to eat there.

The staff from the start at valet service go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need and more. The room was beautiful! We stayed in the premium king balcony that overlooked the pool, with an awesome city view. Could not have been more pleased with our stay. Even the insomniacs have comfortable places to relax when they can't sleep. Amazing and unique decor. Worth every penny and so happy we chose this place to celebrate my mother's day! Thank you Zaza!

From the valet, to the front desk, special happy hour greetings, and shuttle service. I give you an exceptional “9”. Only because the coffee was out on the floor. Yet, I know if we reached out for some you would have been right there to deliver. An extra special place in the heart of Dallas. It meets your every need. We will be back for sure! Thank you.

One of the best places to stay in Dallas!! Stayed here 6 years ago and again today! I booked it a second time because I enjoyed the first visit. It did not disappoint. If you have the available funds and want an amazing lobby bar with A+ service. Stay here!

I have to give this hotel a 5 star rating for the most amazing experience and everyone was amazing the entire time. I only have one issue with my stay. I went to see a comedy show at American Airlines Theater and when I called for pick-up it took 4 phone calls and standing outside for 55 minutes to finally get picked up. The reason I am still giving them a 5 star review is because everything else during my stay exceeded all expectations. This is a free service they give and I can't really be mad. I totally recommend this place if you are looking for an upscale amazing experience

Great service, friendly staff. You feel that lots of thinking was done and implemented to make staying here special and comfortable. Love discovering candles in my room at night and the moon pie on my pillow. There is complementary coffee in the morning and infused water in the afternoon.

Recently stayed here and it was great. Perfect location. Clean, nice rooms with a great on-site dining. Also loved the shuttle that would take you around on-site. Would stay again for sure.

Great hotel in Dallas Uptown! We would highly recommend it here and will definitely be back! The staff was great and the room was extremely comfortable. I left my card at the restaurant we are at before checking in and the hotel offered to drive me back to pick it up! Very grateful for this service. Brunch was delicious and the pool was perfectly staffed with kind employees. Such a wonderful place to stay!

Had the worse and most embarrassing experience ever with the front desk Manager Catalina, she really tried to embarrass me upon check-in, spoke really loud so the persons behind me could hear the challenge and disconnect we were working to resolve, her tone definitely implied I lacked integrity. The stay was supposed to be a birthday surprise, but the MOD ruined that experience. The hotel was extremely loud, the front desk not welcoming. Overall bad experience wouldn’t recommend to any of my associates or friends.

Our stay here was absolutely great. The rooms were beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and happy. I left my Yeti water bottle at a restaurant I was at 2 miles away, and the valet parking Team went back and got it for me, and surprised me at my room with it. An incredible gesture. The location is central, and is surrounded by fantastic restaurants.

Stayed NYE for party under Hotel special package deal. Overall extremely disappointing experience. 1. Party appeared to be oversold. Quality of party food and beverages poor. Quality of brunch (buffet) poor. Service at brunch nonexistent (no service of drinks and had to track down cutlery on our own). 2. No hot water in room. 3. Bellman on drive during departure confrontational and combative over use of luggage cart (resulting in profuse apology from his peer). (Note to management: purchase more carts!) 4. Overnight parking charge was outrageous ($55.00 - which charge was, of course, not well publicized). Have been a patron of this hotel many times over the past three decades including having a wedding party / dinner there in 2017. Now have zero desire to return. Zaza - competition in the hospitality industry is strong and if our experience this past weekend is any indication, you are losing. Hoping you will implement change because the quality of your product / service appears to have recently taken a dramatic dive.

Nice experience to stay at here. I visited its restaurant, Dragonfly, during the dinner time. It’s recommended to make a reservation during the dinner, or the wait time can be about 30mins to an hour. Even at the bar area, it’s difficult to find a seat. There were lots of guests sit at the bar or stand around the bar area. The host at the entrance was very friendly and helpful to take care of the guests. The food and the drink are pricey. The bartender recommended the Cabernet, Justine, which is really smooth and tasty. I loved it. Good place to enjoy the drink with the friends and enjoy the night.

Was there for professional development seminar (no lodging). Environment was very professional. Everyone was warm and welcoming from the valet to the manager. I had personal needs which I informed them and they seamlessly accommodated me - many thanks to Samara the manager for providing me the support.

Remember to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking your resort. This web site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is the best rated in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be disappointed. What a great hotel! My room was so comfortable with really fun decor. The front desk staff was great. The water pressure was strong, and they sent me a link on where to order the shower head (it was that good). Now I have to find a reason to come back to Dallas so I can stay here again!

My wife and I chose this location for its proximity to the American Airlines Center. We intended to walk, but the free shuttle to any destination within three miles was so tempting, we took it. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by valet parking, a free wine bar, and front desk staff. We were made to feel very much at home. The hotel is decorated in a very modern and unique style. Everything from furniture to bedding to toiletries is of the highest quality. This hotel is an absolute treat.

Love this place! The staff is always friendly and accommodating. This stay I was pleasantly surprised with a perk I never knew I needed! Sign up for a membership and get pre-check-in. They will have your keys ready and waiting, no need to stand in line for check-in.

We stayed in Bungalow 9 and it was awesome! My wife was impressed with the room and the best part was it was quiet and cozy. Like having your own place! You couldn’t hear traffic passing by from main street and yet you are walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Definitely will be booking again!

First stay at ZaZa…from booking to checkout, all we can say is WOW! Super friendly staff at valet & checkin. Asked for a little extra during booking because my wife’s birthday, and ZaZa did not disappoint!! The location of ZaZa, room was so amazing & super easy to get around the hotel!! We can’t wait for our next visit!!

Absolutely love the hotel's vibe. Would definitely come back. A few issues with the establishment though: - Room service food was mediocre (although on time) - The elevator makes loud beeps on every floor it goes on (its also extremely dim which I don't mind) - Had some issues w the toilet malfunctioning for an hour straight. I know this can happen anywhere but yikes - The shower doesn't close tightly so water gets all over the floor no matter what you do - TV remote / features are extremely outdated Highlights: - THE BED - shower water pressure - convenient Dragonfly restaurant connected to hotel - complimentary 3 min radius transportation service - valet parking

I loved my stay. From the nice staff to the beautiful waterfall like hot tub and pool. Had a fitness room in the hotel with all the equipment and machines i needed. Spa is right across the hall. The bar and restaurant 👌 it can get pretty busy on weekends and during major events. It's also much more expensive then most hotels in Dallas during those times.

The staff at this trendy hotel are endlessly accommodating and pleasant. If you are tired of cookie cutter big chain hotels, this is the place. Beds are very comfortable with fitted sheets. My go to spot in Dallas.

Hotel Zaza is absolutely GREAT! I enjoyed my experience at this location. The staff was very attentive and helpful at ALL times to our very large LIVELY group. The WATER PRESSURE is AMAZING in the showers. The PILLOWS AND BEDS ARE THE BEST in the MILKY WAY! Don’t let anyone tell you different! The shuttle service team was phenomenal and very nice. And JASON, the man of the hour, the bartender is the BEST! He along with Samara took care of us all week! The rooms are spacious and worth every penny. Good solid location, and great vibe! Definitely will be back.

The hotel was a great get away, the beds were smaller than expected. The valet staff were awesome. The restaurant had agreat food although my potatoes were cold. great amenities in the evening didn't offer Moscato type wine. Conveniently located (within walking distance) of a few restaurants. Loved the courtesy shuttle service. The pool area was awesome.

We went to Hotel ZaZa for a gal’s weekend, and we had a great time! The beds were smaller than expected — like a little bit smaller than a full. My sister chose to sleep on the couch in the room. The spa was wonderful and very peaceful. The Dragonfly restaurant was delicious and we had excellent service!

Fantastic stay!!! Everyone was nice , the atmosphere was cool. We ate at the restaurant and the food was great!!! We stayed in one of the themed suites (Champagne Villa), did not disappoint. My girlfriend arrived before I did and I requested that they send something up nice while she waits , and they did (champagne, strawberries, & some coffee). My lady also went and got a massage in the ZaSpa , she loved it. Nothing to complain about here, it is a very nice boutique hotel and we will definitely be back.
