It was terrible. Happy hour today I think they had the kitchen staff serving because of their short staff. They must not have had any sushi chefs either because the rolls where half thrown together, messy and falling apart. The "Sushi chefs" were laughing and playing around behind the counter. The comedy was the state of the ugly rolls they were sending off. The staff use to be very uniform in appearance but clothes are ragged and ill fitting on some of the staff. Random tshirts etc... Couldn't really tell who worked there and who didn't. Everyone was running around like their heads were cut off. We won't be back.

I ordered for delivery, the sushi rolls were good but the salmon came with a fish spine on the roll. Unfortunately the PadThai was horrific, watery, no flavor, all we could had was one bite and we were starving, ended up eating the yogurt we had on the fridge, honestly, the worst PadThai I ever had.

Service was great but food is not authentic. Our server was very nice and attentive. I really was very pleased. But the sushi was not even supermarket quality and the Pad Thai was a soggy overly sweet mess. You can't really call this Thai or Japanese in good conscience. Definitely for an American palette.

I was craving for Thai food last night and this restaurant is just round the corner from the hotel I stayed. Haven't got a chance to try any sushi in this place but Thai food is Delicious and very very big portion.

Love this place!! We eat here a couple times a week or we order in. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, awesome bartenders (ask for Aboo) and open LATE! We love the Bangkok roll and the tuna tower. Go to the downtown location. Sorry I can't say the same nice things for the Mesquite location. 👎

Had the Thai fried rice with a combo of chicken, shrimp and beef with veggie rolls for appetizers. Absolutely delicious! Portion size is hefty so you might just be asking for a doggy bag afterwards.

A PRIME spot in Deep Ellum for asian cuisine. Sushi is super on point (dragon roll & rainbow), their shrimp spring rolls are fresh, and the frozen strawberry margarita is delicious. Service was also very good and there are both open and intimate seating options available.

Ordered thai tea, tom yum soup, volcano roll, and 2 salmon rolls. Missing the thai tea and soup Wasabi wad was smashed into the sushi and the rolls were falling apart… Horrible

I can’t believe I’m writing this review, as I’ve enjoyed their food in the past. But today I received their Pad Thai and I can only describe the taste as: if they dropped it in some dirty dish water then served it on a plate and topped it with peanuts. There was only wet noodles, literally no flavor & no sauce. I can’t believe how bad it was. I’m by no means a picky eater. But I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. I tried to pick out the chicken atleast but even that had a bad taste. I had to throw it all out. Morally, I hate wasting food. So I’m just just overall disappointed 😔

Really great food, full of flavor and deliciously made. The server was really sweet and nice, she made sure all my needs were met. My servers name was Jackie. She brought the orders out pretty fast and kept checking up on me to see if I needed anything else. The whole experience is great and worth it. It's a really nice restaurant with a beautiful interior decoration. Definitely going back to this restaurant soon!

Pretty good place for the most part. The food was good they have a huge selection of food choices at a cheap price. The menu is easy to read and see everything on there. The interior is nice and well kept. The customer service isn’t perfect, it is still pretty good though.

This is a very casual restaurant and the food was good. The sushi and chicken meals are priced reasonably, but the service wasn't the best. It was Mother's Day and only one server was available. The peanut chicken is very good! I always get the sauce on the side because if not it'll be doused with sauce.

So it's late and we wanted Asian food and decided to give Zenna a try. We were a little nervous with the mixed reviews, but overall the experience was good. Pad Thai was flavorful, a little less sweet and with a more liquidy sauce than I've had other places. Spouse had Drunken Noodles and enjoyed them. They tasted like noodles with Kung Pao sauce to me. I also had a house salad with their dressing. I thought the peanut dressing would be thick, but it was more like a vinaigrette. Smelled strange but tasted good and veggies were fresh. The only negative for us was that the AC was down. It was warm. We could have left, but wanted to give them a try anyway. I guess the hot restaurant adds to the authentic Thai experience! They had mini ac coolers throughout to keep it tolerable. They were also short on waitstaff and our server apologized for the wait. He was very friendly and checked on us often. There is a nice bar inside too, so that could be fun next time.
