    For been my first time it was not perfect, I was expecting a great service but ended up not too good. I placed an online order and I arrived at the exact promised time but later after I called around 10 minutes they come out and said it's not ready but working on it so we waited abs waited, I called again and told then I've been waiting for about 20 minutes and they said they were going to check so after 6 minutes I hung up, later I decided to go and check and they said that my order was ready and just need finished packing so I whent back to my car on a hot day with my two kids I had another order to pick up from a different place so it was a very frustrating day but we decided to wait and be nice and patient, the girl who was checking on my order was not rude neighther so I wasn't going to be rude at her it wasn't her fault that my food wasn't cooking since the beginning so I was patient and nice to them but still not happy to wait for that long but finally after 30 minutes of my promised time I had my food in my car. I like the chicken it was almost perfect to me exept I didn't like the chips they were too oily but other than that it was good. I think the Pico de Gallo portion it's too small for a family meal of 6 but other than that I would've give then a 6 star if it wasn't because on my first time I had to wait that long for my food.

    Only a 30 minute wait on Thanksgiving Day. Not too bad. They had a young lady as a host. She could barely speak at all. She had to call out names and no one could hear or understand her. Why put her at the door? While eating, we overheard staff saying they were completely out of their turkey. This was at 4:30. Our server was just ok. The other young lady running around, gave us more attention and refilled my drink, instead of him. Gave her a tip instead.

    Just lost my patronage...What a rip off? Ordered a quesadilla burger, price went up $5, burger got smaller. Asked for onion rings instead of fries, $3 upcharge (that's okay but...), I was given 4 small onion rings. Then, I was charged $1 for ranch, so if you get chicken tenders, dipping sauce is not included. Oh wait, server said we had to ask for it when we get the meal, otherwise, if they have to go back to get it, there's a charge, SMH...I had an email for 2 kids eat free with one entree, the manager decided I could only receive $10 off for 2 kids meals (that was not even in the fine print). Just a great disappointment. Hello Applebee's, we (the whole world) all went through COVID and you don't have the right to try to get back what was lost...it's gone. You will lose a lot more of customers ripping them off, cutting back on portions, and price gouging.

    Worst experience ever. We came to have dinner the last person in our group of 4 got there at 6:50pm the girl toke our order about 10 min later which is fine, then it was 7:50pm and we still hadn’t gotten our order almost an hour of waiting when another customer got there after us and got their food within 20 min we ask for our check to leave with out our food because it had taken so long and this girl has the audacity to come out with her manager and say it had only been 20 minutes sense we gave our order, I’m almost 100% sure this girl forgot to put our order in and then tried to play it off, her manager came out with an attitude as well they left to get our check and her attitude completely changed once she came back out she must of figured out the girl forgot our order because she came out acting a lot nicer. Never coming back to this location. Worst customer service ever

    I meant to post this a couple days ago.. best Applebee's I've ever been to. Great location, parking was sufficient. Comfortable atmosphere, LGBT and plus size friendly. The food was amazing. My partner and I ordered the sampler appetizer. For my entree I got the fiesta lime chicken. SO SO GOOD! My partner got the Chicken Alfredo. The chicken used for both meals was moist and perfect. We also got recommendations for dessert which was nice. I sure did try the new pecan cake(mouth watering) while my partner got the chocolate lava cake. Which looked amazing. we both tried the shark bowl(21+) supper good. And I have to send a special thank you to the evening manager (didn't get her name) and our amazing server(Esteban M) truly made our dine in experience great thank you so much. Will definitely see you all soon!!!

    Went here earlier today to try to and enjoy a nice meal with my family. Instead we waited on COLD apps. The MANAGER was more concerned with the score of the OU game than making sure the customers were taken care of. They showed no care that my moms food was given with sauce spilled over it & when she told them he just insisted on taking it off the tab with no care he didn’t even ask her if she would like something in replace of her messed up meal. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone unless you like horrible service and having to remind servers over and over about things they didn’t bring out.

    Been here multiple times. Good food, nice people, clean place, excellent service. What more to complain? Yes ... confusing price list - need simple price tag, either TV ad, menu listing & web posting. If everything is good, why would the mgtm would post confusing prices. Customers will come. I don't need to explain here ($13.99 is actually $19.99 just a sample). Did mgtm ever think what'll happen if customer did not bring enough money bc of this "confusing" price tagging? If advertiser did not think abt this, then mgtm team shld notice it). If more info to clarify, be glad to elaborate. Thank you.

    I was hesitant about visiting this location again since the last experience I had here was terrible service, but after some convincing, I visited here last night and the service exceeded my expectations! I’m not sure if management has changed but something positive happened. Had Manny as our server and he was fantastic! So nice and such a joy to have serving us. He even engaged with my 7yr old son which us parents love. The manager on duty (didn’t get his name) was great and greeted us promptly upon entering and seated us. And once again he engaged with my 7yr old making him feel comfortable and welcomed. I’m glad I gave this location another chance. I’m very happy with this last experience.

    We just left the Applebee's at the 1440 Eastgate Drive Garland, TX 75041. The waitress Lindsay B was rude from the start, no manners at all. She was too busy hanging out with a friend on the table next to us and proceeded to service us while sitting with her friend and going over the tables to give us our stuff. Did not offer my husband a refill until he was done eating. After we paid through the kiosk my husband marked no tip on there because he always tips cash. She then proceeded to come back with the receipt and a pen demanding we write a tip on the receipt. My husband took the cash he had and put it on the table for her, she then came over and took the bills counted it and loudly said for everyone to know that we only tipped her $4 with our bill. My husband left $5 and that was out of goodness because we did not receive a good service from her at all. She then proceeded to walk past her friend and yell "They only left me $4". The whole restaurant was looking at us. Never going back. We come frequently and never had a bad service like this

    Came late night, about an hour and a half before they closed and the entire staff were so nice to us. Our food came out fast and tasted great, the mushroom Swiss burger was huge- nearly half the plate. And the Broccoli Alfredo was delicious with a large portion as well. Mozzarella sticks were delicious and not too greasy and the waitress made sure to give us take out drinks before we left. An older gentleman who I believe was also the manager was very nice to us throughout as well.

    Food is awesome! Service would probably be better if I would visit earlier in the evening when there are wait staff on duty. Honestly though, the bartender did what she could to care for everyone there. I believe the manager helping her was awesome as well. I've visited twice now and I will for sure visit again. The people who are cooking know what they are doing. That sweet & spicy crispy chicken sandwich was off the chain good! I wanted to try something on the menu that I hadn't tasted before and it's made a spot as one of my favorites!! If you like good coleslaw, and you like a little spice but not really hot, then you should definitely try that!

    Food was good but there was much confusion in serving the food, there was ten of us. The server didn't know who got what. One person didn't get served until everyone else was finished. He was not charged for his meal but none of us were looking for a free meal.

    it was my first time at this location and I promise I will not go back. the host was great, but the waitress that waited on us did not tell us her name, she took our order with our appetizer and drinks, she was very rude and not friendly at all. She finally came back and took our food order. I got the chicken broccoli pasta, she brought me my food told me she would bring me my breadsticks and never did. the pasta tasted very slimy, there was only one little piece of broccoli, the chicken was like the only good thing out of the whole deal. The cheese sticks were cold and how could you mess up a kids cheese pizza. I sent my food bag, they only took $10 off, but now my stomach feels very bloated and disgusting. J after the waitress brought me the food, and was supposedly going to bring me the breadsticks back she never came back at all. Someone else had to come and check on us. I hate that I had a bad experience, because this was close to home, I guess if I ever go back I will give my business to the Richardson location like I always have been doing.

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Would do 0 Stars! Were taken to a table for 4, And were a party of 6….We got 2 additional chairs ourselves so we could all sit together .Food was undercooked. Before we even paid for our tab, an wmployee or manager in a blue shirt, asked my son to get up to use his chair to accomodate another party. needless to say they setup this new big party next to our table so my son no longer fit in his spot and wasnt done eating. At that point we just paid and left… Worst dinner experience.. just go elsewhere.

    The steak did not taste good and had a smell. The green beans were not good, some fresh and some appeared a day old. My dog would not eat the steak that I brought home to him. Granddaughter did not enjoy her food at all. Normally it's good, I don't know what happened on this day.

    We order drinks and they were watered down. Plus I sent one drink back because she made the drink too thick too drink. so, I basically knew she was going to make the other drink with nothing in it. But the waitress was great and the food. I wouldn't advise drinks unless you know the bartender. They have too many flys.

    Service has gone down every where due to staff shortage, this restaurant is no exception. It took longer than normal to be seated, it took longer than normal to be acknowledged at the table, it took longer than normal to get our food, it took longer than normal to get a refill and longer than normal to get a to go box. It's a good thing that you don't wait on the ticket nor to pay since you can pay at the table. Overall the experience is typical of any restaurant in this day and age. The upside was our server was pleasant, the restaurant was quite and the bathroom was clean. I would recommend it.

    It was clean and the staff was extremely nice and courteous! The service was really fast as well! Those Cheetos Cheese Bites did not look like I thought in my head but they were still good!
