The place is perfect for large parties (10+). It has booth and tables seating. They have a good wine list both by glass and bottle. The menu is very diverse, they serve steaks, pastas, salads, burgers, and even have an “world” section that includes a couple of Asian dishes. The desserts have some for less than 20 min, and others that take longer, so it may be worthwhile to order all at once. Service was attentive, and fast. The food was OK, it was tasty. The entries can be anywhere from +18 to +30 for the steaks I believe. Parking can be an issue, they share the parking with the mall and hotel nearby, so the “front” parking tends to be packed.

I brought my wife here for Mother's Day having not ever visited before despite living nearby; and I must say that I'm pleased that I picked this place! There was a 40 minute wait, but that was nothing since we are connected to the Galleria and that's an easy passtime! Server was great, and food was flavorful. I had the bacon cheeseburger and my wife had a chicken plate with caramel sauce. Both items were flavorful and satisfying. We also had strawberry cheesecake and beignet for dessert which were also wonderful. Will definitely make this a go-to in the future.

We had the nicest waitresses her name was Christine, just a polished and friendly person. The ambiente was fabulous. The food was fairly good, but nothing to write home about. The price was slightly above average. The coffee was horrible. The burgers was fair. They had to many mall customers coming in and using the bathrooms, it was too much. Some of the restaurant is starting to show some wear and tear. They need to repair. Not bad, but not 5 stars.

The interior is so gorgeous and the food is inexpensive. We were there for brunch on Saturday at 11:30 am. Walk in with no reservation but later on it became busy with people waiting.

Our waiter was super busy, but his customer service was great. He worked really hard to make sure we had everything we needed. The food wasn't bad. I really liked the mashed potatoes, spinach dip, fried provolone cheese, and butter cake. I would recommend and give a second try.

I like the ambiance of this place. The food is decent with a wide range of options from burgers to steak options . The pricing is more than usual. A great place to hangout with a bigger audience. The service is decent and the place is huge. You need to get appointments before you go to the restaurant else there will be a wait time for walk-ins. Parking might be a concern at the front but a lot of public mall parking available nearby. Overall, I like the food, ambiance, ease of mall access and desserts.

Overall good experience & good food. Disappointing the birthday celebration doesn't include dessert 😕 (we paid for all those, we got the "card")but like I said good food! (Salmon 3 ways, red velvet cheese cake, butter cake, fried shrimp & fried chicken tenders)

We (me and a friend) came here just 30 minutes before or close and still received some exceptionally great service and a warm welcome. We came on what was actually my friend's birthday to celebrate the occasion, so it was by his choice then put off to the very last minute by me (sorry!), nevertheless, we made it just in time with orders preplanned and attempted to make it as painless as possible for our server Keasha (sp?). She was great! She even overheard me mention my friend's birthday and pleasantly surprised us with the edible birthday card they offer right along with the deliciously decedent Godiva chocolate cheesecake we ordered for dessert. Both of which were amazing 🤩. We ate quickly but enjoyed every minute of the gorgeous, relaxed , upscale atmosphere, the pleasant staff and the rarely afforded indulgence of such a fine dining experience as this. Naturally, of course, we also reflexively ordered a dozen cookies to-go. Try one and you'll understand. Thanks for the memory!

Lot of great appetizer and mains options to choose from. Got the buffalo chicken rolls with blue cheese dip, very well seasoned and crispy. A lot of different steak mains on the menu too.

My partner, I and a friend were all staying at The Westin Galleria Dallas and this restaurant was really close to the hotel and it looked very nice from outside so we decided to have lunch one day. The food was really good and the service was great. And not to mention the atmosphere. It’s just amazing. I had Lunch special chicken Piccata and it was really good. The potion was good and everything was made from scratch. I liked the food so much and had such an amazing experience that I went there again after two days and had Lunch special crispy caramel chicken. It was good but too sweet for me. It wasn’t spicy as described in the menu. The only complaint I have is that their menu isn’t up to date online or on the food ordering apps. There were few other things on the menu online which I wanted to try but didn’t see them on the menu at the restaurant. It would be really nice if it was updated. Overall it was a great experience and I would love to visit again when I am in Dallas.

Grand Lux is what I'd consider to be a "jack of all trades, master of none" type of restaurant. Certainly, it is one of the better (but more expensive) food options in the Dallas Galleria Mall. This place can get rather busy, but I've still received good service the couple times that I've dined in. Wait times aren't terrible either. The best menu item I've had here is the Mango Ice Swirl smoothie! It's delicious and has the perfect consistency and sweetness. 5/5 drink!! The Wood Grilled BBQ burger is solid, although I wish the onion rings were crispier. 4/5 The lunch special is described as a "bento" box.. but it's just served on rectangular plates. It was alright; more of a healthy option though. 3/5. Calamari was also just ok; flavor was mediocre and it wasn't as crispy as I would've liked. Not the best calamari but not the worst either. 3.5/5.

Not what I expected. French toast had a good taste to them but any toppings is extra. I love biscuits and gravy but this dish was not the best. Biscuits taste like muffins and gravy was runny. Strawberries on the waffles were old. Service was horrible. Our waitress didn't speak just looked at us and when she did speak you could barely hear her.

This place was really good. We were in a hurry and the waiter was super friendly and able to get our food out super quick. Also add the fact that everything tasted amazing. Highly recommend if you're in the area! Pictured are fish and chips and chicken piccata

Amazing restaurant! The food was delicious just a little cold but exquisite, the atmosphere was good because is a clean and big place and finally the staff was nice. Even though was a busy day and hour they did a great Joe with us. You have to try the hamburger for entree, for us it was the best!

I wasn’t expecting this quite frankly. On my way through Dallas and wanted a bite near the Galleria. I was attracted to their diverse menu and ordered the Chicken, Mushroom, Sausage Pasta with brown butter sauce. It was rich, hearty and perfect on a chilly evening. The portion was huge. And when the person next to me let me know it was created by the Cheesecake Factory guys, it all made sense. High quality, high flavor, tons of food… same formula in a different setting.

Very 👍 nice ! I was dining at the bar and was Immediately helped. The bartender was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was quick! Delicious and fresh prepared! The location was brilliant and right in front of the mall. The prices are very reasonable! A very good place to take the family out to!

The food here is amazing! Great prices too. Clean place. Came here with a group of 12 or so and our waiter Zach or Zack, however you spell it, was amazing and very chill with a great personality. The food here is the shrimp scampi with a coconut limeade for a drink! Great combo

OMG! So good. Pancakes are legit. Miso salmon and pork chop were excellent too. The waitress - Carla - had excellent customer service skills and super sweet.

We received great service, we were greeted upon entering. The cashier gave a good recommendation on a soup to try. We received our food fairly quickly. My family and were able to find a comfortable booth to sit in and enjoy Sunday lunch together. The restaurant level was nice, so we could hear each other as we held family conversation.
